Do not order from this company! I paid expedited shipping charges only to have 1/2 of my order arrive 1 1/2 months late! The long cardigan looked nothing like the photo advertised. It resembled a piece of material with what was supposed to be arms attached. Evidently, there was no record of my order anywhere when I contacted PopJulia. My order totaled approximately $80. I can only say, my fault for not reading the reviews. I'm out $80!
Would I order from Popjulia. I ordered several items in December so I would get free shipping. Finally in April I received 1 pair of very cheaply made shoes and nothing else so I asked for a refund for the items I did not receive. Winter was over and I ordered snow boots for my 97 year old mother. I was refunded my money minus the shipping and handling of $30. One pair of cheap shoes ended up costing me $60.

I felt so stupid after I read the complaints. My package was sent to the wrong address... but the postal carrier saw the error and I got my items. I put off opening the package for several days. Finally, expecting the worst, opened the package and "viola" both items were perfect! I just kept looking at the pieces, very happy. Btw I'm a size 16 both item are size large and the sleeves hit right at the top of my hand. So there you have it.

So stressful to deal with this horrible seller- there is no service what-so-ever. I am waiting for my credit card to take care of this. I was told to hold on to the stuff while my credit card solves the problem.

Everything about this company is unacceptable and should not sell anything in the USA. Actually I am going to send an email to the gevernment so they cannot do a business because they are not trustworthy.
I purchased over $250 of clothes from this online store, as the pictures look very nice. The product received were very cheap material and completely different from their pictures. Worst dress I have ever seen. I was on vacation when order was received and it passed their return time limit of 15 days, they would not approve return (I initiated return request around 30 days after order)
This is completely a scam business. They set the return limit very short and set a trap for their customers
Let me speculate how this business runs:
1. Hire some to find very nice fashion pictures online
2. Buy cheap material and copy clothes design from the picture, but at a terrible quality
3. Hire a person who can type and respond in English to Naïve English speaking customers
4. Hire a person to create accounts and leave a few excellent reviews on various sites and skew the review score
