"Sorry, we don't provide *any* service". That's what they should say. Your order may never show up. If you badger them with emails, they might finally offer you 20% cash rebate. So if you paid for a $24 item, they'll give you $2.40 back. Don't you feel good now? They are a giant ripoff. Just keep pestering them with emails. They'll eventually respond with something - not much, but something.

You are pure thieves and criminals. You don't send items displayed on photos. Nothing in common. Even close to it. Constant fraud. I need a refund! If you want me to return your terrible things, email me PREPAID return labels because you are deceiving customers and you have to be responsible for that!

OMG! I wish I have read all this opinions before I made my purchases. All this exactly happened to me I purchase a dress on 02/30/2018 and today it is 04/25/2018 and still I have not receive it. OMG!
