Such a poor quality clothing---misrepresentation; Clothing looks good on the web but... what piece of xxx; I returned the merchandise and I wind-up paying almost $53 for the shipping. I wish I read this sitejabber before I place my order. This company should not be on the web at all selling accessories to the USA.
I bought a couple of beautiful dresses a few months ago. At the moment I have washed one of the dresses and it has no loss of color, although I recommend not washing it in hot water. They are comfortable and pleasant to the touch. It would be nice if there were more fun colors.
I asked for a dress for myself, but they sent me a wrong message, the person who took care of my consultation was very useful and very soon I received my order in a matter of days. This is not the first time I have placed an order from this site, I also love clothing styles. Very fast and excellent customer service
Dont be fooled with the photoshopped online pictures, the real products are very poor quality items. Worst thing is, they made it very difficult for refund. Request signature service for returned package, which is very expensive. My package is on hole by the custom, Shipping company said addressee should contact custom, but after a few try, their answer was simply they only accept returned items to door, refused to even forwarding contact of the custom. The items are only $80, not sure why it should be held, but who knows, maybe they inform the custom hold all returns so they dont need to refund a penny! It has been half year by now, worst online purchase experience ever!

The quality were really bad, paid extra 45 dollars for 10 days shipping but got my package in one month. In 3 package and 1 item is missing.
They never want you return. I have submit return request but no shipping back address given and if you didn't ship back after request 6 days, they will auto close the request. Then you have to accept what you got.
Never shop here again. Worst the worst.

I have bought many items from this online store, the garments have been of excellent quality, although they are smaller than the American sizes, just upload a few sizes or make a custom order, you will not be disappointed.
This online store facilitated my shopping experience, I found the dress I wanted easily and the ordering process was quick, my delivery too. I received exactly what I ordered, it definitely has an excellent value for money.
I made a $348 purchase from these people. I started to look at the reviews and decided probably cancel before I have to deal with all of that. (I cancelled 10 minutes later). They sent me an email to accept the clothing and what I didn't want I can return... i assumed I wouldn't want any of it so I said full refund please. Then they said accept the items and my next purchase they would give me a huge discount... No I'll take my refund please. It's now been three weeks and I have yet to see my money. Worse thing about it I don't even have the crappy clothes they sell and I'm out $348. I will be looking further into filing charges against these people. Never again.

This is a trash website. I regret I didnt read the review before spending money. I have not received all the items 2 months after placing order. The return window is only 15 days and it costs a fortune to return anything because the return center is in China. There is no phone number to call. It took them 5 days to respond to email. They have no concept of courtesy to customers. Such company should not be allowed to conduct business in the US. I hope lawyers will take action to throw them out and protect the American consumers.

I've ordered a casual dress from popjulia. It is rare for me to find dresses that fit right out of the box. This one did. It is adjustable with the ribbon in the back so that it will fit a variety of sizes. It fits like it's been tailored.
It is also even more pretty in person than in the picture. The fabric is light and comfortable.
I contacted with the user service because my package did not arrived, and they informed me about a possible mistake with the company that handles national distributions in my country. I had no choice but to wait and in 3 1/2 days I received my purchase.
