I ordered two dresses in early November and got none. They gave me a tracking number that has only Chinese text. As I understand it based on autotranslating chinese, my order was delivered to some airport in China, after which tracking stops.
Beware that their shipping time includes preparing time. I payed extra for expedite my order. But after 6 days, no info about shipping. I asked and got answer was they were in preparing the order, "2-5 business days" of delivery time is calculated from the date they send out the package. I guess preparing time is totally up to them and can be various. And more, they do not guarantee the exactly 2-5 days after shipping and it can be various and depends on your delivery address.

The worst buy ever. The quality is so low that you can not even use this word. There is no quality at all. Ive waited months and asked to cancel the order, then magically, the item shipping number was posted the next day so that I couldnt claim a refund from PayPal.
Then after a week or so I received the items. They were nothing as the picture. Bad material, not even one true to size. Absolutely garbage! I mean I paid over $70 for those garbage!
Too expensive to return, cos I have to return to China! So they went directly to my garbag can!

I placed an order with PopJulia early August 2018. The site does clearly state that delivery may take up to 10-20 business days. After waiting 20 business days I contacted the company and nothing has shipped. No communication, no explanation, etc. Upon making contact I requested that my order be canceled and within 20 min of sending this email I received a tracking number. I've had this tracking number since September 5 and there is no movement of the package. I strongly believe this company is a scam and urge everyone to avoid these crooks.

I did receive my 4 dresses and tshirt about one month later. The sizes are extremely small and short and the quality was marginal. However, after wearing one of the suits, I noticed that the belt was beginning to fray (it's one of those really thin straps), so I contacted customer service to see what I could do, since it was inside the term. I did not expect such a quick response. They responded in a few hours. They were very charming, they answered all my questions very quickly and sent the new replacement.
The dress I ordered was not like the picture, the quality was horrible and designs were not the same. Their return policy is shameful and a joke. I emailed them for a refund, and after 10 emails, they still refused to accept it! Stay away from this site! Not worth your money or your time!
