I don't order clothes online just because of size and quality issues, I like to see them before my purchase, so this was a first time experience for me and I was not disappointed. All of the 1-star reviews on this site are true. The pictures on the site are fake and what you get is absolute garbage, after a 2-month wait for delivery, and then you can't return. I am so upset. This company needs to be shut down. If you take a look at the 5-star reviews, they are clearly all written by the same person trying to impersonate an English-speaker but not totally getting it right. SiteJabber, you need to flag these fake reviews and represent PopJulia's true consumer score, which is 1 star.
The prices are great and so is the quality of the clothes. My order was shipped almost immediately and it took a few days to arrive, which is much faster than most online boutiques. Overall, my experience with this page was amazing.
I have shopped here many times and never had a problem until now. I wanted to return something and I received information about the return. They gave me a coupon of $ 10 as compensation, which was good, but the system needs to be fixed so that information cannot be given a little faster.

BUT STILL, they can refund me only 50%, why I have to pay 50% of their mistake to shipped. This is a joke, I wish they will stop messing around.

Items I ordered very cheap looking. Materials are of the poorest quality not Linen as advertised. Only received a partial order after 2 wk wait. Looks like clothing you would buy at a really cheap bargain stores

I ordered several dresses in a size larger than I usually wear (I was told to order up since sizes run small, so I did).
Order arrived about four weeks later. Although the dresses were the same size, the fit was very different for each. Some I couldnt get over my head, length was barely to my thighs, others were way too big& long. Obviously sizing is off. Quality is horrible.
Returns must go to China at buyers expense. I got package after I returned from vacation, which was over two weeks from the day packages were delivered. I emailed them to see if, under the circumstances I could still return ( they have a two week limit). No response received.
DONT BUY HERE! Not worth the aggrevation!

My strong suspicion after appalling experience is that this may just be a scam.
I ordered 'clothing' in December that was eventually dispatched from UK centre a month later. No labels on anything, very odd fabric, bizarre sizes - just didn't look like actual clothing. Is the fabric even fire safe. Forced to return to China at own costs despite querying why couldn't return to UK dispatch centre. I paid for Royal Mail tracking so saw safely arrived in China one month ago. Pop Julia deny receiving it - surprise surprise. Deny responsibility for 'customs' or 'lost'. Don't ever buy from them.

Wow! Just take a look at all these 5 star reviews. They are copies of the same template. Read 1 star reviews. They are true. Horrible service, people with no morale. Ordered two dresses and a coat from them. After a month of waiting, called them. They constsntly delayed shipping. Finally in almost two months got the dress. So small, doesn't fit even my 12-years old daughter. Quality is awful, design is even worse. Now I am stuck with the other two items that I didn't receive. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Since dealing with pop Julia I will NEVER deal with clothing on line without checking reviews and return policy. It is suspcious that they only take returns though the post office which is cost prohibitive. The credits offered are a joke. Once burnt twice shy.
The sizing is ridiculous and a complete sham. I even bought 2 sizes too big in anticipation of this and still are too small. Made for children.

This is a store based out of China. Same company as StyleCo. The quality is not great, sizing not consistent, and heaven forbid you need to make a return. YOU must pay customs, fees, shipping, etc. Easily more than the cost of the clothes, which they immediately tell you. Seriously. OR, unbelievably they will offer you 10 cents on the dollar for cash refund.
There's a reason things are so inexpensive. BAD business, BAD service. Buyer beware big time.

The sizes are all Asian based. Shoes for instance were at least 1" to 2" shorter than US shoes for the same size. Largest size clothes are equal to about small to small-medium. If you need to return, you pay for it. Rates to China - one small box was $90. You cannot set up tracking. And company claims they never got it. WORST.
