NOTHING WAS RIGHT... NEVER AGAIN!

Took weeks and many emails to find out where the two items were... arrived 2 months later, and WRONG SIZES. The XXL capri pants (on the tag) were actually XXS
On the inside label; gave them to a tiny neighbor.
The stretch tights were the same; all I could think about was "where do i put the other leg?" another give away as it was too much trouble to argue.
DON'T EXPECT MUCH IF ANYTHING AT ALL.
And a refund? From CHINA? HAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

Stop scammer-I finally received refund

Here are the continued update for my correspondence with Popjulia (the most recent ones are on the top). I attached the tracking receipt, delivery receipt and the signature of the person who received the returning parcel.

July 27: After so many email correspondences, I finally received the refund!

July 17, I replied:
I have sent you the delivery receipts which has signed by your warehouse people. How absurd it is that you totally ignore the receipts I sent to you and insist that you did not receive the parcel? It tells me that either your warehouse is a chaos or you are lying!

It is laughable that in one email you said you would offer me a full refund if I agree to remove the review in sitejabber; and in another email you said that you would not refund me until you find the parcel!

My total return value is worth $173.62. This is not a huge loss I cannot afford. I am just very curious to find out how this story is ended.

I will post all my receipt pictures on sitejabber and on other social media.

I will remove the feedback once I receive your full refund. I returned five items. I have sent you the returning item lists earlier.

I have sent you the proof that the package was received by your warehouse. I hope you understand that you can't find the package is not my problem, thus I have legitimate right to demand my refund. I do know if I drop you an email, you will get back to me in 24 hours, which is very efficient; however, you will not solve any issues. I hope you have a nice day by sitting in front of a computer and writing the same $#*! S to millions of angry customers; however, I hope you understand that your business can't keep going by fooling around. You may laugh right now because another victim fells into your trap, but I am sure one day you will get punished!
