This company is a scam. I ordered three dresses on May 3. Never received 2 of them, but was billed for all three. I am calling my credit card company. Pay Pal should be held accountable as well as PopJulia.

You'll never receive your order. It's a scam! You should have read the reviews before ordering from Popjulia. I'm out $80! I didn't read the reviews before ordering either.
