Buying online is very fast and easy. There are a lot of products to choose from and with good cheap prices. I always get excited every time I enter this online store because everything I always want is here.
I was really satisfied with the online chat service. Fast and simple to use. I also loved the additional effort made by the staff to contact me when I felt worried about the status of my return process. They made me feel very comfortable buying.
This company is cheating our money! The pictures on the website is very misleading! It appears as if the clothing is made nicely and has a nice fit. Much to my dismay, each dress is a peice of pure junk and nothing fits nicely. I requested a return, which they make very difficult. When I finally did return my package I had to pay about $70 return shipping. My package is still in customs for over 2 months! I contacted the postal service and they informed me that Popjulia has to now claim the parcel. Popjulia refuses. They're saying that if an item goes on hold in customs they don't pick it up. They said this is clearly stated on the website, which is another one of their lies.
Don't buy from this company! It's a trap!
Easy to use website, excellent selection of clothing, although I would like you to make some of the short dresses a bit longer for other heights and sizes. My order arrived, it is of good quality and it is a beautiful dress!
I always buy clothes here! They were one of the first online stores that I know of and I have experienced an online purchase, everything went very well which made me buy more and complete my shopping cart instead of removing items!
The clothes were terrible cheap quality, and yes, I wasn't expecting much, but they were not even usable. They also smelled terrible. Apparently they use something when shipping so the clothes won't mold and you cannot get that smell out, it was very strong. The sizes were totally off some of the items were huge, some tiny, none fit correctly. I had to send everything back. The order was $150, it cost $80 to send it back and it is currently stuck in customs. They will not help.
