I ordered 50 business cards 17 days before I needed them. The expected delivery date gave me 4 days of buffer. For over a week the status online was "In Production" with the same expected date, but I was getting nervous, so I called to see if I should upgrade the shipping. I was specifically told that I should not change my shipping since that could delay my order, but not to worry. Long story short, of course they arrived a week late. Before that happened I emailed them to suggest a couple of ways they could makes things right. They simply pointed to the clause that said that expected dates are not a commitment. Also, their website sucks. The expected arrival date never changed, even after that date passed and the order was on it's way (with a shipping date from UPS). I will never order from these guys again until I don't need my order for a month or more. And even then, why should I give them my business after being treated poorly?

I paid for overnight shipping and to rush the order. They did neither. I contacted them and they stated they had an issue with their shear/cutting equipment. Once I finally received the order weeks later, both sets of cards came crooked. They refuse to do anything about it. STAY AWAY!

What a joke.

I ordered business cards and paid extra for next day delivery. They call themselves OVERNIGHT PRINTS! REALLY? Well long story short, my order should have arrived on friday. It is the following thursday and according to the site, the shipping label isnt even printed yet. They offered my free shipping once it arrives, which is cute cause they wont tell me when it will arrive. I dont want free shipping, i just want my order. I have a deadline. They dont deserve their own company name! Should be called, "whenever we feel like it prints!"

Zero customer service. I paid a lot of money to have my order shipped overnight. It was delayed 4 days, I emailed inquiring and received no response. I receive an email almost 3 months later asking me to review the company. The name is misleading, the UI is sub-par, and lack of communication is a total turnoff. Price is okay as long as you don't pay the extra shipping fees. Total ripoff. I want my money back for the overnight shipping but still haven't heard back from them. Very unprofessional.

I wouldn't recommend ordering from these folks for any reason. Honestly, my order was a disaster and it seems like this company is a mess now.

I've been a loyal customer since 2011, but they've really dropped the ball this time. I ordered brochures for an event and unfortunately, they had some technical problems on their end that they never told me about. As a result, the brochures arrived 19 days late and were in terrible condition. I missed the event I needed them for and had to get them printed locally, which meant paying for them twice.

I tried to cancel my order and get a refund, but I didn't get any response. The support I did get was from overseas, and it seemed like they couldn't really do anything to help me.

It's really disappointing to see my once-favorite printing company go downhill like this. I have a lot of printing needs coming up this year, but I'll have to look for another company because this one clearly doesn't care about its customers.

I ordered my business cards from them 2 weeks ago still haven't received it. I tried calling them asking for a refund and they simply replied NO because my order is stuck in transit. They keep saying the management will get back to me and they never did. I am stuck right now and can't even get my refund. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life and will never order it from again.

Don't Trust this company

Don't trust this company. I ordered business cards from them about a month ago expecting them to arrive in 2 weeks. Paid in full. They have now resended the order number and it doesn't show up on their website, and I waited on hold for over an hour with no one answering the phone. I also attempted to contact them through the live chat on their website. Which never received an answer either.

Great looking cards
July 20, 2017

Everyone that sees my cards love them. I am happy with their work and the delivery. I have never had a bad experience here. I recommend them to anyone looking for make a card that looks special. After seeing some reviews I hope that those things were just a mistake. I have ordered from here many time and I have not had the problems other have spoken about.

Ordered business cards and paid for s specific day for arrival. They have been in my city at the carrier for 5 days but yet to be delivered. When I called Overnight all they ask me to do was be patient and they would check. I asked for them to reprint and send to me overnight but they said they can't do that. Even when i told them these were needed for a specific meeting that I would have had if delivered on time. I will never order from them again and advise no one else to as well.

Had I read the yelp reviews first I would never have wasted my money with overnight prints... the business cards sent to me were off centered when I sent a picture for there review there reply was careless offering a discount on my next order... as if I would trust to do business with them again... foolishness.

Terrible!

Did not meet the delivery date they promised. Called customer service and spoke with a woman who barely spoke english. Tried to offer me an $8.00 credit. Do not use this company. They don'tlive up to their promises

Horribly unreliable

If you want to get robbed then go with Overnightprints.

No information, no order received, and the price on products has skyrocketed wildly.

I'm told I cannot get a refund though my order still hasn't shipped. If it does it will be a month I've been waiting.

A reorder on a standard post card had the price jump 71%!

This company is the absolute worst.

Ordered 200 business cards. 2-sided color. Nothing special. After 2 weeks I logged in and my order was still queued for printing. Sent an email and got a BS automated reply. Now it's 4 weeks since I submitted my order and it's STILL queued for printing. Absolutely abysmal. Cancelling my order and reordering elsewhere.

My order took two weeks to get to me. It left the delivery state twice. I called to see if Overnight Prints could help me out. They told me it was out of their hands and would not reprint my order unless I paid for them again and paid an outrageous amount to actually overnight them. I will definitely be looking for another print company.

I ordered 150 business cards from Overnight Prints and this was a huge mistake. When receiving the cards, I found them to all be cut wrong. The print on the cards were also poor, as if their printer was losing ink. I contacted them and they said that it was my fault and they knew it would be cut bad. I followed all the guidelines and they even have a 3D template to base your card off of. Parts of my business cards were cut off and they thought it would be ok to send them out. This was not my fault, this was a template and cutting issue. They even told me they don't guarantee a quality cut. If you are looking for poorly done work, this is the company to go with. I will never order from them again.

I spent $100 on business cards and am very upset with what I received. Corners are choppy and not clean and some still even attached, 25% of cards have a creased line down the back, and all coloring is off. These are not acceptable! I paid an extra premium to get the cards quickly as I needed them for a conference. The quality is horrible and not a good representation of my brand. Upon receiving the product I spoke with an online customer service person that was not able to help me but rather said I needed to email the production people. They were supposed to have the mistakes and issues reviewed. I have sent three emails now and waited almost two weeks with no response. This is absolutely horrible customer service and I will not be back if this is not rectified! Too bad because I was a loyal customer and recommended lots of clients in the past! Order #*******

I ordered business cards and paid extra for delivering overnight. They didn't even print the cards until 4 days later. I reclaimed at different days and they always told me that they will arrive on time. I finally got the tracking info and it says that they would arrive after i was travelling for the event. I contacted them to change the delivery, which they didn't want to do and finally i get with someone who agrees to change the delivery address to my hotel at the event.
I got my cards 9 days later when the event was finished. They did not send the cards overnight. They sent the ground instead. They refused to refund the money for the job they didn't do. Additionally, the quality was not good at all: cuts, colors and premium paper quality are not such.

Last Order from OvernightPrints.com

I've been a long-time user of OvernightPrints.com for my printing needs, but the experiences around last 3-4 orders have been enough to say confidently I have received my last order from OP. This most recent order was a 2-sided full color 4x6 post card design for a client that ended up being 3+ weeks late. It arrived with the back side printed upside down, creased post cards, and their spot UV treatment over sprayed all on the front of every piece in the order.

When I called 3 weeks ago to ask about the order, they informed me of an equipment breakage - that should have been communicated to me in advance; it's not that hard to send an email. On this same call the customer service rep instructed me to call back when my order was received and they would work on "a refund" for the order. I called today after receiving this order and the best refund they would offer me was for shipping on an order that is poor print quality, misprinted, and 3+ weeks late.

Received my 100 bookmarks very quickly and they were well packaged and looked just as I designed. There was no drastic change in color etc. The inks were good. I love how they turned out and most of all the price was one of the best I found. The process of ordering and uploading my design was also very simple and easy to understand. Thank you!

Horrible.

I paid $140 to have my printing overnighted (it's in the name!) and did not receive it until a week later AFTER I gave up on overnight prints and ordered from a competitor. It was "in production" for 3 days. I tried to cancel the order when it wasn't going to arrive in time and they assured me it would arrive. They refused to give me a refund and kept copy & pasting their "delivery not guaranteed" shipping statement in their replies to me to justify not refunding the entire order. ALSO it's not even a great product. Here's a picture of how it was cut. This was a full bleed picture with the appropriate sizing spacing to ensure proper printing. Their competitor, Fedex, had no problem delivering a perfect product fast. Also please sort the reviews by date and see that all the most recent reviews are TERRIBLE.
