Reordered business cards. Some of the cards were defective and the color of the entire reorder did not match our original order. It was very pale. They offered to reprint 25 of the cards (out of 100) or to give a store credit for 25 cards.
I would have been embarrassed to hand any of those cards out, and their resolution to our problem was quite unsatisfactory. We wasted money, but did find another company (UPrinting.com) to help us.
I've received the worst 'customer' support of my life. I've spent hours on the phone and my problem has STILL not been solved.
Two separate issues with two different orders:
1. One order that was ordered rush has been in production for a week and still had not shipped
2. In a separate order I received the wrong order - this is the issue that I've been on hold for HOURS. No one can solve my problem.
I paid for expedited service. It's now 7 days past the "delivery date" and my cards are still "in production". Customer service claimed that they are short handed and that delivery dates are only estimates. They also refused to cancel my order. Don't use this company. THEY CANNOT DELIVER!
I had a terrible experience with Overnight Prints. I paid to have my job expedited (both in terms of production time and shipping) and yet they overshot the delivery by 5 full days. By the time I received them, my event was over and the print job was useless. I phone Overnight Customer Service a total of 6 times to try and prevent this from happening and it never seemed that the service agent had any authority (or knowledge) to help me out. They continually dropped the ball and then to top it all off they send my job via GROUND shipping, even though I had paid for AIR shipping. I was told they will be refunding the extra money I spent to expedite the shipping, but thats a far cry for the printed materials that I no longer have a use for. I will never use them again. Beware that the delivery date they claim you will get is FAR from what they will meet. Shady management, poor operating procedures, terrible service. Stay Away!
Looks like nobody does quality control. What we ordered and paid for did nor match what they produced and sent. Terrible workmanship. You can see from the pictures how different the finished product looks from the order.
Hello Veronique, thank you for the review. We do apologize that you were not able to get the order as expected. Please provide your order number so that we may assist you.
I normally use a different printer, but I had overnightprints.com print some postcards for me. The print quality was very poor. The photographs looked awful and the text was very rough as well. On top of that, the packaging was poor. Half of the cards arrived bent. The spot varnish was not even close to being aligned. Definitely don't pay extra for that, since it'll look cheap.
After chatting online for a half hour, they offered me 50% off as a store credit!
No thanks. I tried to save a few bucks and get cards printed quickly, but it wasn't worth the hassle. Lesson learned. These went in the recycling bin and I got replacements printed elsewhere, where the exact same files came out looking beautiful.
They might be OK if you don't care too much about quality. But if you're in a creative field where clients expect a certain level of quality, this isn't your place.
My proof was perfect, but the print was not. It was missing an entire line of my business card.
I had to speak to a total of 3 customer service agents on the phone, email twice and chat with 3 customer service agents on the website. Not only was my re-print not resolved, but the agents were rude, untrained and offered zero apologies or a sense of compassion for the difficult situation that their error had put me in.
The only reason they even offered a refund is because I had to get to the point of threatening to dispute the charge with my bank.
This company is very poorly run and I don't recommend ordering from here unless you want to feel frustrated, waste your time, not get your proper prints and have to fight for a refund.
I've dealt with a lot of print companies in my professional career and Overnight Prints are hands down the absolute worst. Their customer service basically consiste of copy and pasting stock responses to the many issues they have with no dialogue to actually resolve problems, and thats if they even bother to reply at all!
A number of late deliveries in a short period of time led me to get in contact with them. They were not willing to accept any responsibility despite the orders not having physically been printed by the so called 'estimated' delivery day. If this had only happened once then I could just chalk it up to an error, but as it has happened multiple times, it is clearly an issue with the business at large. And the lack of willingness to fix their errors is abhorrent - I can'tunderstand how they are still in business.
I recommend you use literally any other printer as none could possibly be worse than Overnight Prints.
I primarily use ONP in the summer months & my clients are quick turn. There has been 1 hiccup here or there, but overall I'm quite satisfied with ONP. Great pricing, fast turn & easy to use website. I do however wish they would pay attention to their cutting a little better (regarding postcards) & also how they pack them. A little more care & this company could easily be one of the best print vendors worldwide.
We ordered business cards from Overnight Prints for several years. Cards were always delivered close to the scheduled delivery dates "Overnight" prints posts on their order page. The company offers faster delivery for customers who pay for fast delivery, with choices for specific dates one or more days apart.
The company advises in small print that delivery dates are estimates and offers to refund payments for missed delivery dates. But 45 days to deliver a job from Overnight Prints is unreasonable. We ordered another job and now, two weeks later after an order was scheduled for delivery, we're calling Overnight Prints. The pattern suggests they're backlogging orders and letting customer complaints drive production priorities.
This company cannot deliver what it promises at this time. It's help desk has taken an indifferent, officious tone toward customers who call for information about long delays.
Hello Martin, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We do apologize that you were not able to get the order by the estimated delivery date and for any inconvenience that this may have caused. Please know that we try our best to get the order out in a timely manner but unfortunately we can run into complications that may cause delays in production. We will take the comments you made into consideration as we look to investigate the issues you experienced with our customer service department. We may call you in the near future regarding the problems you encountered.
I ordered 500 jumbo postcards to be printed and mailed by Overnight Prints using their mail service. The cards were to be personally addressed to the potential customer. Overnight Prints forgot to include the name of the business in the address line - an important component given the marketing message. To add insult to injury, they didn't want to offer a 'make good' on the important error. Further, the front of the card I received had a scuff mark across an important word. That was blamed on the USPS. Maybe true, but my company has mailed out 10s of thousands of cards and receives several postcards weekly from other businesses. None of those contained scuff marks. I'm fine with a company making an error as long as they stand behind their product. Clearly, Overnight Prints does not stand behind its inferior product. Avoid.
I have used overnightprints for nearly a decade for both client materials and my small business. I find them very reliable and producing good quality prints. Great range of business card types from mini to sandwich cards. I've ordered flyers, tri-fold brochures and postcards and they always turned out good. The web interface is really cool, showing 3D preview of my uploaded designs.
Overnight Prints does excellent work, above and beyond any other company I've used. As a graphic artist, I use OP for every print job I'm hired for. The website is very easy to navigate and if you have a question, their online chat expert speeds right through your question with a solution. I have received more business since using OP and will continue to use them for every single project. You guys are amazing, and I appreciate the hard work and effort you put into each and every order. Even when speaking to OP directly (I was given my own special direct phone number; never have to leave a message!), their staff is knowledgeable, and if they don't know the answer they NEVER guess. They kindly put you on hold until they have a clear and accurate answer to your question. Fabulous company, outstanding staff! Couldn't ask for more.
Customer Service is Horrible! Can't make a decision and refuses to resolve this easily by reprinting and reshipping! IT was $116. A job that they are kibbling over re-printing because the investigation from their shipping vendor has not come back yet! If I could review a Zero stars I would! BEen using Overnight prints for years and this is the first time I have had such a horrible experience. Doubt I will ever return or refer anyone else to this company.
I have ordered from OP in the past and had great results.
Something has changed in the intervening 3 years, this time was a complete fail from beginning to end. I will not bore you with all the details, but like others here, it was all about missing deadlines, horrible (non-existant) customer service and unwillingness to cancel order after if was abundantly clear they were not going to hit my deadline.
I ordered posters for an event with 4 days lead time from the expected delivery date. Never arrived even after being 4 days late and when I called customer service they refused a refund and the agent literally told me:" Read the disclaimer delivery date is not guaranteed and some orders even arrive several weeks late. Absolutely refused any kind of refund and not even an apology. They could care less.
I've ordered from them for years after having a terrible customer service experience with a competitor. I've always been very pleased with their quality AND customer service. While tracking a recent order I found that half the order had been sent back by the postal carrier because the box got damaged. I had not received the package they reprinted immediately and sent new ones out that day.
I paid extra to have my business cards overnighted the website told me that I will have them on a certain day... They're printing process was not even close as a matter of fact they are off by 2 weeks and that's that they are going on three weeks total. There is no phone number to speak to anyone. I requested a refund over a week ago and I feel like I've been ignored. You should never do business with this company. I'm going to stay with got print.
I ordered 50 business cards 17 days before I needed them. The expected delivery date gave me 4 days of buffer. For over a week the status online was "In Production" with the same expected date, but I was getting nervous, so I called to see if I should upgrade the shipping. I was specifically told that I should not change my shipping since that could delay my order, but not to worry. Long story short, of course they arrived a week late. Before that happened I emailed them to suggest a couple of ways they could makes things right. They simply pointed to the clause that said that expected dates are not a commitment. Also, their website sucks. The expected arrival date never changed, even after that date passed and the order was on it's way (with a shipping date from UPS). I will never order from these guys again until I don't need my order for a month or more. And even then, why should I give them my business after being treated poorly?
Dear Kirke,
We are truly sorry to hear that you had received late product. Is there anyway that you would be able to provide us with an invoice number for the order that you are referring to, this way we can provide you with compensation for the error that had occurred?
Sincerely,
Overnight Prints
I paid for overnight shipping and to rush the order. They did neither. I contacted them and they stated they had an issue with their shear/cutting equipment. Once I finally received the order weeks later, both sets of cards came crooked. They refuse to do anything about it. STAY AWAY!
Answer: They are a scam. They will take your money and they'll send you back the worst products you've ever seen. My business cards had long white space along the right side and along the bottoms. The bottom area was cut crooked. They blamed this on my professionally-created artwork (by a national company that has done tens of thousands of previous business card designs) and then refused to make it right or refund my money. Spend the $5-10 more it takes to get it done right, go ANYplace else but these guys.
Answer: It's easy to get a hold of their customer service but they are useless if you need help.
Answer: The same thing happened to me and they refuse to give me my money back!

Dear Allison,
We would like to rectify the situation that has occurred. Please provide us with an invoice number for the order that you are referring to, so that we can have someone look into this.
