Use any other company like Canva, VistaPrint, or maybe a local company near you.
I ordered a rushed delivery, but 2 days after my shipment was supposed to arrive, I find out that it wasn't even printed yet. I only found out because I contacted them. They never even sent an email to let me know.
After several chat sessions, I found out that the order was actually printed already but still not shipped due to a technical problem.
Oh, and 4 of the 5 chat sessions the representative abruptly ended the conversation without checking in.
They refused to cancel the order and refund me, saying it's their policy and nothing could be done.
After getting a manager on the phone and ensuring me that the order was going out today and would arrive tomorrow, I get a tracking number showing a delivery 3 days from now!
Companies like this deserve to go bankrupt and fade away.
Wish I could give them zero stars. I ordered something from Overnight Prints that was to be a birthday gift. Paid extra shipping so it would be delivered in plenty of time. It was to be here over a month ago. Payment was processed over a month ago. I have received nothing but the run-around. Very disappointed.
The ONLY positive about my experience with Overnight Prints is that my order (#*******) actually arrived on time.
That being said, everyone here should know that of the 250 business cards I ordered, only 20 (TWENTY!) of them were cut correctly. The remaining 230 had thick or thin white lines (my cards weren't white) on any given edge. I HAD to use them for something the next day (so no time to re-order... not that it would have helped) and had to HAND CUT the rest of them so they didn't look like complete, unprofessional flaming garbage. I would never, ever, ever recommend this company to anyone and will never be giving them my money again. One of the worst parts? The company doesn't allow you to write reviews on their actual website. Once you're finished ordering they ask how your experience up until then had been, you give a star rating and THAT'S IT. You can't edit it later and you can't add a new one after your order arrives! /rant
Charged me $30 in shipping for a $50 order to arrive by a certain day. Day came and went and didn't receive the item. They lied about the item being shipped on a Tuesday, spoke to them on Wednesday and was told it was printed and would be shipping that day, Friday rolls around and I reach out again and I'm told it hasn't printed and hasn't shipped. I keep getting lied to. I've asked for refunds twice and they won't grant it. I spent $30 to receive an item on a certain day and a week or more will pass before I receive it. A dishonest business that I will never order from again. I'd recommend no one buys from them.
Not sure what has happened to Overnight Prints but from reviews on TrustPilot it seems I'm not alone. I ordered 2000 business cards on 29 Nov Monday for a weekend event and paid extra to have them delivered by Friday. They arrived on 6 December Monday, having missed the event, AND they were made of the wrong material - the front of the cards were shiny instead of matt, and the card seems thinner - basically they look cheap and low-grade compared to the professional-looking cards I had before. OP refused to refund the extra delivery fee, and given their attitude I'm not going to waste more money returning 10% of the cards to an address in the USA(!). Next time I shall just order from cheapestprintonline.co.uk - I've been pleased with their products in the past, I should have done so this time, and I recommend them to anyone else in the UK.
We placed an order that didn't arrive. We called them and they said it was delayed a week. That week went by and it still didn't arrive. We called again and they said it was delayed another week. (No notifications of these delays until we call). We asked to cancel it and they said we can't. We asked to speak to a supervisor and they hung up on us. The whole company sounds like a big scam.
I ordered both business cards and 5X7 postcards for a special summer campaign I am running. Both arrived perfect and were great. Overnight Prints has consistently printed with high quality, made ordering and uploading/creating designs simple and quick, and the prices and shipping turnaround are superior. They have set the bar high and continue to maintain quality standards.
When you pay $40 for overnight shipping, you would expect to get it... overnight. But instead, it comes days later. Trying to resolve this with customer service and they say, "well, our delivery is an ESTIMATE". So in other words, you pay dearly for shipping and do not get what you paid for. This company misrepresents themselves. DO NOT USE.
First- I paid a premium to get these cards fast- 3 - 4 days. They tookk almost 2 weeks to be delivered! 2nd, I can't give these cards out to my customers- the quality is embarrassing! The finish on all the cards are spotty, scratched and grainy, the corners are not uniform at all; some rounded and some square corners on the SAME card! Most cards are de-laminated, poorly cut and have creases in them! The photo on the back of the cards is very dim compared to what i designed on screen. I simply can't give these cards out to potential customers especially since I'm into manufacturing high-quality items, people would laugh at my business! The quality is just horrible! Here- allow my photo's to speak for themselves...
My order list says they are still in production a week late... i paid 60$ extra for "overnight" for a special event and 6 days later the status still says in production. There is no where to "cancel" an order after you select your order. Their first response was they would refund the extra shipping... ok but I order on the 6th to get them by the 7th and its now the 12th. And now my emails only get automated responses.

Paid over $550 for an expedited order, on a total of over $1100. Assets were too late to be useful, and half the order were the wrong assets. Had to pay 3x more in local printing to meet my needs. They didn't ship the assets out until close of business on the day they were due.
Just terrible. Never allowed me to talk to the printing department. Never allowed me to talk to a manager. They made me leave my number and "wait for a call back" - never came. They immediately called me back when I disputed the charge though - just a terrible business. No one was helpful, everything is outsourced, just freaking terrible.

I took a look at the notes and can see that the customer service manager did call you but unfortunately, due to how the conversation was going we were forced to end the call. Now we are still wanting to assist with the matter but we did call and left a couple of voicemails but have yet to receive any communication. I was moving and needed to quickly order business cards before my move. It took several days and when my order finally arrived, they sent me the wrong thing! I called to have my order fixed and resent to me. They offered to send me the correct item but that it would take 5 additional days for me to receive it. Even though they sent me the wrong thing, they would not ship my items in a timely manner even though I had paid for the shipping to arrive before I moved. Very disappointed in the quality of the product and customer service. Their online portal to create business cards is very glitchy as well. The manager did not do the right thing by accommodating my time frame, and I won't ever be ordering anything from this company again. Unreliable.
I received absolutely horrible service. I am writing this review 4 weeks into an order I placed for business cards. I ordered the express delivery, which I should have received in 3 days, not overnight and I still have not received my order. I called customer service on multiple occasions and was told a different story every time. First there was problems with their printer, then I was told there was problems with the cutter, then I was told there was a technical problem. I never received a requested call back from customer services. I requested a refund and was told they could not give a refund because my order had been printed, yet I still to this date, have NOT received my order. My order is still listed as "In production". What a joke! I recommend DO NOT USE THEM!
The programs we ordered for my sister's wedding turned out perfectly. They were cut perfectly (rounded corners), the color was fantastic, the paper quality was luxe, and overall the ordering, shipping, and customer service process was SUPER easy. I recommend!
I took a chance on this company to print letterhead for a new client. So disappointed with quality and now I have an unhappy client. Tried to give them a chance to make it right but they stopped communicating. Won't be using this company anymore.
Purchased 13 different sets of very standard business cards. The text, cutting, coloring were all off. Once you call to correct the situation, you get customer service reps who basically doubt your story, are in no rush to correct the issue, extremely rude, one going so far as to say she couldn't hear me and immediately hung up. Also takes 48 hours to speak with a manger. These people have no concern for your need of your item and basically have made it extremely difficult to rectify any situation. Will never use again is an understatement
Completely missed the expected delivery date with no forewarning that they were experiencing technical difficulties. Then, after the missed delivery, I had to call which took multiple hours and it wasn't until I called back hitting a different category number that I finally got through to someone. My print was for 1 poster and they couldn't even get that out in time and when I asked if my shipping could be upgraded since I had placed an order almost a month ago, the CSR lied to me and said "they can't upgrade my shipping since it won't do anything because the facility is close." even though it states over, and they can look at the order and easily see that. All of that was so ridiculous I canceled the order, looks like my family member won't get their Christmas present in time this year.
I ordered a large quantity of postcards that arrived in two shipments. I don't think they thought I would actually count them, but I was shorted by 500 cards. When I contacted customer service, they were very dismissive, stating that their records indicated that all 2500 were sent (obviously, otherwise you wouldn't send them.), and that they could do a "reprint" for the remaining 500. A customer service manager refused to upgrade the shipping time on the last part of the order, despite the fact that it was their mistake. Be careful when you're ordering large quantities from this company, make sure you get everything you paid for, and good luck if you ever have to contact customer service.
I ordered prints on the 7th of April. I paid for expedited shipping. The order was never shipped. I have been working with "customer service" for a week now and they give me the same answer. " I'm really sorry but I do not have access to the order details here currently. I will need to forward this to the appropriate team member and they will update you as soon as possible. Can you please confirm, Is the email you provided at the beginning of this chat is correct?" no one has contacted me, the customer service number is disconnected and they refuse to refund the money. I had to go to the credit card company and reverse the charges. Definitely would not recommend their services.

Honeycomb is the one of the best photo editing service provider I had ever seen. They had made my image more beautiful then my requirement.And appreciate their work and their way of behaviour with the customers!
Answer: They are a scam. They will take your money and they'll send you back the worst products you've ever seen. My business cards had long white space along the right side and along the bottoms. The bottom area was cut crooked. They blamed this on my professionally-created artwork (by a national company that has done tens of thousands of previous business card designs) and then refused to make it right or refund my money. Spend the $5-10 more it takes to get it done right, go ANYplace else but these guys.
