The company advertises "delivered to you, when you want it." I ordered with a 2-day buffer, but my order arrived 3 days late and after the event I needed it for. I requested a refund and instead received an email from outsourced customer service saying that the fine print has a disclaimer for late deliveries. They refused my refund request.
I understand mistakes happen and would have forgiven the late delivery with a refund. But compounding it with outsourced customer service that refuses the refund demonstrates a lack of care for the customer. (I sent a follow-up email directly to the Overnight Prints customer service address and their outsourced customer service. I received no reply.)
What happened to the type on my business cards? It's all dithered and breaking up instead of sharp black text like the PDF file. This looks like a bad Xerox copy of a copy of a copy. I don't want these business cards - the print quality is a disgrace and I will not hand these out to represent our business.
I've been waiting 3 weeks for prints that I needed for a presentation over a week ago. There are so many inconsistencies. First, there was an issue with bleed lines. I was charged $2 per page for them to make the adjustment. I paid the additional $56 in addition to the $177. The order sat in que for almost 2 weeks. I reached out via the live chat, just to find out they no longer had the file. I resubmitted the file via the chat. There was another hold put on the account. Logged back in via the chat and was told I needed to approve the file (I had already previously approved). I responded the file was approved and received an email saying I would receive a tracking number (for the second time).Alas, tonight...it says I hadn't made a payment, which I had. This is the most cumbersome, archaic system I've ever encountered. Needless to say, I have no prints and NO INTENTION on every using this company. The poor level of customer service is astounding and the chat is further frustrating as they don't seem to have access to much. Not sure how these people are still in business.
After messaging there Facebook, Live chatting, and emailing asking for a refund and was ignored. I mentioned the yelp ratings and the BBB accreditation and mentioned if they keep treating customers like this, they might be looking at a class action.
* literally responded within seconds: "Your threat has been noted I will have management call you shortly." How unprofessional! I received a call from manager * in minutes. * said he would cancel the order and issue a refund. We will see.
I also used Amazon pay and have Amazon sending emails on my behalf as well as pursuing this myself.
I was okay with after making a call on the second late week that the shipping # would be sent to be by the next day. A MONTH LATE? THE DODGY RESPONSES? I feel like had I not made poor reviews I would have just been lost in the system.

Buyer beware. I've used Overnight prints for about 7 years both professionally and personally. Their quality, speed and price has always been fair but my last several orders have been a waste of time and money. My latest order was running so late I asked them to not bother shipping it as I couldn't use it anymore. They almost immediately created a shipping label and told me it had shipped but UPS didn't receive it for 2 more days and it doesn't appear to be expedited shipping even though I paid almost $20 extra in shipping (on an $8 order) to ensure I received it in time. I understand if they have a lot of orders but they're still taking people's money with the understanding they're likely to get their orders quickly. They don't even seem to be using the extra shipping cost towards expedited shipping which is incredibly dishonest. Maybe ownership changed? As they now seem to be in the business of upcharging and not delivering... and for those reasons, I'm out.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. I had so many issues with this service:
- I ordered business cards to be printed and shipped rush and paid extra for that. They were delivered 2 days past the promised date causing me to miss important marketing meetings.
- The quality was horrible. The prints were so blurry as if you are looking through a thick glass bottle.
When I requested customer service, they put me through hoops to get a resolution. I sent them pictures showing their subpar work and they asked I send individual pictures of 10% of the job which means 200 pictures! I sent them pictures but not individualized.
Their solution was to either re-print or give me 50% discount. I never ever want to use this horrible service, so I chose they are reprinted.
They were reprinted, still with crappy graphics. It was a waste of $150 and time honestly.
Beware and look somewhere else.
Their prints are cheap and the cards are not thick 15pts as they claim.
I placed an order on 4/21 to be delivered on 4/26. No communication to me that the order would be delayed. This order was for an event I had on 4/28 and on 5/3 I reached out to find out the status. I was told nothing could be done, they could not refund my money and they didn't know when my order would be ready. They only offered $10 in store credit for a $300+ order. Worst customer experience I have ever had with a printer. Would never recommend them.
First, because I didn't want to pay for overnight service, I didn't realize the order would take 3 Weeks to get, but went ahead and ordered, because one item was prescription pads, and not many companies seem to print them. There were things in my draft that did not print out on the finished product. Not vital things, but a major component that I spent a lot of time to integrate. The other item was flyers, but they came on really stiff paper rather than something that could be trifolded like I thought. And the writing at the top was not centered. And the fact they couldn't print it from a PDF was unusual as well, so I had to take time to transfer to another file type and then didn't get it printed out well after all. Again, nothing vital, but it just doesn't look professional. Very disappointed!

We ordered printing service for 1000 business cards and a custom image was uploaded to be used for printing. This image has been previously used with at least two other printing companies and had no issues. Overnight prints sent a defective order as over 90% of the order has black lines on either side of the card. When contacted, they asked for additional shipping charges and blamed the defect on the design rather than taking accountability and fixing their mistake. This company has a poor quality control and bad customer service. Needless to say, we will NEVER do business with them again.
EDIT: My design has a clear white background and has no border or lines at the edges. This company tries to shift blame onto the consumers to run their scam. BUYERS BEWARE and find a better print shop for your printing needs. STAY AWAY from this shady business!

The team reviewed the original file that you provided for your order and it can be seen on both the right and left side of the design their are black lines running parallel on the card. When looking on the screen the lines are visible and within the bleed zone on the card. This would be considered a customer error as it was on the design that you submitted to us. We can provide you with another detailed email regarding your design and our cutting tolerance to show you where we can cut. WORST experience ever. Paid for two-day shipping, we are on day six and it's "still in production". Asked to cancel and they refused. Asked to speak to a manager and they refused. Asked someone to call me back three days ago and I'm still waiting. Yes, they are cheap but they don't deliver and their customer service is nonexistent. Heading to the BBB now.
I have had reliable results with Overnight prints for many years running. Quality is reasonable, pricing is very good and I find it consistent. For high quality needs I use local printers where I can work with them one on one but for a majority of my needs I have been happy with Overnight.
Cards that came in were in bad condition. I sent pictures of the cards and the company said they had an error and will ship new ones. When receiving the cards a second time. They were worse off then the first. Time wasted and cards wasted. Not happy with the workmanship from this company. When i brought it up to them a 3rd time. They basically said they cant fix it. Why are you in a business card business if you cannot make simple cards?
I am so very impressed with the work that Overnight Prints does. I had a souvenir booklet printed for my pastor's 40 anniversary and everyone was very pleased with the quality of the booklet. The upload process was easy although I did have a few problems making some corrections. Received order a few days earlier than expected.
Do not use this company. They are horrible and after a month of not getting my printed materials, they will not give a refund. Go with anyone but this company. This is coming from an individual business owner.

Great quality. Quick shipping. Great customer service. I was trying to decide between sandwich business cards or premium business cards. Therefore, I called customer service and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. I chose next day air for shipping and the cards arrived on time. Everyone in the meeting were impressed of my sandwich cards.
The cards come on time, but the quality of the printing is not very well. The 500 cards have different yellow colors, which is the main color on our cards. It's not slightly different, it's big different. We also found out some of the cards show other job's images over our cards... and they sent those mixed in the box!
We printed many cards with Overnight Prints. The customer service is ok, but we want is good quality products. It will save your cost, and save our time!

Terrible service! I paid for expedited shipping. That date came and went and when I contacted them they said it would be delivered shortly, that it was already printed but just had to ship. I received the order a week and a half later. When I contacted them for a refund they said they would only refund the difference in shipping. Wish I would have read reviews before.

This company is a total fraud. I have attempted to use them multiple times and had to fight to get my order canceled because they can't print anything overnight, much less a month from the day the order was placed. I placed an order on 9/26 and paid for expedited service. The order immediately said it was in production, so when my booklets never showed up on time, I couldn't easily cancel the order through their site. I got a call today on 10/26 telling me they need to change the paper type... So they weren't even starting actual production until a month after the order was placed.

I ordered my programs based on a recommendation from a friend that have used your services in the past. I was very pleased with the end product, the packaging of my shipment and the quickness in which it was received. Excellent will definitely used in the the future.
Business cards took approximately 2wks to arrive, which was expected. My only issue is that the lamenation starts to peel almost immediately following any handling. Overall, it was a good investment, due to the fact that I got so many for such a low price.
Answer: They are a scam. They will take your money and they'll send you back the worst products you've ever seen. My business cards had long white space along the right side and along the bottoms. The bottom area was cut crooked. They blamed this on my professionally-created artwork (by a national company that has done tens of thousands of previous business card designs) and then refused to make it right or refund my money. Spend the $5-10 more it takes to get it done right, go ANYplace else but these guys.
