I place an order on August 15th to be delivered on August 30th. It's now Sept 26th and I have still not received anything. I have contacted the company twice and get the same response, "Due to some technical issues in our production site we have faced some delays. We are working full time on your order to ship out as soon as possible"
I'm not a new customer, I've been using them since 2013 and they used to be really good, but the last year orders get lost or are late and I have to argue to get my shipping refunded after I've paid extra to get items shipped quickly. I just can't afford to do business like this, never knowing if I will get the items I've ordered.
I have used Overnight Prints for many orders over the past few years. I have always been fully satisfied with the quality of the order. This was the exception. Of the 1000 cards I ordered, the first 100 were unusable since the print was displaced to the right so the bottom strip was lacking on the lower left and some of the wording from another card was placed on the left side. In addition, in all 1000 cards, the bottom stripe is narrower than in my previous orders using the same template.

I recently had a business card order come back very dark and the customer service people told me they would not reprint the order. After writing a review in a couple places I got a genera manager to call me and he was very helpful. He got the cards printed and to me on time. I appreciate his service. I am sad I had to go through 5 reps and writing some reviews to get some action. But it did work. Thank you for getting my order fixed and to me on time! I appreciate it.
I have used them for 15 years! I had 2000 business cards printed for myself. I am a photographer and the images were so dark they were completely unacceptable! I showed them the comparison of my old card that they printed which was great and the new awful card and they said it was within spec! Well if that is spec for them... I fear for the unsuspecting public who uses them! I urge all to stay far away from this company! They won't do a reprint or a refund! Again extremely unhappy with this company I once raved about! They are con artists and thieves!
This is the 3rd time ordering with ONP and the 3rd bad experience. Their website claims that the company delivers over night or by the date you need your product by, sadly, this is not the case. While the customer service reps are nice, they offer to real updates, only apologies. This is the last try with this company. They really need to stop with the false advertising for sales sake.

The rounded corner cuts were not great. Some of the cards didn't get cut and just bent, the majority that were cut didn't cut clean (like the blade was dull).
The card finishes (glossy over matte) were nicely done.

Ordered black business cards from overnight, they showed up with a white line on the edges. I complained, they claim it was on my design. I ordered the same design from vistaprints, cards showed up perfectly. Overnight even refused to refund me. I told them to keep it! Overnight lacks quality and customer service
As someone who has spent HUNDREDS of dollars with this company just because of the convince, I am officially done. The print quality has always lacked, but my last straw was when I paid for expedited shipping on an order that I needed ON TIME, shipping department messed up and did not expedite my order. The package has not yet been scanned by UPS but they refuse to find my package and put the correct label on. Im sorry but that is pure laziness and inconsideration with a problem that was their fault. I run a company that I am expected to meet deadlines for my customers. I am now screwed trying to figure out how I can meet a deadline on my end, when they refuse to on theirs. Their only compensation was refunding $1.78 and a $10 credit for my next that I will never use! Thanks overnight prints!
First order of greeting cards was perfect. Every order after that, had to be reprinted. The 5th order was just as nice as the first order, the 6th, the reprint of that order was worse than the one they were replacing.
I can not continue to do business with this company.
This is the worst place for any business order. If you are placing an order for an event if weeks away, do not place an order with this company. They will fail to deliver on time and you WILL NOT get your order. The quality is horrible and the service is very bad. Stay away. I recommend VistaPrint and GotPrint for fast quality and affordable service over Overnight Prints.

Unreliable service. They do not deliver what they promise in the timeline they promise. Even after contacting their support, order was not expedited as promised. Contacting them again was more excuses and more delays.
We are always happy with overnight prints. Color is great and so is the paper stock. I also love that re-ordering is always a snap. We re-order the same items months apart and it's great that the re-order process is so easy.
Overnight Prints was 22 Days late at completing my order for a small run on business cards. Never sent me any notification to tell me of the delay. I called after a 2-week wait to ask about the issue. They told me they had a processing issue but couldn't give me an eta of when my order would arrive. After not receiving my order a week later, I reached out on the website to ask for a refund; the customer service person said the order was shipped the day before, I never received any notification. I said I wanted a refund they said they could only give me shipping. I have been buying business cards from this company for over 10 years and never had an issue, and because of their poor customer service, I will never buy from here again. This was truly unacceptable.

I recently ordered from OverNight Prints and the rounded corners were NOT good.
Having to pay extra for rounded corners is a joke if they don't even come out rounded! Majority of the business cards were not cut properly out of 800 business cards I ordered. Not happy at all with Overnight Prints.

Overnight prints turned out to be over 5 days. Missed the event. The flyers were then useless. No refund
Craziest thing is that on the delivery day they wrote to say they hadn't even printed them yet, and they'd come when they felt like sending them. So I told them to cancel them. It was in that moment that they went ahead and printed them so they could charge me... yet still delivery was another 3 days
Appalling. Everything they say in their advertising is untrue. And they aren't even that cheap. I could have got this rushed locally for far better quality and on time for 10% more
The business cards I ordered are very nice. I will use a slightly larger text the next time I order cards. What I saw on the screen and what I got weren't quite the same. Pleasantly surprised at the weight of the cards. About twice the thickness of cards I have gotten from other sources in the past. Length was also fractionally longer so I am having to look for a new card holder for my pocket carry. Overall pleased with the order. Was a little flabbergasted that 6 days after I placed my order I got an email offering 500 cards for $6.99 when I had just paid about $30 for 500. Seemed a little insensitive to do something like that to a new customer.
It was easy to upload my design, but the color and quality of the business cards vary every time. I've used the same design for the last few orders, sometimes color from the back bleeds to the front, or the edges look fuzzy. I use cmyk as recommended by Overnight Prints.

I paid extra to get my business cards in time, and they did arrive two hours before the event; not enough time to get them in folders or stapled like I'd planned. But, I am REALLY annoyed that 1/3 of them were not printed straight. Apparently, my business cards were jammed or slipped in the cutting machine.

Self-design software was sloppy. Type was tiny with no way to know that before ordering. Prints were uncentered and every card had black marks, totally useless. Then customer service jerked me around for several days when I tried resolve it reasonably. They should be ashamed.
Remember this is a prepay business. So they have your money before you have a chance to see what you are getting. If you had a chance to view and handle the finished product and approve it, before paying, maybe they wouldn't let these things happen. But they do. What a waste.
Answer: They are a scam. They will take your money and they'll send you back the worst products you've ever seen. My business cards had long white space along the right side and along the bottoms. The bottom area was cut crooked. They blamed this on my professionally-created artwork (by a national company that has done tens of thousands of previous business card designs) and then refused to make it right or refund my money. Spend the $5-10 more it takes to get it done right, go ANYplace else but these guys.
Answer: It's easy to get a hold of their customer service but they are useless if you need help.
