Ordered 50 invitations and envelopes, order arrived and received 60 invitations and 34 envelopes. Contacted Tatyana Zabolotneva and without telling me what they could or couldn't do I get asked for a photo of the shipping label. This was something I ordered for a friend and they didn't save the packaging. They refuse to fix an order that they shipped incomplete and freely brushed off a regular customer with no regard. It must be nice to have so much business that you can $#*! on a customer and feel good about it.

Worst print provider I've seen in over 35 years of professional art direction and print design.
Zero production answers, non delivery, and non existent customer service. 3 weeks and counting for a small, simple job. I've requested a refund and cancellation but was refused. Beware, I can only assume this is a cut rate print broker who holds no weight with actual production. After a "partial" shipment for a tiny press run of 100 was allegedly shipped, we still have nothing.
In 30 years of buying printing for my clients I have never had a worse experience. I was sucked in by a "special" they were running on business cards and ordered three sets for a client. After the delivery date came and went with no cards I began contacting them via chat, email and phone. Each time I was told they had technical issues, but that my order would be prioritized and I should be getting my order soon. After numerous calls to what sounded like a call center, I finally canceled the prepaid order, over six weeks since I placed it and four weeks since it was to be in my clients possession. The only thing Overnight about this company is their ability to process a payment. You are forewarned. This company does not honor their promises and I couldn't think of a more inappropriate name for them than Overnight Prints.
Do not use this company if you are on a print deadline. They will not make it. Do not pay extra for expediated shipping. They do not credit any orders that are late.
I used this company for 10 years for print marketing. In the last year every order I have placed never arrives on time. They say they do not have compensate or refund order money.
Terrible customer service.
Terrible experience. Specifically went with this company due to their expedited services and paid 3 times the price I would have paid for the print job with my usual company and in addition, paid expedited shipping only for it not to arrive for the event I needed. Rang them to at least get the expedited shipping fee refunded and they wouldn't even help me until I had received the package (which was obviously past the shipping time anyway). Wouldn't work with me in the slightest, nor would they allow me to speak with someone higher up in the company. I was not being unreasonable and asking for a refund on the print job (albeit I am annoyed at paying so much more for something than I needed to when it wasn't delivered for purpose), all I wanted was my shipping refunded. Appalling customer service.
This is the 3rd time I've used Overnight Prints to print my booklets and the quality and color matching has been great the last two times, however this third time the colors did not match the document I uploaded. Paper trimming was also incredibly inconsistent- not a single border was straight along the edge of the paper.
And shipping! The expected delivery day is never correct. You have to click into 'Upgrade shipping' to find that the actual date is weeks later. Then you have to pay to upgrade for the ORIGINAL delivery day. That part is consistent.

In the past I had an idea to learn graphic design because it's pretty beneficial for me in case I would want to start off my own business. I would be able to create advertisement and attract clients by my own withouy a help from the side. Nevertheless, I gave up this idea and forgot about it at all. Now I started off my own business and I have already cursed myself that I rejected this idea in the past. Anyway, I found this service which helped me a lot to create ads for my makreting campaign and there are plenty of result from the work of this service. I have enough clients to earn money actually.
OVERNIGHT Prints will suck you in with their name, and their promised delivery date. DON'T BE FOOLED.
Your order will be placed "In Production" within an hour (so, per their terms, you can no longer cancel the order), You'll think they are working on your order... but they are not. They are now waiting for you to complain and demand a refund within a week, so that they can apologize with a series of canned responses, when you use the "Contact Us" form.
There is no phone number.
So you'll enter into a futile back and forth with a clumsy chatbot, and then they will make this very attractive offer - they will agree to cancel your order, and will refund your shipping charges... but will keep your money for the order itself, and not ship their product.
Hopefully American Express will see through this charade and nail them with a charge back and maybe even pull their ability to use Amex.
Bottom line - you'd be better off ordering from Dunder Mifflin...

If you need it tomorrow, we'll get it to you tomorrow, so they say. I ordered and paid the express shipping for next day and I received my business cards FOUR days later! This was 2 days after my event. When I called customer service, she was condescending and told me that "Technically and logically" it was my fault for not ordering in time. The website provided the option for the specific date, but that's my fault. I ordered 5 hours prior to the deadline, but again, my fault. She informed that the date was an estimation, but the site charged me for express and next day for that specific date. No estimation on taking my $87! No refund for the shipping. No concern for the problem. I guess OVERNIGHT means four days later. My fault.

Wonderful quality and very professionally handled. Unfortunately, if you DON'T live in California, you definitely pay for the service, as the shipping charges are pricey, especially since they won't even ship the product for 2 weeks if you DON'T use the highest priority services.
Since I tend to order low-priced items, the shipping charges end up costing more than the items themselves.
I placed my order Nov 8th, with a promised delivery of Nov 18th. Today is Nov 22nd, and they just shipped my order. I repeatedly reached out to inform them, I would like to cancel my order, and they refuse to give a refund, even when did not meet they're end of the agreement. This company is charging 10 times what other company's are. Gotprint does the same order for a quarter of they're price. Robbers and scammer. DO NOT BUY

I cannot be more disgusted! Absolutely horrific experience from the get-go. Strung me along for DAYS while I waited for my "super-duper, in the red, urgent priority" (their words) waited to move into the production queue. The only (repetitive) response was "Nothing is guaranteed." This is after I paid over FIFTY dollars for express shipping. PS - they don't work weekends either. I should have trusted my gut and gone with ANY other company! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this machine-broken, lying, manipulative company... unless you don't care about your deadline.

Foreign-based customer service is where the fun starts. Although my preview was centered properly the cut overnighprints.com was not centered. The print on one side of the business card is to the edge and space on the other side. This is not a business card I can give out. According to them as long as all the print is on the card, the centering and quality of the print is not a cause for re-printing or refund. THis is after I wasted time taking a picture of 10% of the cards. I will get them reprinted at Costco which turned out to be cheaper and I know Costco will stand behing their quality.
They postponed my delivery 3 times though I paid extra for speedy service. I placed an order on April 28, and paid for the delivery on May 2. They postponed the delivery to May 3rd without asking my concent. Then to May 4th. Then to May 5th/ Though I contacted them and explained that it was vital for me to get the order on May 4th. Otherwise, I will get fired. They ignored all my requests, and just kept postponing the order.
This is the worst experience I have ever got. Never ever use this company!

I had gotten my catalogs printed through them and received them with marks all over my catalogs. I contact them right away and they did not respond to me. Once they did, and I sent them photos of the defective product they have ignored every email or response I have sent them. They won't reprint my products, and my clients are very disappointed.
BUYER BEWARE - Smudge easily, same quality as an at home Avery sheet label on personal printer, all stickers came with cropped top and bottom after proof showed correct print. They will NOT REFUND a single cent on this order, so now my business is stuck with an order that I will be throwing away and reordering at a loss from somewhere else.
I placed an order for three sets of cards for the companies we own. These were nothing fancy and actually were stock images Overnight prints had available. My first red flag should have been that they charged separate shipping ($7.99 ea) on each order and would not combine. Then when the cards arrived one set was so unevenly trimmed (the image was skewed on the card) they look like a drunk used scissors to make them, the second set the background color was approved as a tan, they arrived Yellow! Then when I brought these to the attention of Overnight Prints they respond with "the cards as shipped are within printing tolerance". Are you kidding me? These represent the company and are horrible! Trust me, you do not want to use this printer at any price or any reason. Google the address, (2929 Magazine st., Louisville Ky) the building has most of the windows broken out, and its in a rundown slum. No wonder they don't care what the customers presentation looks like, they don't care about their own! Overall a really pathetic excuse for a professional printer selling garbage to anyone foolish enough to give them the opportunity! Cost me $60 bucks, don't let it cost you!
I've designed and sent a postcard every year for the past 9 years, using different printing groups to get them printed.
1) my design was flagged, despite it not having any text past the bleed area. I removed the flag three times, then had to talk to customer support to *actually* get the flag removed.
2) even though I ordered the cards a month before the day they needed to arrive, they were STILL "queued for printing" *the day before they were supposed to arrive*.
You never feel more helpless in these situations so if you want to have a stress-free process of printing something time sensitive DON'T USE OVERNIGHT PRINTS.

I gave 2 stars instead of one because they are fairly affordable, but they take months to get out orders (and with a name like "overnight prints" that's kind of ironic) and the quality is pretty low.
This is the absolute WORST, most UNPROFESSIONAL company I have actually EVER dealt with. They did my cards ENTIRELY WRONG, my company's name, as well as my email we're both completely cut off! I emailed them right away when I received my unusable cards, and they took WEEKS to reply. When they finally replied they said I needed to send them a picture of a MINIMUM of 50 cards "fanned out" to show the errors were consistent throughout all the calls. I did that, then again waited WEEKS for a response, then finally was told that they would send out new cards, and proceeded to NEVER do so. I have been trying to get this issue resolved since JULY! Here we are halfway through SEPTEMBER! This place is a TOTAL SCAM! BEWARE!
Answer: They are a scam. They will take your money and they'll send you back the worst products you've ever seen. My business cards had long white space along the right side and along the bottoms. The bottom area was cut crooked. They blamed this on my professionally-created artwork (by a national company that has done tens of thousands of previous business card designs) and then refused to make it right or refund my money. Spend the $5-10 more it takes to get it done right, go ANYplace else but these guys.
