NEVER AGAIN! ORDERED MY PRODUCTS ON 7/03, ON 7/14 CHECKED STATUS SAW IT WAS STILL IN PRODUCTION. CONTACED CUST SERV WAS TOLD THERE WAS A DELAY IN PRODUCTION BUT I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED. ASKED TO CANCEL THEY SAID IT WAS TO LATE. I THEN PLACED An ORDER WITH MOO PRINT AND ANOTHER WITH VISTA. RECEIVED BOTH ORDERS WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK. STILL DON'T HAVE MY "OVERNIGHT" ORDER. THEY SAID IT WOULD BE THERE B4 THE QUOTED DATE. IT'S NOW THE 21ST I CHECKED THE STATUS IT SAID IT JUST SHIPPED TODAY. UNACCEPTABLE!

I ordered invitations for an anniversary party. They were great quality and the print job was beautiful! The price was great, especially for a small quantity. Staples/Office Depot wasn't even close.

I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the product I received. I have received multiple complaints that the product is smudged, scuffed or even torn, seemingly all on spots of importance (dates/locations etc) which makes it very difficult. While there is to be SOME expected handling marks on the USPS side, the smudging shows that the prints were not printed on a quality printer/ not given proper dry time. Not a single person whom I have spoken to has received a nice looking product from this order.
Furthermore, there are some people who have not even received their postcard, despite being on the mailing list I submitted, and despite being sent about two weeks ago. I know they are not simply stuck in the mail, because I have a few individuals who live in the same neighborhood; one has received the card, while the other hasn't (about 4 cases of this example). I have also double checked with every one who has told me they haven't received the card, to make sure I had the proper address, and in every situation the address submitted is correct.
I am very disappointed in the product that was received, it not only makes me look bad, and is causing me great headache (I now have 97 people reaching out to me for details that could have/should have been seen on the mailed product; which is a nightmare), but is a very bad mark on Overnight Prints.

SCAM company

I placed an order with this company on 6/13/22 for rush overnight delivery on 6/14/22. On 6/14 I checked my order status to see it still said 'In Production'. I left an email for customer service, but after not receiving a reply for 2 hours, I called them directly. Zanna (She told me, Anna, with a Z) stated that they were having problems with their printers and my order was printed and would be shipped priority.

The next day (6/15) my order still said 'In Production'. I called and spoke with Zanna again. She gave me the exact same script she'd given me the previous day. I informed her of this and was told that it wasn't her that spoke with me. I asked if there was another Anna with a Z and she put me on hold. When she came back she confirmed that she had spoken with me and that my order would be delivered by Friday and that my priority next day shipping charges would be refunded. I asked for a refund and was told that because the order was already printed, they would not issue a refund.

I informed her that my promotion that I needed the order for would be over by then and the door hangers would be useless. I asked to speak to a manager and was told she was in a meeting, but she was informed of my issue and agreed that I would receive it by Friday.

Now it is 6/21, they refuse to take my calls, will not respond to my emails, and have BLOCKED me on social media. I have put in a dispute with my bank, but I feel like this company should NOT be in business if they are not an actual company and just scam people out of their money.

I waited and waited. Then called, then waited some more. I still don't have the cards and the meeting I need them for is this afternoon! If you need your printing, don't order from them!

Couldn't deliver.

I ordered a small order of Christmas Cards (20 pieces) on December 8th. They said it was a delivery date of December 14. On December 15 I called to say I hadn't received. They told me there was an "unforeseen delay" and that the best they could do was December 22nd. I said, cancel my order, I will have to get them elsewhere. Their response was that they could not cancel since they were already printed. After nearly an hour, I got shipping upgraded. So, I had a NEW delivery of December 19th. Tight, but still possible to mail my cards. NOW, I hear they were still in production, they weren't finished printing (so they lied about it the first time), and they didn't guarantee delivery. ALL OVER the website it talks about on-time delivery, hence "OVERNIGHT Prints". I WILL get my money back on these. Total RIP OFF.

I ordered two different business cards of 500 ea. They said 5-7 days. Two weeks passed and nothing. Called and they realized they hadn't been printed much less shipped. I told them I needed them asap for a convention and they said they could ship them express but I had to pay for the additional shipping. I asked why since it was there mistake, they stated that's all they can do. I asked for a supervisor and told me that there is none that could help me. That they can submit a request for them to call but they probably won't since they are too busy. I was amazed at this. A week later I receive the business cards. They were not as I designed them. The ink was so light compared to the computer design, it wasn't even visible. I had ordered a set that are all black with white lettering and all the cards had a red line along the edges of the cards. Absolutely horrible. I took pictures of all the defects, at the end I ended up losing since I knew nothing was going to be done. I shredded the cards and recycled them. I ended up ordering my usual Vistaprint's cards, which were perfect, just not in time for my convention.

I have been a customer for 9 years. I have delighted with this service and loved the professional quality. I have had color issues and they were always quick to fix the issues. I had a time-sensitive invitation which I paid to get it to me quicker, because that is their service right! It was supposed to arrive April 21. I have talked to a chat instead of a human to resolve this issue. I was told on monday, April 24 that the postcards were printed, I could not cancel, and I could be refunded shipping. This did not work for my timeline but I was like okay we will see if I can get them shipped. Today in the evening I see that the product is still in the in production phase and has not been shipped. I told the chat robot that I needed to cancel. This breaks my heart as this was a good service. In the last year I have had product take months to get to me. I have another product I am needing in a few days that will not arrive on-time. This is frustrating but with not enough workers I know it must be hard but then do not promise delivery and say it is an estimated time. I would have not paid additional money to get it early if it was going to arrive late. I would not have ordered it at all. So as the company is good if you have a long time to get your product it is not good if you need it quickly as it was.

We had used this company a few times for bookmarks. Their uploading program is crap and not suited for the purpose, but following THEIR guidelines for images forces the buyer to have to pay for a review before printing. In said review, they kick back all of your order and show you a preview with nice, even four sided white border warning you that the bleed will cause these white borders. They looked amazing, so why not have them?
When I put that on the approval, the FOUR SIDES OF EQUAL SIZING they printed the order.
What did I get?
One set had a thick white line along the top (on a black background). Where are the other three lines?
The next set has two white lines that weren't remotely close to being the same size.
OCD. OCD. OCD.
All of the sets were poorly printed like this. The glossy finish one some didn't match the glossy finish on another. They weren't cut the same size, which is strange considering they use a die to cut them.
Their customer service is the worst I have had the displeasure of having to deal with and as a result, and getting the big F-U from their customer support, I have disputed the charges. They can have their bookmarks back and shove them up their asses for all I care.
This author and publishing company will make sure that ALL indie authors looking for reasonably priced swag stay as far away from overnightprints.com as possible.

Misspelled word
September 30, 2020

I ordered 6 different orders of business cards. Almost $200. In business cards that I can not use due to them having a misspelled word "PREMIER", which was wrong 5 different times as "PRIEMER". I ordered the cards online 4 different times, before we recognized the word was misspelled. At first I thought I was making the mistake. Therefore I called and spoke to a rep. Two different times and reordered the cards with a live rep. The cards still came with same misspelled word. This last call she fixed the correction and reordered the cards but I only had to pay for shipping. What do you know Premier is spelled "PREMIERE" I called to speak with supervisor and they tell me they can't transfer me to a supervisor. Because supervisor is busy doing their work and she needs to handle it. Therefore they told me to email their service department. Which she's over those emails too. They wouldn't even compromise with sending me free cards without me paying for shipping. I requested for refund they to me no due to customer error. I didn't qualify for a refund. I wouldn't recommend this company to a blind person..

I've been a customer for several years and really never ran across any issues. If so, I would either be notified with order placed on hold or Overnight Prints would work diligently to solve the issue. I placed an order back in May and when client received products they we're blurry. I was out of the country when I was informed that product was unsatisfactory and had little to no way of handling business. When I finally was able to communicate via email both reps were more concerned about informing me that Overnight doesn't offer refunds than providing me a resolution. I wasn't concerned about refund I just wanted quality products to provide to client. After communicating with 2 different reps which took over 24 hrs to respond to each email and emailing the defect products I still didn't get a resolution. I decided to call and rep told me that she saw that the original images were blurry and she could see the problem. My question, if you see that an image is blurry shouldn't you have placed on hold? Anyways the 3 rep was nice enough to value my business and stated she would reorder products with the updated images that were loaded. When I received the new product I received 100 of the correct products and 25 of the same old blurry products that I already had received. Not satisfied with the way this was handled and not to mention client had to wait almost a month for products and was still short 25 count of the corrected products.

Business cards were ordered from this website on April 18th. We received confirmation the order would be delivered April 19th. I then was emailed an updated arrival date of April 24th. Our launch date for our new business was April 21st. So the cards did not arrive in time. THIS IS NOT OVERNIGHT. I was charged for overnight shipping and sent 3 requests to the company through their online chat. They do not have a customer support phone number and cannot be contacted any other way. It is Monday, April 24th and the cards came in with deep imprints on them. Worst service I have received in a long time. Will not be using them again.
RESPONSE: We ordered from your site specifically because you offered overnight. I didn't even mind if it was 2 days but the fact is you updated me on my delivery time after April 20th. Since the delivery date was supposed to be the 19th, obviously I knew they were late. But when they did not show up the 20th. That's when we got concerned. You did not update the delivery date until after the 20th. That is not in a timely manner!

SCAM! I wish I could give 0 rating.

Terrible customer service. I did not get my printings on time although paid extra money to receive them earlier. 3 days passed and still did not get them... I am not sure if I will get them one day. Customer services email did not answer me. Live chat said only "sorry". No refund or anything. Terrible customer service! Terrible! On their website there is a text:

"IF YOU NEED IT TOMORROW, WE WILL GET IT TO YOU TOMORROW
Don't be fooled by companies that say, "Fastest order-to-door delivery" and their "Rush Delivery" claims. This is important to consider since many online printing companies will state that they will begin printing your order the same day if the order is submitted by a certain time (usually around 12:00 Pacific time). For example, if a company states that they can print your product today and ship it next day air tomorrow, the turnaround time would be three days! This can be misleading, as many customers – understandably – expect to receive their order the next day. In fact, only one company can do this…Overnight Prints."

SO FUNNY! DO NOT TRUST THEM!
