Print quality, imho, is fine. BUT, if a printer sends you greeting cards with the inside part reading upside down, and insists that it is your error because you didn't upload it UPSIDE DOWN, there is a serious problem with quality control. Don't bother with the chat or a phone call. All they tell you is to wait for an email from Quality Control. I will save you the trouble of waiting. They offer you $10 off to reprint it. Had I known there was an issue with the file orientation, I could have sent it upside down to them. (which in itself makes no sense). But I received a message that said it was approved for printing. Which makes me believe someone there had eyes on it.

We apologize that you were not satisfied with your GotPrint experience. We print exactly what we receive, you chose the instant online proof, in the future, we recommend that you chose the Manual Proof option to ensure that your files are checked for orientation and other potential printing issues. • Overnight Prints

I ordered a small order of Christmas Cards (20 pieces) on December 8th. They said it was a delivery date of December 14. On December 15 I called to say I hadn't received. They told me there was an "unforeseen delay" and that the best they could do was December 22nd. I said, cancel my order, I will have to get them elsewhere. Their response was that they could not cancel since they were already printed. After nearly an hour, I got shipping upgraded. So, I had a NEW delivery of December 19th. Tight, but still possible to mail my cards. NOW, I hear they were still in production, they weren't finished printing (so they lied about it the first time), and they didn't guarantee delivery. ALL OVER the website it talks about on-time delivery, hence "OVERNIGHT Prints". I WILL get my money back on these. Total RIP OFF.

Once you are signed on to Straight Talk, your service is pretty seamless. But, GOOD LUCK getting a Bring Your Own Phone Plan to WORK! Like one of the other posts here, they insisted I was trying to register two phones on one activation package (which I was not) they told me the phone was not eligible for activation (which it was), they told me they were working on it and it would take 25 hours from our conversation (three times), then told me that they had to send a NEW SIM Card, after I just purchased one. And, I would have to contact my old provider so I didn't lose my phone number! When I said, wait a minuteā€¦ you transferred my number to StraightTalk, you have it, they said, OH, then we need to get you over to troubleshooting. They will have to do a few things to get your phone up and running. And, by the way, I had to pay $63 for the activation kit, plus ANOTHER $7.41 for another activation code, since they said the first one didn't work.

Good news is, they finally (after 4 days) got the phone up and running. But here's the next battle. It says "save money by enrolling in "auto-refill". Which is not a savingsā€¦ it is exactly what it would cost over the counter. So I called, and was told "that offer expired in March". Still on the website though! Not worth fighting for $3 a month.
