I ordered an expensive cardigan which was on final sale. When the item came there appeared to be damage on both sleeves - the yarn appeared to be unraveling. When I communicated with customer service, they reported that the item came from their "partner." They asked me to send photos of the sweater showing the faulty areas. They first said their partner wouldn't accept the return and subsequently said the damaged area was part of the design. I didn't buy it from their partner. I bought it from Orchard Mile. It's the last purchase I will make from this substandard company. Poor customer care. Lacking in integrity, in my opinion.
Horrific! Sure, they reply to your emails, but if you return an item they will wait forever and then some to refund you. They will wait 30 BUSINESS days… Any holidays in there? Tack on a few more days! So while they have received my item they will wait those FULL 30 days… no less, but maybe more! We shall see! Completely atrocious return policy! Refund me already! Don't bother buying from here! Never again!
I should've read the reviews as I'd never heard of them. I ordered and returned an item over a month ago and still have not received a refund. I keep getting the response that returns take up to 15 days, it's been a month or more. Never order from here, they will hold your refund hostage if you decide to return anything; sad because I would've recommended the site to friends and family if they provided good customer service.
I should have read the reviews before purchasing anything from this company. My loss! I purchased some Frye boots which were too small and I returned them immediately. I paid with Affirm. Even after they recieved the return, it took them nearly 3 weeks to process the return. But the worst is that Affirm kept charging my card because the return hadn't been reported. I now find that once Affirm receives the return info, it will take 3-10 days to refund my card, meanwhile I still get charged! I know eventually I will get my money, at least I hope I will. But taking this long is unexcusable! Never again will I order from this business! It isn't worth it and there is no advantage in doing so. Go directly to the site of the business you are interested in. It will save you untold headaches while your money is held hostage!
Orchard Mile is not issuing a refund on a returnable item because they now say it's up to the vendor to decide. Would never shop there again.

I ordered some coach shoes from orchard mile Sept 15,2020. I received an email stating that my order had been processed. Sept 22, i received an email saying that a refund had been initiated on my behalf and as soon as it was processed, i would be notified. I did not request a refund and emailed to ask why it was being refunded. The response was that i was being refunded because my order did not meet the requirements of the Coach approval process. Again, i was confused and asked what that meant because if i paid for something, what is there to approve? The email i received back was " Orchard Mile is a luxury and contemporary fashion e-commerce marketplace, we partner directly with designers to showcase their full collection. We submitted your order to Coach however, they have canceled your order and mentioned that it did not meet the requirements of the Coach Approval process" I'm not sure what to think but as long as i can afford to purchase something, why not let me?

I purchased an item that later I was informed was not in stock, so they cancelled my order and informed me that they would refund my card, a week after I contacted to find out about the refund and they told me they had just refunded my card and I would have to wait10 business days
So why would you have something in the website if is not in stock, charge the customer and then we have to wait weeks to get a refund

Our site is integrated with our brand partners and all inventory is provided by the brands. Unfortunately, sometimes the brands are unable to fulfill the orders due to inventory discrepancies. Again, we are truly sorry for this and it is not the experience that we hope for for our guests. I have checked your order and it has been refunded, the processing time at this point is up to the financial institutions as to when it will be made available to you on your card. I would prefer to give Orchard MIle a 5 star review but unfortunately I had an issue with a return item. I ordered a dress from Dolce and Gabbana that I returned and I didn't receive a refund after 2 months. However as soon as I reached out to Angelo at Orchard, he took care of things immediately. I'm not sure if the breakdown was at DG or Orchard, but I do know that Angelo was incredibly responsive, friendly and got the refund initiated. Thanks so much!
I have never experienced a company with better customer service. I've had them follow up with me on returns and just stayed on top of everything for me. If they have anything I want, I'm buying it from them for sure! Never been treated better than with this company.

Never gave I dealt with another retail front online or in person (including Neimans and Saks) with better customer service than was provided by Orchard Mile. Namely Katherine was outstanding. But all great. Followed up with out me calling or emailing. And followed every question and request to 100 percent satisfaction. Be assured this will be my first go to spot for all my clothes. Truly an outstanding experience. I ordered a lot a xmas and before. Sent back some and not one issue!
