I should have read the reviews before purchasing anything from this company. My loss! I purchased some Frye boots which were too small and I returned them immediately. I paid with Affirm. Even after they recieved the return, it took them nearly 3 weeks to process the return. But the worst is that Affirm kept charging my card because the return hadn't been reported. I now find that once Affirm receives the return info, it will take 3-10 days to refund my card, meanwhile I still get charged! I know eventually I will get my money, at least I hope I will. But taking this long is unexcusable! Never again will I order from this business! It isn't worth it and there is no advantage in doing so. Go directly to the site of the business you are interested in. It will save you untold headaches while your money is held hostage!
Hi Suzanne, I am so sorry you had this experience. We definitely do not hold on to customers money and issue refunds once received. It can take 10-14 business days typically for returns to be processed and during Covid the experience has been a little bit longer due to the staff that warehouses have minimal staffing.
