I purchased an item that later I was informed was not in stock, so they cancelled my order and informed me that they would refund my card, a week after I contacted to find out about the refund and they told me they had just refunded my card and I would have to wait10 business days
So why would you have something in the website if is not in stock, charge the customer and then we have to wait weeks to get a refund
That is unacceptable

Our site is integrated with our brand partners and all inventory is provided by the brands. Unfortunately, sometimes the brands are unable to fulfill the orders due to inventory discrepancies. Again, we are truly sorry for this and it is not the experience that we hope for for our guests. I have checked your order and it has been refunded, the processing time at this point is up to the financial institutions as to when it will be made available to you on your card.
