I have been very pleased with my purchases from Open Sky. The purchases come to me in a very reasonable amount of time. They are always in good shape.
Sweater coat was finally received after much delay. Sweater coat is not exactly what I expected! Photos gave the impression that it would be significantly heavier than it actually is. That said, I will keep it and use as a "sweater". Probably will not order an article of clothing in the future.

I like the variety of things offered on OpenSky, unfortunately, I have yet to receive anything that is as nice as it looks or have proper fit or have any whiff of quality, especially considering the exaggerated prices. First order went into the dumpster, this one is being fully returned. Won't be wasting my time with this site again.

Perhaps it my own fault, I should have checked the measurements, but the picture looked a lot larger than the actual purse, It does have lots of pockets but is an envelope style. I don't find all those pockets to be functional because there is no room. It is a nice soft leather. I can use it, just not for the purpose I purchased it.

I ordered cake balls for my daughter-in-law's birthday - Every time I checked the order status it said in process - according to their website - meant the seller had my order and was processing - the item was not customized in any way. I ordered 11/8 - on 11/15 after being in process for days - I emailed the company asking when the order would ship and received no response - there was no phone number to contact them and no response to my e-mailed query - my daughter-in-laws birthday present from me was ruined. It is Nov 17th and the order still says in process.

I bought a sweater for $32.00 which Open Sky says it was worth $80.00 in size XL, picture in ad looked great. I received it a month later, yes a month to find a cheap looking sweater made for an elf. This company is a rip off, I should have done some research on reviews before buying anything from this website without a phone number... buyers be ware... NEVER again. Don't bother to return anything, they charge you a crazy price to ship back and they charge you the shipping price when they shipped it to you by that time you receive nothing for the return. Poor way of running a business. I hope this review helps others when buying from this company.

I just lost $150.00 with this company. It is all false advertising. I ordered a blue top with pink roses (they said was a T shirt), it arrived shiny polyester. I sent it back and got nothing back, no credit, nothing. I ordered two tops that said sweatshirt ponchos $42.95 each, it took almost a month to receive from China and it was T shirt material, not worth $2.00 let alone $42.95.
