Chrono24

I recent purchased a Jaeger Le Coultre Reverso through a private seller on Chrono24. At first I was very reluctant but after a few emails with the buyer I went through with it. I am more than happy with the results especially since the seller had no reviews or ratings. I believe you need to do your homework and ask questions to feel it is what you want and whether legit. I would use Chrono24 again. The experience I had was great.

I purchased an expensive watch that I felt safe purchasing due to the way Chrono24 has an escrow account in place,making the monies safe until proof of authenticity. Also I spoke with them about the seller and they assured me that they have proved to be very trustworthy. The watch is beautiful and exactly as described. This is the second time I have purchased a watch through Chrono24 and definitely will do so again.

Chrono24 is a great way to find the timepiece you're looking for at a great price. Their search function works really well, they provide a lot of information about the timepieces offered (usually including several pictures), and it's a secure way to purchase authentic timepieces. I've purchased two watches so far, both transactions were a great experience. Will definitely be buying more on Chrono24!

Great description of watches and clear info on dealers. The whole process was very smooth. I just wish you mentioned your service fee upfront not when I'm reaching for my credit card. Also, I wasn't clear as to sales tax the dealer may charge until the actual checkout (they didn't charge sales tax in my case). Overall, I like it!

Be prepared to put in a lot of extra work and run around, if purchase is damaged or not as described. No return shipping label is facilitated and best of luck getting someone on the phone.

Though I appreciate the Plattform as an excellent search field for watches, I am disappointed about the non-existence of any help/support in a Situation where this would have been definitely called for., Be patient‘ messages are of no help at all, if these are not being followed up Timely by concrete messages that address the issue at hand. This creates the impression as if no real support is actually available. Till today I have not received a single message on this case and I have therefore decided to conclude the matter without any support by the Chrono24-Team.

I have looked at the Chrono24 website for awhile. Then after researching many selling websites I tried them for a purchase. Couldn't be happy. Put me in contact with sellers from all over the world. I have talked with numerous sellers, and they all were prompt in getting back to me with answers to my questions or counteroffers to offers. I successfully found my desired watch at a great mutually agreed upon price. Even buying an extra band for this rare limited edition watch!

Get your fix here! Amazing app for learning, exploring, and finding great deals. Prices on par with other online sellers but feels safer and more professional. Great experience so far.

I love watches, and I have given my son a beautiful Breitling for a gift after grad school, He wears it everyday. He is always asking what watch I have on, and I hand him whatever I have on. So I know he is interested in watches. So I read two different articles, one about German watch companies and the other was just the excitement of getting a new watch, any watch could be an inexpensive watch.
So I was hoping to give that excitement to my son. My purchase though Chrono24 was easy and fun. My son now has a new time piece all :)

This was the first time that I used Chrono24 and so far the experience has been very pleasant. It was easy to use the website and I was glad to find the watch that had been looking for. Everything appeared to be as represented on the website. The dealer package the watch very nicely and it arrived in very nice shape. As with everything, especially a watch, it's hard to tell the internal workings, but from the outside and exterior appearance, all looks as I had hoped and expected.

In many cases the cost is much less than a second hand watch from UK sources. The Escrow payment system offers another layer of security especially if you are a first time buyer of an expensive watch from overseas. Chrono24 allows one to survey a vast array of watches from around the world, with multiple examples of virtually everything of interest. Pricing varies, as does the watch band material which can be shipped or not from particular countries. In short, the shopping per se was fascinating. Then the purchase was safe and secure, and the dealer was wonderful to work with, making this an altogether positive experience.

I bought a Rolex Submariner from the Chrono24 website. I paid through their secure website, got the watch in two days and all was as described. Chrono24 provides peace of mind when buying watches from the gray market. We are all familiar with the bad actors that sell fakes. The 14-day escrow with a return guarantee from Chrono24 makes it easier for the buyer and genuine sellers to get a fair transaction completed. That said, 6% fee is a bit steep and needs to be capped at a certain dollar amount.

I sold a BRAND NEW Uboat chimera on this site. Chrono24 asked me to set time and date watch twice and send photos to verify I own it and it works. I paid £240 to ship insured to Singapore, the watch arrived undamaged. They buyer refused to acknowledge he had received it for 24 hours then said it was broke. Chrono24 now want me to massively reduce the price of the watch on the word of a scammer in Singapore.
The buyer refuses to ship the watch back because he won't pay the cost, despite chrono 24 stipulating the buyer must cover return costs. He now has my watch, I have no money, and chrono24 have ignored me for 5 days straight. The company should be closed down, do not, under any circumstances, sell your watch through this Company.

Buying via Chrono24 seemed the better way to go, avoiding most of the risk involved in buying a high-value item direct from an unknown seller, possibly overseas. In particular, good to know that money wouldn't be paid out until a watch had arrived and you had a chance to check it was "as advertised". Having a large number of watches to choose from on a single site also really helped to get a feel for what the options are and how much different types of watch typically sell for. Would recommend.
