Great buying experience!

I was very concerned buying an expensive watch online with only photos. Decided to go for it and it worked out great. Communication was timely and provided a high level of confidence with the stats of the purchase. Photos were spot on and shipping was prompt with updates at every step.
Definately will use this site again for my next purchase.

Ware war in Ordnung. Verpackung katastrophal. Uhr in Papier gewickelt nicht in der Verpackung. Liefertermin nicht eingehalten, so dass es keine Geburtstagsüberraschung war.
Weiss nicht warum so gedankenlos versendet. Tissot ist ja keine 30 € Uhr. Bin wieder mal enttäuscht von der Marke Tissot. Hier liegt es aber an dem Händler.

The seller will then ship the package fully insured with signature required. Once the buyer receives the package, they have 7 days to report an issue. As long as no issues are reported, Chrono24 will automatically payout the seller after the 7 days (it typically takes a few business days for the bank to recognize the payout).
