Question:

Helo. i´m thinking about selling a watch on this site but i´m not sure if they return the money that i have to pay for after 6 months like they say. can anyone help me about this?

Answer:

Now allow me to tell you exactly how it works: the money back guarantee applies if the watch is not sold after 6 months and you are able to prove that you still have it in your possession. The system randomly generates 2 times, you need to set the watch to these times and submit the photos. Once they have been verified the money will be refunded to you through a way you prefer (PayPal, Bank Transfer, Skrill).

Question:

So if post a watch for sale (rolex> 15,000) i do not get paid until i ship the product and the buyer confirms delivery ? summarize the process for me

Answer:

Thank you for your question. Once a buyer makes an offer on the watch and the seller accepts, the buyer will make payment into the escrow account we offer for private sellers. The seller will then ship the package fully insured with signature required. Once the buyer receives the package, they have 7 days to report an issue. As long as no issues are reported, Chrono24 will automatically payout the seller after the 7 days (it typically takes a few business days for the bank to recognize the payout). Please feel free to contact us directly via email at Support@Chrono24.com or by phone at 646-887-3560. We are happy to answer any additional questions that you have and look forward to hearing from you.

Question:

I'm uncomfortable providing my banking information to a company that i'd never heard of until a couple of days ago yet it's required to complete my ad

Answer:

Thank you for bringing up your concern. All private seller accounts are required to include bank account information when posting an advertisement. The bank account information included is where payment is directed once the watch sells. Your information is secure with Chrono24 is only used for a final payout once the watch is sold. Please feel free to contact us directly via email at Support@Chrono24.com or by phone at 646-887-3560. We are happy to answer any additional questions that you have and look forward to hearing from you.

Question:

If you send a real rolex to a buyer ,before you get your money, they said the watch is fake and send you back a fake one, what can you do ?

Answer:

That is what I did:!, asking a person to check the watch, and put in a sealed bag, 2, go to FedEx, ask them to pack it for you. You will have two witnesses for the real watch. However, Chrono24 is a terrible web site, and they would not help anyone unless themselves. They said they are German company, and US law will not apply. You will lose your watch and money. It is much better to us PayPal and eBay.
