Wow, A+ customer service, seller updated me point by point of shipping status, fedex missed placed my package somewhere in their facility for couple days, seller reached out asking if there was anything they can do on their end, now that's service, thank you Dealer Hachimura Watch Japan (TC-*******).

Bought my first Rolex, a ******* datejust with a linen dial. Got an authentic watch in amazing condition for a great deal. When I got the watch in the mail I immediately took it to a trusted friend / watchmaker and he authenticated the watch and cracked it open to take a look at the movement. Everything was in amazing condition and nothing needed to be fixed - except for replacing a gasket.

DHL asked for additional information, after the watch was shipped. DHL changed the destination city. They thought "New York" was the city. It was the state. Chrono24 wanted the watch shipped back to the dealer, which meant paying the shipping charges in both directions ($300 each) and I still would not have my watch. Tried many times to phone Chrono 24. They never picked up the call.
