I had a very good experience with Chrono24. They are easy to use and very effective. I will use them again to buy or sell a watch.

I both sold and purchased watches on this platform. 100% satisfied. Plus, I bought my brand new Cartier watch at a slightly lower price than in the boutique.

Smooth transaction. Kept me informed on every step. Felt very secure with financial care taken by them. Made sure I received my item and it was as described by seller before releasing my payment. This is my sec but with Chrono24 and I'm very satisfied with their professionalism.

In my communication with the dealer, we agreed that the dealer should pay the shipping charge. This was different from how the watch was advertised. The dealer had difficulty changing this on the invoice. I had to make three different calls to Chrono to get the invoice corrected.

I bought a brand new watch from a Japanese dealer last year, which went absolutely brilliant.
However BEWARE! Of private sellers. Agreed on a price couple weeks ago for a watch, only for the guy to change his mind. Fair enough! However that same guy has just relisted the same watch we agreed on for double the asking price! Huh!
Totally unethical.

First time buyer. Very disappointed. I sent an email to initiate a return and refund and no response.
