Still waiting for an order of 2 sleepware sets for my wife. Ordered May 5 and finally got an estimated delivery date of May 28.
I placed an order for the (1) Sherpa-LinedSherpa-Lined Hooded Puffer Jacket for Girls and (2) Gender-Neutral Water-Resistance Snow Pants for kids on November 19th and both items were in stock and the money was taken off my card with an estimated arrival time of 3-5 business days. In November 20 I received an email that both items had shipped. Today, November 28th I received an email that both my items have arrived. When I opened the package only the snow pants were in the package. I called customer service and they told me they would ship the coat then came back and said the item was out of stock.
So the item was in stock and available when I placed my order and they took the money off my card but when it was finally shipped the coat was out of stock but I was lead to believe both items were in there way and that both items had arrived today.
Old Navy seems to think refunding me my money is the answer to the problem. This is totally unacceptable to advise a customer an item is available, allow you to place an order, take the money off your card then FINALLY 9 days later when the package arrives and you're advised both items have arrived when in fact only one arrives because the other was either never in stock or they sold it to someone else after they already changed my card for it I will never buy (online or in store) from here again. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, I'm calling Corporate tomorrow morning and I'll be sure to blast them on Facebook

I went to Old Navy to get jeans, because I remember when their jeans were so cheap back in the day. I haven't been there in ages. I should have looked at the prices, even though they're hard to find in the tags. I looked at a couple of jean racks, and most of them were marked down from about $45-50 to about $30, so I was like, okay, I guess most of them are this price. I was wrong. I tried on several pair and chose three. Each pair ranged from $40-$45 each, and I didn't have time to think if I wanted to put them back, because the line in the store was backed up. I had tried on each pair twice, so I thought it would be alright. I took them home, and put them on, but they binded me when I sat down, so I couldn't wear them, because I work at home and sit down a lot. I looked up their return policy, and discovered you can only return store purchases in the store, not online. Since I live over an hour away from the nearest store and don't often have business in that town, it means I will need to make a special trip back to get $135 worth of returns. For me, that's a lot of money. My husband works some weekends, so I can't just get in the car and drive down an hour to return some clothes, and they have the 45 day policy, so basically I'm screwed. I either have to find a way to go down there myself, send someone in my behalf, or lose the value of the jeans because they won't process in-store purchase refunds by phone or online returns. I called the local store, the 800 number, and customer relations, and no one would work with me. Needless to say, I will never be shopping at Old Navy again. If you live in the boonies and don't go to the bigger towns constantly, do not shop here. They won't work with you.
This site has a good variety but items are usually more than I have moneywise. Yoga pants from here rule!
If you order online, its never on time! Even before Covid. The orders ship in little pieces at random times. Awful!
I regret having any dealings with this company Christmas is tomorrow they made a mistake on my address and there's no merchandise it's been a whole month they take my money caused numerous bank fees because of mistakes and on top of that gave me nothing but verbal apologies and would not correct anything not even an email to my bank to rectify the matter so I could get my bank fees reversed they also made other numerous errors and three supervisors who came to help was very no compassion very mean absolutely sarcastic and rude and I wish I had never had gone to this company for gifts or any merchandise because all I got was extreme disappointment and I am still fighting to rectify the bank mistakes because of them warning stay away from this company Their customer service is horrific if I could rate a zero I would have I'm very sad very disappointed and I had so much more stress like things aren't stressful enough AND THEY SIMPLY DONT CARE AND HUNG UP ON ME AFTER ALMOST almost 2HOURS OF RUN AROUNDS AN NO HELP AN STILL HAVE NOT RECIVED MY ORDER UGHHHHH RIDICULOUS!

I DO NOT KNOW WHY SOME LOOK DOWN ON THIS STORE. IT IS REALLY GREAT VALUE AND QUALITY AND THE FASHIONS ARE CURRENT WITHOUT BEING STREET CORNER LOOKS.
Answer: I have never had an issue but I make sure to call when it's not peak hours. I call in the evening after dinner time. Never call on a Monday morning.
Answer: Clear your browsers cache and cookies. Something you should do everyday anyways.You can sign up for emails without having an account but if you think you do just do a simple forgot password on the sign in page. I prefer ordering online bc they have online only specials. You can also chat with an agent. If you call make sure it's not peak hours and you'll have no issues getting a person.
Answer: It may have gone to your junk folder. If you do the shopping without signing in or as a guest then you don't get confirmation email. Always take a snapshot when you place your order or call them. It happened to me twice. Now I always make sure I am signed in before placing order online. Hope this helps.
