My go to for affordable work out clothes. The materials and fabrics hold their shape and they offer a variety of flattering fits
This is my fall back shopping for nice stylish stuff
Not really as high quality as gap, but lower prices
Super deals sometimes
Love old navy products. Easy online ordering and returns. Have purchased clothing for the past 4 years and never had sizing issue.
I love the coupons they send with the bill, you can get free clothes just for shopping and earning Gap Rewards.
Since I discovered old navy, it has been fun shopping for my kids wears unlike before when I visit the mall
They do not have very many options at all for larger people which is a pity. The clothes are nice, just not things I can at this time wear.
Ordered 3 packs of 5 face masks which were labeled surprise variety pack. The pictures showed bright, colorful unisex masks. After being delayed for a good amount of time, I received 3 packs of 2 pink and white stripped masks and three white masks. None of them looked as advertised, and many people on social media were complaining about the same thing. I called one evening and after being on hold an hour and a half, a woman tells me that they are aware there is a problem not only with the masks but with the wait time. She asks me to hold on a minute, puts me back in the damn que, and after being on hold another hour, I hung up. Called back again today and was on hold for TWO HOURS AND 17 MINUTES. The lady apologized for the hold, told me the packages were labeled a "surprise" and offered me 15% off my next purchase. MY NEXT PURCHASE? I am NEVER doing business with Old Navy again. Horrible customer service and horrible product. Just a note, they tried to blame the pandemic for the long wait times. I do a lot of online shopping, even before COVID-19, and no one has kept me on hold for more than 45 minutes.
I had a problem with my order & called their "customer service " number for 5 days straight. Each time was in hold for 40-45 minutes & NO REPRESENTATIVE EVER HELPED ME I GIVE UP
The clothing here is bland, uninspired, and just meh. However, you can usually find some good deals and nice prices.
Bought a sweater for my bf, the seams started to come apart within weeks. They refused to exchange or reform.
They never disappoint! I can find snazzy tees and funky styles for my toddler and teen at unbelievable bargain prices!
FIRST PROBLEM: I have an Old Navy Visa card in which I get reward dollars that I can use on purchases. This is the second time that I have caught them giving each reward dollars the same reward number so that only one can be used and the other just disappears, meaning I lose those reward dollars. I've probably lost out on other reward dollars and haven't noticed. SECOND PROBLEM: I've had multiple online orders where items have been removed because they are no longer available. Who's in charge of making sure they're not available BEFORE the purchase is made? THIRD PROBLEM: I emailed customer support and they sent an email back that "We have received your email. Due to the unusually high volume of calls, we are unable to respond." So, they're not going to help me via email so I call wait 20 minutes for help. The gal that helped me was pretty distracted and didn't have any explanation regarding the problems. She did refund my order for the lost reward dollars, but didn't care to answer any other of my concerns about how Old Navy is currently running its business. On thing is for sure, my Old Navy Visa card will be cancelled and I never want to shop their again!
Very hard to reach them, no option for cancel order. Stuff is good but shipping method very bad, they send you in parts 1 order, not correct tracking
A few weeks ago I decided to go ahead and check out their retail store nearby. I got a few items that I wanted. I made the mistake of giving them my email address in order to get some bonus discounts.
Within a week or so of being hounded over and over again from their email marketing team, I decided to opt-out as none of it was particularly useful to me. I unsubscribed and waited a few days. I was still getting emails.
At some point I decided to just go ahead and send them to spam, which is what they were. Since unsubscribing, I have received over 16 emails from them. They do not honor their unsubscribes. I have decided to go ahead and report them and have forwarded all of their emails to the *******@uce.gov email address, which is what I recommend anyone else do if they are in the same situation.
I cannot in good faith continue supporting a company that doesn't have any respect for its buyers. Do not make the same mistake I did; avoid giving them your email address and don't do business with them online; they will attack you inbox and the only recourse is to permanently block their domain.
Free shipping is reliable and fast through fedex. And if they sell out... you get a type of sorry payoff like a discount for one item. Etc.
Old navy has very nice things but they never have the right sizes for people. Something that would be a large they mark it as a small
These workout pants are durable, stylish, and affordable! If you order online, they ship quickly! You won't regret it!
Old Navy's online site has more items and expanded size ranges. It is well organized and easy to use.
Biggest L ever as they lost a customer, a customer that recommended other moms to shop for clothes for kids. First, they work with ONTRAC for shipping and ONTRAC is the cheapest and worst "shipping" service ever as I never receive my items. Secondly, I called old navy customer service after viewing that ONTRAC didn't have my apartment number which is bull because I provided it when placing my order with OLD NAVY, the rep told me not to worry that he was sending the information to ONTRAC; 6 days go by and I never received my package. I decided to call old navy again to check status on my order and was informed that my order was even coming to me and had been sent back to warehouse, and at this point they had one of my items no longer in stock, pissed off I asked what they are going to do for me and for the wasted time. He stated the last time I called was never documented and basically called me a liar and rep put me on hold to come back to tell me he could offer refund. I'm extremely unsatisfied with old navy and their service; won't spend any more money not refer any other people to this place. The worst!
Answer: I have never had an issue but I make sure to call when it's not peak hours. I call in the evening after dinner time. Never call on a Monday morning.
Answer: Clear your browsers cache and cookies. Something you should do everyday anyways. You can sign up for emails without having an account but if you think you do just do a simple forgot password on the sign in page. I prefer ordering online bc they have online only specials. You can also chat with an agent. If you call make sure it's not peak hours and you'll have no issues getting a person.
Answer: It may have gone to your junk folder. If you do the shopping without signing in or as a guest then you don't get confirmation email. Always take a snapshot when you place your order or call them. It happened to me twice. Now I always make sure I am signed in before placing order online. Hope this helps.
