I shop at Nordstrom all the time, their customer service is amazing. Returns are really easy. Plus they have a great selection, I almost always find something I want to buy :)
When I returned a product I wanted yo switch the size. But they did not have those in stock anymore. Other than that, Nordstrom has great customer service and they do help.
Most of the clothes just scrambled up everywhere, no price. Ladies working there doesn't know where the price is or how much it cost. Anyway, it's like a traffic that really sucks.
I made several purchases from nordstrom and returned once. They got quite responsive customer service to make the transaction fast and without any trouble. I will keep following it
The best return policy and really great products. They really took care of a problem I had with some shoes and replaced them right away because the stitching was coming apart. Love this place!
Absolute worst customer service in the clothing Industry. Unprofessional and rude. Customer Satisfaction is definitely not important to Nordstrom's. Got my money back and will shop elsewhere.
I am really disappointed in Nordstroms. Let's keep politics out of this review! I returned a pair of Paige jeans to Nordstroms Rack in Clearwater, FL - I lost my receipt, but the girls clearly knew me as a frequent shopper. Well, in a nut shell, they wouldn't take them back EVEN though I was purchasing 2 more pairs! I walked out leaving the jeans at the counter on purpose because I was so angry! She actually asked "if I was still going to purchase the 2 pairs I picked out" REALLY! Including politics... STRIKE 2. I've been shopping at Nordstroms since the opening of Nordstroms in Redondo Beach, CA in 1985. What a SHAME!
My mom reminds me to take a look at the products, tough I'm not really used to buy things especially tops online. Good thing, I I tried it last week and so far I'm comfortable with it.
Very disappointed found a pair of converse for my 11-year-old daughter August 9 place the order in the size she needed order was processed money was taken out and we waited approximately a week later I received an email stating that my order was returned and a refund was issued which that's all fine and dandy but I didn't initiate a refund or return my daughter was looking forward to those shoes I reached out to customer service and all they could say was they didn't know they didn't know why that happened by the time I received the refund and the return the shoes were no longer available so I guess we're just out my first experience with Nordstrom and it'll be my last very disappointed
I bought an item through the gift option After they charged my card I get an email that says that I have to call them the next day to complete my order. When I call I get voicemail. I call the main store and they say they have outsourced their gift option and cant help me. They try to get a hold of the company and cant get through either. After calling all day I get through only to find out the reason they wanted me to call was to sell me something. Then the gift card did not work initailly, so embarrasing. Don't use Nordstrom.
I've ordered a skirt via online and did dry cleaning. The person told me that one of snaps was missing. I was so frustrated about it. Thus I directly went to one of nearby Nordstrom to check if they can fix it or exchange the item, hoping that they can fix it and then I can wear it right away since I've already done dry cleaning. After checking something on their side, they realized that it is out of their capacity since they don't have such a tool to fix the missing snap. Not only that, no more item with same size was available (every Nordstrom store). So I have no choice but to request a refund. I was pretty upset about it. And then I went to actual store for that brand instead with little hope. Fortunately, they had only one left for the same size! However, the price was different. It was more expensive. Even if it was a little bit more expansive, I must get it without any hesitation since this was only one left in the entire nation. What I want to point out is my effort and to find it by myself (I was exhausted physically and mentally). Even anyone at Nordstrom did not their best to help my situation. I went through every single step by myself. No desirable response from them.
I've never been so shocked and frustrated by a company. I had a package shipped through LSO (never heard of them before) and it was marked delivered but never arrived. I reached out to customer service to let them know so I could get a replacement sent (I had ordered two sizes of the same thing to try for a wedding). Initially they were helpful and said they'd put in a claim and their team would investigate and likely refund me for the purchase then I could buy it again. Less than 12 hours later I got a notification saying it had been rejected. I called back to submit another claim and next day less than 12 hours later it was rejected again. This next time I reached out to the service team via email to get more info then I called their finance team. I was told that they reviewed and the carrier said it was delivered so that was it. No proof of delivery or anything and despite me continuing to ask they won't provide anything (I suspect they have nothing). But their email follow up told me I could submit a police report for my "stolen" package. It wasn't stolen and it never arrived. I am in complete shock and awe that the company did not (as they said) have insurance with the carrier and are choosing to not replace my $300 order. Won't be shopping here again and if you ever order online ship it to the store (or just shop elsewhere)
I have been buying better dresses from Nordstrom for years. I purchased an evening gown for my son's wedding last June. They have always done the hem FOR FREE. If something in the policy changed, when I spoke to the clerk upon check out, she should have told me. We discussed I would be back in the Spring to get the hem done at no cost. Today, I went to do just that. I was told I purchased the dress on sale, which they had priced-matched, therefore, I had to pay $138 for a hem. I paid $195 for the dress. I was shocked. I have never paid for alterations with Nordstrom. I have been buying there for years. Like I said, this should have been disclosed when I purchased the dress. I spoke to two different people, in your Nordstrom at International Mall in Tampa, to no avail. It's as if they did not believe me. They were the last brick and mortar store that I had confidence in. Now, that is gone, too. I felt betrayed and taken for the ultimate sale. Also, that is an outrageous price for a hem. I took the dress to a tailor down the street for $40.
I am very disappointed. My whole family shops there for nicer clothes for events. I will need to consider this for future purchases. If on sale, they will get the full price for the clothes through extremely high alteration prices. They have become just like all the others. The customer doesn't matter anymore. No one cares about the loyal customer who has spent thousands in this store.
Sad in Tampa today!
I wanted to purchase a pair of winter boots on sale at Somerset Collection in Michigan. First, the saleswoman gave me grief that I did not have a Nordstrom charge and pressed me to apply for one. I insisted I did not need one, nor did I want one. Second, the boots were display boots and had a "worn" look to them. I asked for further discount as they were nice, but certainly not in fabulous condition. Another sales person came by, (supposedly the "sales manager") who told me in a foreign accent that absolutely not they would not discount the boots further, and what did I want to obtain the boots for free? Seriously, they were display, cute enough to buy, obvious wear and tear, good for one year max, but certainly not for the price they wanted even if they were on sale. I have had much better luck at Macy's and Macy's on line with no problems returning items or even getting discounts on items that are slightly defective or worn. Heck even Kohl's does this as well as Carson's. In fact, I have had better service at both places than what I received at Nordstrom and their staff. I don't know how they manage to survive in that mall when their associates are so rude and arrogant. I will gladly take my money elsewhere.
I've been shopping at Nordstrom's and Nordstrom rack for 10+ years. Nordstrom rack is by far one of my fav retail stores. It's not a stretch to say that I hold Nordstrom to a higher caliber than all other retAil stores. The price point is often higher but the service and product is typically of high end quality. Having said that, I ordered some hair spray from Nordstrom and when it came it was EMPTY! Completely gone! I had to check and make sure I went through Nordstrom and not a third party site. I was flabbergasted that Nordstrom had sent me an empty product. I called customer service right away and the lady I spoke to was very nice however she informed me that they were out of the product and could only refund me the money. I found this extremely frustrating. I didn't want the money, I wanted the $#*!ing hairspray! She then informs me that they restock daily and I should check back later today or tomorrow to see if they product is back in stock. That rubbed me the wrong way. THEY $#*!ED UP, it was THEIR mistake NOT mine! Yet I have to track it down if I want it again?! What the hell is that?! I won't be ordering from them again. This entire situation was bull$#*!. I'm also cutting up my Nordstrom credit card. I'm not supporting a store that handles business like this... period
I have shopped at many online stores and have only had issues at two-Nordstrom and Off 5th. Because I don't live near a Nordstrom store, I have to send returns by mail and I admittedly, have a lot of returns because I buy for myself and my family. However, I keep all my tracking numbers. Just about every other return I send back cannot be accounted for by the warehouse. I can prove, according to the tracking number that the items have been delivered but the warehouse cannot locate them. Nordstrom, is holding me responsible for theft that's apparently occurring in their warehouse. Even though, they can see and acknowledge that the item was showing as delivered to them, they won't issue a refund if the item isn't found in the warehouse. This is nothing but theft and because i do return a lot of items, I think certain warehouse workers look out for my packages to steal them. I have spent hours and hours on the phone getting aggravated to the point of nearly passing out and screaming at these robotic customer service agents, whose circular logic is nothing is completely false and in their own favor. I'm trying to get them to comprehend that whether they find the items or not, they are acknowledging their arrival, and that completes my obligation. I cannot control what happens once these items are at the warehouse! That's their problem, not mine. I've done my part by providing tracking numbers and delivery information! They are failing financially, as a company and are trying to get me to pay for it!
I have been sold from this excellent site many times
And received every thing i order better than i expected
Very high quality and i have them on time
Also i can knew my goods place by using tracking number they give me
I love you DressLink thank you
Been seeing a good makeup set here last week and bought one of the set. I have received the items as I expected. Happy to stay beautiful with this products.
Worst CS I have ever communicated. I have ordered Nike Yoga Pants and received Nike running shorts which costs cheaper than my ordered pants, I have explained that my address was a freight forwarder address and I am in a different Country from where shipping back to US costs a lot of money and they regret to pay the shipping fee or send exactly what I have ordered without return! WORST COMPANY, WORST CS! Not recommended!
I was in the store for the FIRST day of the presale for the anniversary sale. They did not have the jacket i wanted but the salesgirl said it was available online. She tried to order it but it was sold out. I checked every day after that and it never became available until miraculously after the sale was over! Its available now for FULL PRICE. Contacted CS but they couldn't help me and gave me some BS about not being able to adjust the price. Closing my nordstroms account. Can't deal with scammers!
Answer: From what I have seen, orders come within the week and are always nicely packaged with tissue paper.
Answer: Immediately. Never had problem returns. That they are good on. But maybe, service is affected by the pandemic.
Answer: I have bought a fair number of designer handbags and sunglasses from Nordstrom. In all cases (depending on designer) the handbags were marked inside by the designer, where the item was made, usually a serial number and often a certificate of authenticity. This is especially true of the couture items i. E. Prada, Yves St. Laurent, etc. I have never questioned an items authenticity that I purchased from Nordstroms. They are way too big to risk their rep on fakes.
Answer: Maybe it depend on your shipping method if there is no unexpected happens
