When I returned a product I wanted yo switch the size. But they did not have those in stock anymore. Other than that, Nordstrom has great customer service and they do help.
Complete Bull$#*!. Never buy a car from here. They totally steal your money! Non smogged cars. Fake everything. And horrible customer service.
I made a few purchases from this site a few days ago, and I never had a issue with the customer service. It came one day later than I expected, but that was the only issue I had. Other than that, its really a great sex toy site.
