I had a terrible experience with Nordstrom. On May 8th I bought Christian Louboutin shoes from the website which advertised free "3 Day" shipping, well they didn't ship my shoes until May 10,2024 I didn't receive my shoes until May 15,2024, while during the long wait I kept ogling at my shoes via the internet because I couldn't see them in person shipping is as misleading. While on the internet I found another department store that had the shoes for $200 less, so I bought them. The plan was to return the shoes from Nordstrom.com to the Nordstrom store. On May 18th I went in store to Nordstrom to return the she's where they told me they cannot accept them because they're worn. They accused me of wearing the shoes I have pictures that I took of the shoes while sitting in Nordstrom I'd love to show images of the refused shoes. The shoes that I ordered for
The other department store was placed on May 16th and they arrived today May 19! True 3 day shipping the other store was better than Nordstrom in shipping time and price. The complete refusal to accept their own product in the condition that they gave it to me in is absolutely astonishing, this is Nordstrom at Aventura mall in Florida. I called the 800 number and he lied to them and said the shoes are in terrible condition and he cannot resale them, well these are pictures of the shoes that I took while sitting in Nordstrom.
I bought lots of staffs from them before both online and in store purchases. I love their customer services. Anything you are not satisfied with, you can return with it with absolutely no hassle.
This is not the first time I have had problems returning items using the labels provided by Nordstrom, but it will be the last. I will choose to buy from other retailers who do not steal my money.
Wish I could leave a 0-star review I am so disappointed and upset with this company. They sent me a faulty product I contacted them straight away and was told I had to return it at a cost and inconvenience to myself for a refund and then place the order again and pay for shipping again. I originally paid for express shipping to ensure that it arrived in time but am now left with nothing and no compensation because apparently, they are a no compensation company. They reimbursed my original shipping but would not offer anything further. So I the paying customer (£277 item) have to go out of MY way to fix a problem THEY made at a cost to myself for NOTHING in return. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DO NOT EVEN TRY TO FIX ISSUES THAT THEY CREATED. So unhappy with their service, it's a complete joke.
They have amazing shoes. Like thi sone - Sam Edelman Yaro Ankle Strap Sandal (Women). Now, these are offered at a discounted price and I ordered the. No delays in delivery. They fit me perfectly.
I ordered on line with pick up@ store. Promised pick up date already passed and the order was never shipped!

My family and I have been Nordstrom customers for decades, but we rarely shop there anymore because it's really gone down hill.
Nordstrom has joined in with most other retailers to offer customers poor quality merchandise at high prices. It's ridiculous. We are morons if we pay that much money for merchandise that will fall apart right away.
Also, it is increasingly hard to find anything that is actually chic. The buyers at Nordstrom have been doing a really lousy job for years now. They buy the same for all stores in all regions, with no regard for local cultural preference or needs. Most of the clothes are unattractive. What are they thinking?
It's obvious the buyers are young and biased toward youth, but that's a bad business decision because it is their elders who actually have money. Now that the credit card frenzy has crashed, the youth no longer have access to easy credit. Mature consumers have actual cash and credit. Yet, good luck finding much that's appealing for anyone over the age of 40.
It's really too bad because our entire family were die-hard Nordstrom shoppers who valued their once excellent customer service, nice stores, and lovely and handsome merchandise. No more, I'm afraid, because those things just aren't there anymore like they once were.
I am giving Nordstrom three stars, though, for its excellent return policy and free shipping.
Just bought my Ivanka Trump clothing at Dillard's! Will not step in your store again! Politics should not dictate your merchandise! Thanks for letting everyone know you only care about your Left customers and NOT your Right customers!

The customer service means a lot to me, and they do it the best of any other retail store or online store! Also, they have everything possible you need!
Went there just to enjoy looking around. Had a lot of interesting cloths I liked. Very nice people to work with in looking for a special item. Great place.
I bought the expensive item on online for store pick up. I picked up the item and returned it without opening right away. One of store associate helped me to return it and opened the box. They sent wrong item which was a lot cheaper than my order and returned at store. The store associate said that it could not be returned because it's been canceled. Then she called the customer service and helped me for refund. They siad they were going to refund it. Since it was wrong item, I didn't bring anything. They said they would refund within 24hrs. Now I got email that they couldn't refund because I didn't return it even though I never received. I talked to one of representatives, they couldn't help me cuz the store made a mistake. That why I got denied for refund.
They said they couldn't help me unless the store figured out. What a great store is this?! They kept saying sorry that they couldn't help to refund!
I'm not gonna go back Nordstrom. I don't want to be their customer anymore!
I placed an order on the Nordstrom website before I realized that the shipping process is longer during their anniversary sale and that I would not be able to receive the product on time. So I started a chat with their customer service within probably 5 minutes of placing the order; it took at least 20 minutes to connect with a representative and once I was connected the representative took another 5 minutes to look up my order. And then I was told that the order has been processed too far to be cancelled and they cannot change the delivery method either. Their customer service offered no help about the issue and abruptly disconnected after telling me there was nothing she could do. The website does not indicate that their processing time is faster during the anniversary sale. On the contrary, their website actually says that the shipping time would be longer due to the sale, from which I inferred that the order would take longer to process. I actually purchased something else on their website just a few days ago and that order was not shipped for four days. Regardless, it's ridiculous that I was not able to cancel an order that was placed 5 minutes ago.
I would have giving a 0 star if I had too! I had been shopping at Nordstrom.com around 7-8 years and had a worst experience ever recently. I placed the order of a burberry hoodie, the delivery data shows the package was delivered but when I got home I did not see any package. So I contacted Nordstrom customer service via phone immediately for this missing package issue and hoping they could maybe contact carrier driver to see where they left the package! After few days, I received an email from Delivery research team. Her name is Karen D. In the email, she states
"While reviewing your orders, it has also come to my attention that you have had packages reported as stolen/missing items after delivery and we have previously refunded the cost of the merchandise as a courtesy. Due to the history at your address, we will no longer be able to issue credits for stolen/missing merchandise. "
What she meant from the message is that if i need to report a stolen or missing items in the future. Then I am the only responsible person for it. But i think this is unfair. I have been shopping on Nordstrom.com for years and I personally love Nordstrom a lot. Why would I lie about a missing package that I never received! I did not receive the package and I contacted Nordstrom wish I could get help to get the items I wanted not for someone to treated me unfairly by saying this. I am truly disappointed and feeling I should never shop on Nordstrom again even though I love nordstrom a lot.
I contacted Nordstrom regarding to this concern on 02/01/2019 and I still haven't hear anything from Nordstrom YET!
Last year I wanted to get a pair of the Ugg cargo boots I love this boot because it had a side pouch to put things in. These boots are very nice I placed the order at the end of last winter. It was very easy they had exactly what I was looking for. They sent the boots out right away. I received the boots less than 8 days of the order. I called the store to get some details on time frame for shipping. I love Nordstrom's I called around and tried to get the best price for the same boots. I was given cheaper prices online but I wondered if they where real? Nordstrom's Ugg Boot was priced a little lower than some dealers. They are very close in price. But if you want the real Ugg boot we know they are not cheap and can be rather pricey. My boots are great well worth the $137.00 that I paid last year. Since I bought them at the end of the season they where on sale. Fast easy transaction. Nordstrom's also has a department called the rack where you can find designer clothes at discount prices. I have been shopping at this store for years. They have a huge selection of genuine Ugg boots. What I bought wasn't delivered the first time because nobody was at home, I wrote them asking to send it again and leave it in the postbox, and they did within days of my email. Good service!
Nordstrom worked with me management and corporate to resolve these matters. They were very pleasant, courteous and professional which I'm thankful for because I been shopping with Nordstrom.
I ordered a pair of To Boot loafers from Nordstrom. I loved the loafers themselves. Great color, fit and shape. However, the condition of the shoes was very surprising/disappointing. The shoes reeked of paint, part of the shoe was severely crushed in, and part of the leather was faded. It was very evident Nordstrom doesn't do any type of quality check before shipping products out to customers. I then wrote an honest review (basically what I mentioned above) about the product/experience and received an email that the review could not be posted because it was "fulfilment focused". Basically, Nordstrom won't publish any review that has anything negative about them in it. I spent time to write the review to provide other customers with honest and useful information about the product/experience - really disappointing to see Nordstrom manipulate reviews. Reached out to customer service a few times but they were rude/useless. Honestly just a really overall bad experience with Nordstrom. Seems like a lot of people have a bad experience with them. Won't be shopping with them in the future and would recommend others go elsewhere.
Get their newest catalog and it's all made in China. BOO!

Answer: I have bought a fair number of designer handbags and sunglasses from Nordstrom. In all cases (depending on designer) the handbags were marked inside by the designer, where the item was made, usually a serial number and often a certificate of authenticity. This is especially true of the couture items i. E. Prada, Yves St. Laurent, etc. I have never questioned an items authenticity that I purchased from Nordstroms. They are way too big to risk their rep on fakes.
