HORRIBLE. I ordered 3 items, none of which were as pictured on the site - one was a cami that was supposed to be ecru and came bright pink (and garbage quality), one was a "solar lamp" that came in a different color than what I ordered and worked one time before never working again, and one was a set of "plant coasters" that were literally the size of drink coasters. Their shipping was completely bizarre - each item was haphazardly thrown in its own box, 2 of which were huge (like the size of a small tv box), no receipt, no return info, nothing. I contacted them to ask how to return items - their customer service person didn't seem to speak english, so it took 6 emails to even get info on how to send these items back. After hearing nothing for 3 weeks, I contacted them and complained - they claimed (and still claim, despite the tracking sent to them) that they have not received my items, and refuse to issue a refund. I think at this point it's too late to do anything through the credit card company.
This site is dishonest from the minute you order till the minute you don't receive your refund - STAY AWAY - FAR FAR AWAY!
Bought "luxurious" sheets for my 87 year old mother. Went to make her bed for her and all the elastic on the fitted sheet broke with a loud snap, the first time out of the package. The fabric is so thin you can see through it and it feels rough to the touch. Their response was... I have to pay to send it back, the original shipping charges won't be refunded, and I don't get my money back, I only get a store credit.
I can understand this if I just changed my mind about wanting the item I bought. But this is something else. Elastic snapping on the fitted sheet while making the bed with them for the first time is NOT acceptable not to mention the worst fabric I have ever seen in my life.
I highly recommend staying away from this website!

Ordered something three months later, I called and they did something and I received it a month later. Last month they had a special, I tried to order it before the time ran out, but it wouldn't let me. Today, I used online chat to inquire about a product. For the life of me, i cannot understand why so many people hate this site (nomorerack). I have ordered from them a million times (ok not a million, but quite a bit) and have NEVER had an issue? Can people READ? Literacy is a GOOD THING when ordering stuff online. They CLEARLY state that shipping can take 2 to 3 WEEKS. So if you order something in mid december (dec. 15th ish), you will likely get it around january 5th ISH. Anyway, like i said, i've never had a single issue. I've bought everything from clothes, electronics, home decor, bedding, curtains, etc. Maybe more people should become more educated shoppers? Sigh...
I ordered several items from the site over the last few months. ALL items were of very poor quality, similar to something you'd find in a dollar store in a bad neighborhood of a big city. Shipping is slow. One of the items was shipped directly from China, and took almost a month to arrive. Most of the items they sell are made overseas, very flimsy disposable stuff. The product descriptions are sorely lacking in details - part of their marketing tactics - try googling some of the "name brands" they are selling. Polyester, cheap plastic, pleather, no dimensions specified on anything. Not sure about the perfumes and sunglasses with brand names - was afraid to buy - probably fake. Don't bother with them, you're better off with other deal sites.
I ordered a maxi dress got is 2 weeks later. A little slow on shipping but I was pleased with the dress. Hey 17.00 and you can't beat it. I will order again :)
Do I have to give them a star? Bought a few items and was fine. Then bought a very pricey item, and a week after giving it as a gift to my hubbie--it stopped working, and if an item is damaged or does not work you MUST return in 7 days--and it is not covered by the 30 day return policy :( So you just bought yourself an expensive piece of junk. Customer service is not helpful and they were not understanding at all--basically they just rub salt in the wound. Very disappointed in the site--DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!

Still waiting for an order I placed a month ago and on top of everything I HAVE BEEN CHARGED TWICE FOR THE ORDER and all I get is the run around about the credit they are supposed to provide me... now they say I have to wait another 7 to 10 business days to get my credit when I have been contacting them since July 13 regarding this. In the first place why they make these mistakes and now they are making me wait. This is not customer service and starting to sound to me more like a SCAM COMPANY.

I placed an order for a bracelet on nomorerack.com. For some reason they sent me 2 bracelets AND billed me for both. They told me I could return one of the bracelets and receive a credit because they do not give refunds. I returned the item and 4 weeks later I still have not received a credit to my account. When I contacted them I was told they had refunded my money on June 28. Oddly, based on the tracking information they had not even received the bracelet until June 29. Why would they issue a refund before they even received the merchandise. BECAUSE THEY DID NOT ISSUE A REFUND! When I told them to prove it they just told me to contact my bank. I told them I can prove I did not receive a refund on my credit card. No response other than contact my bank. THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS AND THIEVES! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SITE!
I experienced a half dozen great purchases before disaster occurred! On one product alone, I saved $200 over the Amazon price. Then I ordered a product I usually get on Amazon for $6 an ounce tube. The offer was a six pack for $15, and the product packaging was identical to that from Amazon. I ordered two six packs for $34. What I got was 12 tiny sample sizes 1/8 oz each... or 1.5 oz of product. They would have to send me 96 sample sizes to equal the product offered. I've been working with customer service who is "working around the clock" to solve my problem, but has done NOTHING for a month. At first they said the best they could do was give me store credit, even tho their website says refund available if the wrong product is sent. I finally opened a PayPal dispute and they told me they would credit my PayPal account after they received the samples in their customer service. I returned the product yesterday, sent to Jona who is working with me in customer service and provided the tracking number for the package. After spending hours upon hours on this "problem", I am hoping for a satisfactory outcome. I am trying to cancel another order that has not shipped for almost 4 weeks (their website states they will ship within 3 weeks), and they are again giving me the runaround. If they do not meet their web-stated goals on this new order, I will open another PayPal dispute.
I have NEVER dealt with a worse company. It's sad because placing orders on-line requires a trust that you will have a satisfactory experience, even if there are problems. This experience has effected the way I look at ordering on-line and for the first time, I am checking reviews on line BEFORE I order. They have made life difficult for all on-line sellers!
Bad customer service/policy! I bought my daughter a pair of shoes of the site, i did recieve them, they were a 1/2 size too big i called to see if i could just exchange them she told me i wasn't able too, to just ship them back and in 3 weeks i could get a credit on nomorerack they do not issue refunds, only a credit! I of course have pay for shipping back the shoes which will cost at least $ 12.00 i already paid $2.00 to have it shipped in the first place now i'm out $14.00 and no shoes and no refund on my credit card! This is the last time i buy anything this site again!
Initially I was thrilled with the idea of being able to have something similar to gearscan.com for other items besides recreational. However, now as their inventory has expanded significantly, I have found that their products have decline in quality. Though the customer service is quick to respond to request, they are not quick to take action.
I have been waiting for a refund for a $20 item, which had the wrong description, for 6 weeks now. In addition, their sizes are off and typically run small.
I do not intend to make any further purchases, being that after further research, I have found that sites like Amazon and Ebay offer the same items for around the same price, but have customer service reps that do take responsibility is the situation and go above and beyond what is expected of them.
Just found out that it can take two - three weeks for them to process a returned item credit and if you don't spend that in 48 hours, you lose it. Just so happens I'm leaving the country in the next two weeks and I sent something back last Friday. Therefore I have to check every day before I leave to see if my credit shows up and if it happens when I'm gone I lose my $48.00... This seems unethical to me.
In the beginning I got some good deals, but in the past six months or so, items either do not come; take months to come; or the wrong item comes. Then all they do is give you a credit to their site and determine whether or not you can use it depending on how much the item is and how much the credit is. This is such B. S.
This site has a return policy of seven days for defective products and 30 days for unwanted returns. I ordered 2 purses and both had defective zippers after 2 weeks. One purse, one I purchased for the winter months, was not even used. They would not honor the return. Beware of spending your money on this site. Spend your money at more reliable and customer friendly sites such as Kohl's, Target, Amazon and even Overstock.
Slow shipping, photos look bigger than items are, other than that good deals, not alwats the % they claim but still good if not the lowest.

Whoever runs that website stole my girlfriends debit card number, then used it to unauthorisedly purchase $200 worth of Itunes. Her bank blocked that transaction so its no bid deal... the worse part is that she never received the items that she purchased and the bank couldn't refund the purchase, so we just had to cut the losses and go... of course after reporting them to the FBI. I'm warning you... dont even think about surfing nomorerack.com, let alone purchasing stuff there. Its a fraudulent site made for gullible people, who think there is a free lunch in the world. Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.
