I ordered a purse which came in a couple of weeks. It wasn't leather, as the write up led you to believe. I returned the purse in June. I had gotten rid of all my paperwork when I realized I hadn't gotten a refund or credit. They are telling me that I have to provide proof of the return. Can't find a location for the warehouse - which is where Clara, my customer service (?!) rep says she has to check. I don't suppose she could just check my order, which they should have in their system, and contact the warehouse. I wouldn't order anything from this place again.

I ordered a set of sheets and a comforter set. The sheets arrived, still no sign of the comforter. The sheets have no tags on them anywhere to say how to wash them, the package claims can be washed over and over again, but the threading on the sheets is so bad, I know if I wash them, they will fall apart. You can even see through the sheets. To top it off, they have that awful smell that screams "made in China" which they were, but the ad did not indicate this, or we would not have purchased them. Their ad was extremely misleading, their return policy is shady at best. I made it clear that I do not want to buy anything else from them and will probably be returning the comforter if it ever arrives, but was offered store credit minus shipping, plus I have to pay to send them back, if I return the smelly sheets (but according to their policy, it is up to their discretion when they receive them if I get a refund aka store credit.) Hmmmm, you knowingly sell me crappy items, and I have to accept credit to buy more crap and pay shipping? No thank you. I will shop somewhere reputable in the future.

I read all of the bad reviews on this site before ordering and decided to go ahead anyways on the basis that so many people get upset over little things and post something they don't mean. Well, that was a BAD choice. I would not recommend ordering anything of much value from this site. EX: I just ordered an Android Netbook & Tablet in one for $115 and it's not even worth $1.
Don't waste your time on this place!

I strongly recommend against buying on this site. They sent me a $10 credit for new registration last night and said it would only expire in 48 hours. Only 14 hours passed and it was inactive. I contacted customer service and they told me it was a glitch and they were sorry for the inconvenience, but they wouldn't correct their error. That's false advertising and I refuse to buy from them. I'm not a stickler or anything, but I believe if a company issues you a credit and says it expires in 48 hours, it shouldn't expire in 14 hours and there is no way to get it back. I keep posting on their fan page to warn people and they keep erasing it. They are hiding something.

I recieved sheets 2.5 weeks after orderering. Open the box sheets were not representative of the description used by Nomorack received them on a Saturday shipped them back the following Monday it cost me $25.00 to ship. I asked them to refund my credit card they chose to give me in store credit. I have had several emails back and forth I do not think I will ever get my refund. I do not feel confortable using the in store credit. Oh yeah they are still selling the sheets if you go online the reviews of the sheets are awful.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Yes, the prices are good... but you get to wait two weeks for your item to ship, then an addition week to receive it. God help you if you have to contact their customer support though. I've been "working" with them for close to two months on an issue caused BY THEM, have already returned the item, and have NOT received a refund as was stated. So, basically, I just fed them $91 for nothing. Their customer service was incredibly unhelpful before I bought the watch, and remains as unhelpful after the fact. They don't answer questions you ask, just feed you canned responses (which are written in extremely poor English). DON'T PAY WITH PAY PAL! By the time you get fed up with arguing with their moronic customer service department you'll have gone over the allotted time to submit a claim. (PayPal sucks too, but that's another matter all together.)

I placed three orders in two days. The first was for an Electrolux stick vac. It showed up without a user manual and missing parts. It was advertised as new. The second was 2 pairs of sunglasses - one of which had a big scratch on the Lens. And I still have not recieved my third order. Stay away - There policy states "as is" purchase.

This website is so disgusting, as soon as I place an order, they reduce its price by half. And i paid $ 20 extra for a set of Swarvoski earings which never arrived, its been more than 3 weeks. They gave a tracking number (DHL) which never works, I really don't know they shipped it or not.

I would never order again from this website.

Bought what was advertised as poison jeans that normally sell for $200. What came were knock offs from some boutique for $50. When I emailed to complain there was no apology or admission of false advertising which it clearly was! Do not buy from them because you don't know what you'll get.

I have ordered clothes from China. Received them in 1week. Ordered glasses fro another company from the US and they came from China... they were here in 8 days. Both companies gave tracking #s.

Nomorerack I ordered some clothes. The tracking # never worked... ever. I e-mailed them about 9 times to get a correct on, to no avail.
The said it was expired and that they would get me a new one. Neer received one. Clothes eventually came. Looks ok. Lower grade than expected that was advertised.

Yet they always robo-sent this line:"Good day from Nomorerack! Always here to help." or this one. "I hope that this will not dishearten you in anyway. At Nomorerack, customer satisfaction is our main goal."

Um. Ya. I don't think I will order from them. Reason #1... very low grade customer service. They just send robotic messages of how they are trying oh so hard to please but really don't.

'Certain deals at Nomorerack are only available in select locations"... this was the second explanation I got from not being able to purchase items.
The FIRST explanation was because they do not ship outside of the USA.
My Question now... when did California secede from the US?
Reading others' reviews... guess I am very lucky not to have been able to order!

A friend forwarded on of their e-mails to me and the camera seemed like a good deal so I bought it. But when I received the camera, it was a cheaper model (about $60 difference on Amazon). The packing slip matched the camera in the box and was dated a couple days after they sent me an e-mail stating my order had shipped. But when I contacted them about the discrepancy, I was told to return the camera at my cost and they would issue a refund. After pestering the customer service a few times, the usual responses seem to be form mails and as soon as the e-mail is sent, your request is closed as resolved. I finally got a refund on the original camera, but was stuck with the shipping cost. The shipping receipt was enclosed in the return box and it appears nomorerack has conveniently lost it.

Dreadful site

Dreadful site. Although their site says shipment will arrive in 3 weeks, when it hadn't been shipped after week two, I asked for status. After the fourth email Asking to have the item shipped, and it still wasnt, asked to have the order cancelled. Two days later, the status changed to shipped but the tracking number isnt registered with the shipper. It appears to me they put tracking number into the site to pacify me, but 5 days later it hasnt arrived, nor can it be traced. Nomorerack also advised that (contrary to their website assurances) the customer should all 30 days for shipment and/or receipt. The story changes slightly with each failing. Don't bother with this site.

Ordered 4 electric timers. My fault, did not immediately check them out. 35 days after received opened them and found that none of them worked. Contacted No More Racks and were informed that their policy was returns accepted for 30 days only. If I had purchased from a reputable source they would have made them good. All timers were made by Timex in The Peoples Republic of China.

After ordering what was billed as a set of 10 stainless steel canisters with lids, I received what looked like 10 tin cups of various size with cheap plastic tops like you would see on a can of Pringles. I returned them, being told I would receive a store credit to use toward some future purchase. That was a month ago. I am out the cost of the product ($19) plus the $2.00 shipping and the $8.91 I had to pay to return the crap, for a total of $29.91; and I have had 4 messages back telling me to wait longer.

NOMORERACK.COM is HORRIBLE place to shop!
I was so stupid to trust their advertizing and cheap price that I bought several (more than 10) items from them (for the total about $500 00) Nothing, I repeat - nothing is useable. Some of the issues I had were... Items "mailed" but never received, wrong items shipped, broken items, the quality of the items I received were not what they advertize, they put the misleading pictures and not honest descriptions (a lot of hidden vital information and there are no customer service reps to help you), their "unbelievable" deals from too many shady merchants, on their facebook page, if you express your concerns they will delete your post instead of addressing it, and the customer service is TERRIBLE! They are bragging about an easy return., but it's not the truth and If you consider shipping cost plus the cost of returning it's not worth the most of cheap junk you already lost money for.
The last drop - this June I decided to buy Shoulder Tote Bag (for $33 adv. Price $147) The junk I received totally different from the picture (for an example the hardware is bright yellow instead of a plain silver and so on.) plus it has broken zipper you can't fix because it's so wavy and cheap. On the top of this they charge me twice for the same purse. So I got total charge $70.00 for one piece of garbage., many hours online and on the phone over this issue Their customer service is a huge joke! They sent me completely broken merchandise and refused to refund my money I got ripped off. My opinion this is a group of organized criminals! Buyer Beware!
