I ordered 3 sets of curtains in sage green. When my order arrived, about 2 weeks later, I had 3 pairs of fluorescent lime green curtains! There was no information in the box, no receipt, no return instructions. After about 10 emails with customer service I was told to mail back the horrid curtains. Again, I heard nothing from them so I contacted customer service again.
Come to find out they will not refund my money and now those curtains are stuck somewhere in CA.
This place is a rip off. Find somewhere else to spend your money on mediocre merchandise.

Leggings - They smell like diesel fuel & they want a picture to correct the problem? Is anyone aware of a pic app that SHOWS disgusting smells
Bed Sheet Set - It is missing the Flat Sheet & they want me to take a picture to correct the problem?
Cardigan - Color showed Black/Gold... what showed up was Brown/Gold.
I would return the items, but they will not pay for shipping and considering the customer Non-service I have received from "Grace", I would probably get the same order back.

I made an order with Nomoreracks, and not only did they not send me what I ordered but another Item, I had to pay to send it back. They did not credit my card for the transaction even though they sent me an item that I did not order but it cost me money to business with this company. STAY AWAY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GROUP. Are you people serious?

Are you people serious? I just sign up as a customer a week ago and ordered 10 items (before I found this site). My stuff 6/10 has showed up within a week after purchase on my door step. Shipping has been pronto! WOW! I can't believe all these negative reviews. I didn't check the dates of the reviews but I am publishing this as of 10/20/2012. Maybe the company improved. Anyway, I love this company!

Please be warned. If you buy electronics and in a month or so they do not work, regardless of how much you paid you just lost your money. They do not offer you any technical support and refer you to the user manual that came with the product. Sadly, mine was in Chinese and even though it had a number, you have to sit up to odd hours to catch China awake and then the representatives speak no English. Clearly i just got ripped off almost $200 and Nomorerack.com couldn't careless, they already got their share of your money. KEEP AWAY!

The first time I ordered with Nomorerack.com I received the wrong item. That was about a month and a half ago and despite 30+ emails back and forth and at least 5 live chats, still no refund. I understand sometimes mistakes happen, but what I don't understand is treating your customer like crap and making things so difficult. I've actually ordered from then a few more times (yep, I'm dumb) since then and was actually pretty happy with the other transactions. However the way I've been treated for this issue has completely soured me and I'll never order from them again.

They shipped me a broken item when I was out of town and when I returned (2 weeks after shipping date) I saw the package, took pictures and sent it to them, their response was sorry you wasted your money but we don't really refund broken items after 7 days. Be sure if you buy something that you are home to inspect it because their return policy is terrible

Ordering experience was OK. However, don't ever try to return anything.
I emailed Customer service for return instructions & followed them exactly.

Now 2 months later, they continue to say that they have not received it & refuse credit.
I will never order from them again.

Item was ordered on September 2nd. On the 5th I received an email that it had shipped with the tracking number. The USPS tracking number has never worked and is an incorrect number. I emailed this company with NO RESPONSE, then did a live chat TWICE with their website. Both times I was told the exact same line of crap, that it would be "escalated" and someone would get back to me in a few days- of course nobody ever got back to me. Very frustrated. I have filed a claim with my CC company to get my money back for non delivery. BUYER BEWARE of this scam!

I ordered a set of the 1600 count thead sheets and they are the worst quality sheets. I didn't send them back, but I am never going to order from that site again. The sheets took two weeks to get to me and now seeing the quality, I am sure they were made and sent from China. Live and Learn :)

So i ordered several sets of bed sheets. All the orders were processed in a timely matter. The first order of bed sheets was fine- description says that it has 2 pillow cases but when i opened it, it had 4 so i was okay with that. The next two packages came and 2 OVERSIZED pillow cases. You could hold 2 queen pillows side by side in a case. WTF am i suppose to do with that. When i called customer service they said there is nothing they can do about it. All the other pages for pillow cases says they are standard but who the F* makes OVERSIZED pillow cases where you can pit a whole person inside? PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS ARE MISLEADING STAY AWAY!

Bought "Egytian Sheets 1600" received over the weekend and washed immediately. The sheets unraveled on delicate cycle and closer inspection very poorly made. Contacted site immediately and did absolutely nothing for me. No replacement or refund. They don't stand by any products! Don't order anythiing from this site. After speaking to representive, found out it is located in Canada. Just threw hard earned money down the drain!

I saw this website on a tv show, and I quickly purchased from it. I didn't bother to read the reviews first. While looking for a customer service number, I came across reviews, and I was so scared that I would not get my merchandise. Then I received half of my order, and I received an email stating that the other half had shipped. The tracking number that they provided was to Streamlite, and it would not work. I contacted customer service through the website, and they were not able to provided any additional information. I did, however, end up getting what I ordered, and it was exactly as described. It just wasn't as easy as I would have hoped for.

I ordered my first item, got it and it was damaged. I contacted customer service and they said that I had to return the item with proof that I paid for it. So I printed all necessary paperwork and sent the item back. And I never heard from them again. This company doesn't even deserve the one star that I gave them. Never again!

I should have listend to the terrible reviews! I purchased an item that I did receive within 2 weeks. But, the item was worthless because IT DID NOT WORK AT ALL! I pleaded with Customer Service department, whose motto is "Customer Satisfaction" and explained that my item was a Birthday Gift and I did not open the package to ensure proper functioning unit within 7 days. I asked NOT for a refund but an exchange for a working unit that I paid for. Each time I was denied. I guess I better check my Credit Card statement carefully as well.

I thought I would try the site out by ordering little things that didn't cost much - headphones, ipad charger kit, etc. Nothing more than $15. Every order took weeks to arrive. The merchandise I ordered looked OK upon initial inspection but either fell apart within a few weeks (headphones) or never worked in the first place (ipad charger.) I also ordered a cute pair of blue "topaz" earrings for my daughter to give to a friend for her birthday. The cost was $8, the earrings looked cute, the last time I saw the kid she still had earlobes. I guess that's one for the win column. If what you are looking for is low prices on discontinued merchandise, there are a number of reputable sites from which to choose - nomorerack just isn't one of them.
