I was shopping for a GPS as a Christmas gift. I found one on the site. It was a $249.00 item for $60.00. All the other GPS items were less suggested retail and twice the selling price. That seemed odd. Anyway, I could not place the order. I kept clicking on the "Buy It Now" but nothing happened. There wasn't any mention of it being out of stock. I contacted customer service and have received nothing but "our first priority is the customer" they are not helpful. I am not shopping here again.
Wrong color comforter, no reply to emails. Returned at my expense for there mistake to the tune of 15.63. I will never order from them again. Been a ebay member for 11 years and never had to put up with this crap!

These people are such liars. I requested a refund, they said they sent it and may take up to three days, for almost a week even paypal said that this company never made any attempt to! Stay away from this company, it is my opinion with my experience that was a total disasterous nightmare that these people are frauds! And if you don't believe me, Trust the other two hundred other people who feel the same way!

Ordered stuff, no the same as pictured, when I said something about it not saying in ad that the tripod wasn't included, they replied... it doesn't say it was,,, real bad customer service... ask for refund, said they would issue a store credit... so I kept my junk, why pay to send it back only to get more junk... Ugg voots for 22$ seemed too good to be true, but my mom ordered them anyways. They did not give a confirmation number or even say that our order has ben processed, leaving us to question if it even went thru. I ordered 3 Swarovski Eternity Tennis Bracelet from this website, one bracelet in one order and second in another. When the first order arrived I found out that it was made in CHINA, a filthy piece of jewelry worth. I contacted them over email that I would like to cancel the other order they refused saying that they have already placed the order. The only option is to return and get credit now how I am suppose to trust this website to buy anything else when I know that they sell fake items. Its a complete scam website which sells fake stuff and gulp down your money.

Thank God for small favors. Or big ones;-). I tried buying from them and since I have a mandatory P. O. Box due to the small village I live in I entered the billing address. And got stuck since they use a Zip -code finder and my street address cannot be found by the USPS... I contacted them repeatedly through customer service... how to resolve this issue. I keep finding myself ordering from here... love the doorbusters. That being said, some of the product information is misleading. Ordered the pack of hair chalk and got a box of oil pastels, thanks I could've found those way cheaper. Aside from that, I really do like 95% of the stuff I've gotten from them. Shipping varies, has been surprisingly fast sometimes but usually mediocre. Even got a Wii for $70 for Black Friday!
I am so glad I read the reviews first. Definitely not buying. And judging by their computer generated repeated response to all negative reviews, their "customer service" will be nothing worth battling. Also, stay away from KGB Deals. I had the same exact issues with them!

Everything they sell is cheaply made. They sent me a defective 7" Tablet and refused to exchange it. I was out of the country the 30 days it was sitting waiting for me, so their guarantee they say is over. They told me to contact the manufacturer in China.
I've bought things 3 different times and have got it on time with no problems yet.
Egyptian comfort 1600 thread count feel sheets? What a sucker that I was, cause I read: "Egyptian cotton, 1600 TC sheets". The package arrived. I still have no idea what material these cheap, thin sheets are made of cause I cannot find a label on the material, except that it is a poly. $129.99 retail? I got this set to make dance costumes out of because I thought the white Egyptian cotton material won't show if I make a loose blouse out of it. This material is so thin that I can see my hand behind it! I am not going to use these and will not return it because the reviews about returning is bad and I don't want to get even one more item from this site! They won't give refunds, only store credit.

I ordered 3 Balance Bracelets. They were junk, but they were only $7 each so I was just going to through them away. 4 months after I had ordered them, I received a survey regarding this product from NoMoreRack directly. I responded, and received an email back apologizing and urging me to return them for a refund. I did so a MONTH ago (tracked by USPS) and have heard nothing nor had a refund! So today I called them, and after a very long hold, a woman named Meria speaking very broken English proceeds to read repeatedly from her script, "I am sorry mam, but there is a strict 30 day return policy". I asked to speak with a supervisor, and she stated that they were going to tell me the same thing. I told them that I wanted to speak with one now! She put me on hold for several minutes, and came back and stated that the supervisor was on the phone. I told her that I would wait and she put me on a long hold again. When she came back on, she stated that the supervisor was still on the line, but that there was a strict 30 day return policy". I asked her why it was then, that the company sent ME an email 4 months after I purchased them, apologizing for the quality of the item, and urging me to return them for a refund? She had no answer. I immediately sent a long email to nomorerack.com and explained what had happened, along with a copy of the original email from them. Let's see what they do now. I asked them if they were willing to lose myself and my 5 co workers that order from them, over a $21 refund? Now I wait for their response... I'm holding my breath. Guess it is time to jump on my social sites to let everyone know about their customer service. Too bad.

Nomorerack should be no more business. I bought a tablet that didn't come with a manual and the thing was used. They do not give you your money back for the products you buy, they only give you store credit. I do not want to buy anything else from Nomorerack! I want my money back. Answer: I think everyone in this position should start filing reports with the authorities! No reputable business treats customers like this. Get the word out on this scam company. It's the ones who give up and walk away that keeps choxi/nomorerack alive
Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.

Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back.
