Complete SCAM! Awful, awful, awful. Ordered sheets 26 days ago with a "promise of delivery within 10-14 days." Still no sheets. The only way to contact is via email and I keep getting auto-replies saying someone will contact me within 48 hours. 5 emails later (with only auto-replies) and I'm ready to call the credit card company and dispute the charges. NEVER use this company! Hassle completely not worth the supposed "savings."
There is no way to contact them unless you actually go and do a search for the website owners on godaddy.com. Then you get a phone number in New York city and you will still have to leave a message stating that it is urgent that they contact you in order to get someone to call you back.

Items are not of quality as stated. Incomplete orders but charged for everything to credit card. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Missing items. The items that I did receive were of the worst quality I could of imagined.

I should have realized when I saw 1600 thread count sheets for 22.00 that it was too good to be true... but I am an optimist so I ordered them. They are very, very thin, elastic around the edges on the bottom sheet is very cheap and I hate to think what will happen when I wash them. As tempting as those pictures, resist the urge as you may be burnt worse than what I spent learning a valuable lesson.
Ok, so I didn't get anything from this site- I'm just gonna be honest with you guys. I was going to buy someone something from nomorerack.com, but that's not happening after I read about 6 pages of reviews. Many people have gotten their products several months after ordering them.
Others have found that the products are horrible quality- some are not packaged nicely and are broken, some are packaged but still broken, many orders are missing an item or two, materials in shirts are too thin, sizes in clothes are mixed up, items have unpleasant odors to them, colors are mixed up, and the list just gets longer from here.
Worse, some products haven't arrived at all.
Costumer services are almost always horrible, they don't post a phone number even though they say we can call anytime, people don't reply to emails or online chats, etc. Also, as you can see even on sitejabber.com, nomorerack representatives repeatedly apologize, but there is no change (it seems by all the reviews) in the quality, timing, and accuracy of our products. I SUGGEST NOT BUYING FROM THIS SITE, ESPECIALLY ITEMS NEEDED FOR A SPECIFIC HOLIDAY, CELEBRATION, OR GENERAL DATE. ALSO, DO NOT BUY ITEMS THAT, SHOULD THEY ARRIVE IN HORRIBLE CONDITION OR NOT ARRIVE AT ALL, YOU WILL REALLY REGRET USING YOUR MONEY FOR (aka expensive items).
And yes, to the few people that actually are pleased with their orders, I have read those reviews too. Maybe a specific category of products are better, I don't know, but if you have a 3% chance of getting an order you will be pleased with, don't even waste your money and be disappointed, because no matter how cheap the product is, you probably don't want to 'throw away your money'.
*Many people have also specified that electronics, especially tablets, are NOT to be purchased from this site.

This site is a scam. I ordered three plazatex comforters for $29. NMR claims they retail for $89. Got them in the mail and they were falling apart. The stitching was coming out. There was a hole in one and the third had stitch lines where someone had messed up the stitch, took it out and restitched it closer to the end of the comforter. BTW, I found these same comforters for $18 (twin) and $24 (queen) on amazon. I am sending all three back. I also ordered Norton Antivirus 2013. Got it in the mail yesterday. The outter package says 2013, my invoice says 2013, but the product package says 2012 and it did not come in the box that was advertised on the NMR site. I also ordered a velour track suit. I put it on and it immediately split at the crotch. I ordered a Swarovski crystal tennis bracelet and guess what... when it came, it looked more like a candy necklace... REALLY? The only thing I can say I am happy with is the two pair of sunglasses I got from them and the fact that they are quick to give full refunds

Ordered recently received email item sent Nov 27 via mail Tracking number doesn't work. Contacted customer service and they said Item sent the 5th of Dec. One day after I inquired. I just went to paypal to file a dispute and will probably end filing a claim. Hm I wonder if I inquire to day they will tell me it was shipped tomorrow

After reading about the site I was a little leary about ordering from them but I ordered a tablet and I received it within 2 weeks! It was brand new and absolutely wonderful. Its my lst tablet and Im learning but it was worth the $69 Daily deal to get it! I would definately buy from this company again! I think they have learned a lot in the past year or so and I would suggest giving them a try again!

As everyone mentions--shipping takes a bit long. I received all 3 items, but the quality is complete junk. I ordered 1600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets--these are rags. The material is not cotton, it's thin like a sheer curtain, the pillow cases are barely hemmed, the bottom sheet has elastic all the way around, and there are random threads already unraveling. I have had the sheets less than 12 hrs. I emailed customer service as soon as I saw the quality--I want my money back and I will never purchase from them again. I was foolish to fall for them.

I requested two orders be cancelled in accordance with this company's posted policy which is as follows:
During each days deals, you have until 9 AM EST the following day to cancel purchase of any items that you have ordered. For refunds after this point, please follow the "Return Procedures" that we've set out above for guidance, as your items will already be in process thanks to nomorerack's quick shipping policy.
I submitted a cancellation request via the company's internal customer service email on Sunday, December 2 and again on the morning of December 3, well before their 9am deadline.
Following was the company's response:
Unfortunately, since the order details had already been forwarded to our suppliers we are now unable to cancel this order.
This is completely fraudulant since their website clearly states that if orders are cancelled prior to 9am (which mine were), they will comply.
Now I'm out this money with no way to get it back as following is what they state in their email:
As always though, within 30 days of receipt of the item, you have the option of returning the item back to us for a full refund of the purchase price of that item (excluding shipping). Upon receiving the item, a refund will be issued as store credits to be used on any future Nomorerack purchase.
I don't want a store credit, I want my money back!

This doesnt even deserve a star! I ordered three tablets yesterday. Today I got an email saying they were on back order and they wouldnt be delivered until JANUARY. I just got off the phone with their "customer service" and after arguing with the woman for a half hour about refunding my BANK account not their website account... I told the woman I was calling the bank to stop payment and them calling the BBB. SHe swore at me and hung up! The tablets I ordered are christmas gifts. JANUARY is not acceptable. This website is ONE BIG SCAM! I wisj I had found these reviews before I placed my order. Do yourself a favor and go with a reputable website like amazon. This site needs to be put out of business!

I bought items on Black Friday Deal. I bought sunglasses, headphones and 7-pack full sleeves t-shirts. They send me five fake head phones. Very Fragile can break any time. The sound quality is worst. The seven pack t-shirts are very weak quality and the worst part is they are all marked as large but came in different sizes. Now i am waiting for the boots. I am very nervous!

I ordered three items on Nov 18th 2012, It is now Dec 12th and I have yet to see anything I ordered. They are a scam because the only item I got was a laundry steamer. It's not the leg massager that I ordered but No more rack claimed to carefully check the orders before being shipped. I'd like to know that is possible given the fact that I had to call Beautyko in NJ to reverse this order and NMR is in Canada. Clearly this is nothing but a home based drop shipping business being run by inexperienced idiots. I told NMR to cancel my orders three and four times before anything was shipped and those crooks back dated everything and shipped it out anyway. If you track them down on Google earth you can see what they really don't exist.

I ordered supposed UGGboots. What showed up was Knock-off crap... total waste of my money. BIG run around to try and get a refund. Plus I pay shipping? NO WAY. But WORST of all. They stole my CC info and were running bogus charges 3 days later... Lesson learned if it looks to good to be true it is!

Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.

Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back.
