Ordered boots December 1st, still haven't received my boots and its December 27th. Wrote them, they said my order was lost in transit and will refund my money back to my account. This was supposed to be a Xmas present for my daughter! They didn't even offer to send the boots again. Very unreliable, dont understand how they stay in business
I ordered 2 items on 11/26/2012. The website guarantees 10-14 days for delivery of items; I got 1 item within the guaranteed delivery time. However, it was the wrong item. The 2nd item has still not been delivered. I received a shipping notification 2 days ago from the company, but when I check tracking, it shows USPS still has not even received the item to ship. These were to be a Christmas present, but it is now a day after Christmas and I still have not received the item. I will not be ordering from this site again.

I ordered 9 things on Cyber Monday. Figured this was early enough to order presents for Christmas. Guess I figured wrong. Items were missing. Some never shipped nor decided to tell me they weren't being shipped. Problems with their vendor or something? How is that my issue if a business does business with somebody and THEY fail. Nobody responded for live chat or emails. Finally had to sit on hold. They still don't know why or where parts of my order are, will see if I get my refund

What a HORRIBLE site! I ordered some "UGG style" boots in EARLY November, guaranteed a Christmas delivery. I kept getting "shipped" messages, but never supplied a carrier for their P>O>S> tracking number. After 7-10 phone calls all ending with "they were on strike", "it IS on the way", "WILL arrive before Christmas", I simply went to PayPal filed a claim and received an almost instant refund. I would NEVER EVER EVER even consider using this site to throw money away, they would either lie or screw that up as well.

I would give the site below one star but it will not go that far.
I bought 5 orders from nomorerack.com and out them 3 were junk. The items did not work. They are the worst people to talk to and or get a refund from. I lost $140 so far. I would never buy anything from them again. Save your money do not waste it on the JUNK that nomorerack sells and good working stuff. It is junk that does NOT work.

I paid a small amount of money on my first order to try out the site, My order never arrived 1 year later. I sent a complaint and I got a credit back. The next two orders not only arrived within 3 days, but they were exactly as described. I was so happy. So I ordered again, this time a cross pendant with deep blue stones, instead, I got a really tiny cross pendant with clear stones. I was begining to believe in this website, so I ordered this pendant which is supposed to be a present to my son's wonderful teacher, as the blue stones are her birthstones, instead I got this a day before his last day in school with absolutely no time to find something else. The deals are real, but I would say this site is a try your luck thing. I don't think I will be doing so again.
I have had the worst online shopping experience with this website. I bought an item of clothing which clearly did not follow standard sizing rules. Anyway, I emailed customer service asking how to return the item and got the instructions and returned it. Its been 3 months since I am still fighting to get a refund for it. I have talked to 4 different people now and I am absolutely frustrated. Those jerks can keep my money. Learnt my lesson - never buy anything from nomorerack and I advise others to do the same.
A friend of mine introduced me to this site. I felt the deals were too good to be true, but a few items popped up that were interesting enough to look into. While browsing the site I opened new tabs to view the items, after going through everything I began adding items to the cart. I walked away for five minutes to tend to my dog, and when I came back and began the checkout process there were items removed from my shopping cart that were unavailable for purchase. There is no possible way that more than 20 items could all be unavailable in a matter of five minutes. I was looking at sheet sets, not iPods. I went to contact support and was forwarded to a pop-up of porn when submitting my email, that's not something someone needs to see when supposedly dealing with a reputable business in Housewares...
I know for a fact that it is not my computer, I'm a computer tech and it's pretty hard at this moment in time to come up with some type of a trojan for Mac, on top of the fact that the only other site visited was Google.com at that moment in time.

Horrible! Items were received but some were really flawed. Sapphire earrings had nicks out of the surface of the gem and a strange cloudy color on one. Earrings were so dark they did not look like sapphires at all. Another pair of double tier earring had a visble gap on one earring but the other was flush and fine. I most likely will not order again, it is too much of a hit or miss. I contacted them about replacements but got a serious run around. They were out of stock but yet advertising it on their site. Bogus!
Shipping was fast and tacking number was provided. However, I ordered dr. Dre Beats and they are fake. Had to contest te charge. Stay away... great prices but you are buying knock offs.

Bought sheets on black friday advertised as 1600 thread count that supposedly retail for $129, I paid $29. They are very thin and not soft. Awful product. They do not cover shipping if you are unhappy with the product. Never again.

Ordered boots the day after Thanksgiving. Here it is 4 weeks later (claim they will ship in 2-3 weeks) and my order still is "processing". Have read several reviews stating the same thing. Stay away from this site if you hope to get your items on time.

I ordered a tablet and got exactly what I ordered with a tracking number, so I could see its progress to my home. It took about three weeks to arrive, but I don't expect fast delivery from a discount site. The only problem I had was that they inflated the "market" price of the tablet on their site to make it look like it was a better deal than it was.

I placed order almost a month ago- on Nov. 20th, 2012 - it was to be a Christmas gift and i was assured it would arrive by Christmas. Upon checking order status on their site - it states "processing" but it has said that since 5 min's after i ordered it a month ago. I have emailed them twice - i got one response about 2 wks ago that said everything (all orders pending for customers which included mine) would ship by Dec. 10th and a tracking number would be issued. Today is the 16th - and it STILL says "processing" and there is no tracking... if i had to do it over again - I would have ordered this pair of boots from some where else. I placed MANY orders the same day i placed this one - all those things arrived on or by Dec. 1st - this is ridiculous and i have a feeling i'll never get this and will prob never get a refund either - this was a child's christmas gift - now i have NO GIFT and am out the money I spent thinking i would get this product. Do no do business w/this site = or you are asking for trouble! :(

NoMoreRack is the worst online company I have ever dealt with. I bought a pair of "1600CT Egyptian Sheets" and when they arrived they were cheap, see-through 'micro-fiber' garbage. They intentionally leave off brand names in the description because a quick Google search would have led me to the Amazon reviews which were across the board one star in describing this garbage item. I opened a dispute with Paypal and it is being resolved BUT I had to pay $14 in shipping to return them, which was a third of the cost of the original item. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are fraudulent and deceptive.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. You will regret it. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW. My wife and I ordered Christmas Presents for our children. I lost my job this year, so we are completely broke and couldn't even afford gifts. But because of the prices, we ordered items well over 3 weeks ago. I attempted to contact the 800# and was disconnected twice. I attempted the live chat with no response. I emailed them and haven't gotten a response. My order is showing as "Shipped" and "Complete". When we tried (Several times) to click on he link to track your order... It just pulls up a blank page. I will never use this "FAKE" Company again and warn everyone I can about them.
We have 5 kids and have had the worst year of our lives financially. We don't have the money to buy gifts for them again. I had to sell a lot of things just to afford what we did get. If someone doesn't get back to us, our kids Christmas is going to be ruined! All because I trusted this site. I can't believe this! Please be warned, and don't let it happen to you.

I placed an order for some boots on November 26th. It is now December 13 and it still says my order is in process. This is supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. I have emailed twice and when I check on my email, it says it is still being assigned to a customer service rep. What the heck! Tried calling using the number I found on here, and it tells you to wait for the next rep then goes blank. It then disconnects in about a minute. THis place sucks! Never ever again. Do not shop here

Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.

Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back.
