I ordered a Cuisinart 12-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker from Nomorerack.com which was counterfeit and arrived damaged. Even the box was counterfeit. I have 19 email correspondences from this company and they have yet to issue a refund. They told me that they could only issue store credit, although I was promised a full refund PLUS returned shipping charges. Now, they are claiming they have lost my original receipt. This is a FRAUDULENT company. BEWARE!
I guess I should count my lucky stars... I ordered a silver ring and It did arrive about two weeks from ordering date but it was exactly what I had ordered. However, having read all these other reviews I most likely won't take the chance to order any more items.
I have never reviewed a website but felt inclined to do so for this one. I do not want anyone to have the same experience I did. I did not read any reviews before I used them and wish I had. Any of the reviews about the Ugg Austrailian style boots could have been mine as my experience was very similar to the ones I have read they are not exaggerating or quick tempered. Very frustrating experience. The customer service is very quick to respond but not to your specific issues. The e-mails are either a standard response or computer generated. I waited 6 weeks and numerous e-mails, they said they were going to refund me, then the order was sent ect. When I did finally get them they were the wrong size, the bag was incorrectly marked, and the quality was awful. I cannot even give you anything to compare it to as the quality was so cheap. Over all, poor customer service, poor quality of product, poor shipping time(6 weeks). Would NOT recommend this site.
They advertise cheap items as luxury pieces. I am still trying to resolve a return issue which has taken about 20 email exchanges, so far. Too many issues to go into. Lots of their items can be found for about the same price on Amazon or Ebay. I would definitely order through one of those companies in the future.

Ordered a item and never received it. Refused to give refund. This company is a fraud. Stay away!
I ordered the 10 pack of Outdoor Solar Light Set to send out of state for a Christmas gift to my sister. I opened the box to check them out before remailing and from what I could see they looked like cheap crap. I went ahead and sent them anyway. My sister told me there were were no stakes in the box! After reading all of the horrible reviews on this site I don't see any point in even wasting my time trying to contact nomorerack to try and get the issue rectified. Not having a phone number for customer service is a red flag in itself. I'll just stamp "Sucker" on my forehead and chock it up to a learning experience. They should be shut down and I hope they rot in hell for scamming people.

I ordered a pair of Ugg-type boots on 11/26. I contacted customer service. They were very prompt in their replies but unable to tell me when the item would ship. They credited my account for the amount I paid, but I told them I'd never buy from them again after this experience and I wanted my credit back to my PayPal account. Today (1/5) I checked the order and it's been canceled, I'm not showing a credit with them, and my PayPal account hasn't been credited either.
I will give the customer service people the benefit of the doubt - they were very responsive to my emails and tried to do the right thing. I don't know how this site expects to stay in business when they can't fulfill on their orders. Never again!

I ordered about $500.00 - $600.00 worth of merchandise from this site on Cyber Monday and a few day later, hoping that all the bad reviews were wrong since I have had trouble with EBAY and Amazon, and they came thru with flying colors, I received all my gifts except for one small item which sold out on that day so I was given a credit, everything shipped on time for Christmas and I loved everything from the MID tablets, the hair extensions, toe socks, everything! My family was very pleased and so am I! I love nomorerack!
I ordered my holiday items on Dec 8, because Nomorerack's deadline was on the 10th to recieve all items before Christmas. On top of that, I had all of my items shipped to the location that I was going to be for the holidays.(11 hours away) I also received an email stating my items will be there on the 21st. I only received1/3 of my gifts and had to go out to buy others so my family wouldn't feel left out. (Kids) Some of the items trickled in on the 27,29 and 30! Well today is Jan 4th, 2013 and still haven"t received all my items. I will never shop with them again and nor do I recommend them. My mother bought some items 2 days after Christmas from another company and she already recieved her items. Still waiting... the crazy thing about this is that my mom is now having to send (ship FEDEX) to me...

I wanted to order something on the site and it would not take my billing address. I contacted the company and was told that they don't allow PO Boxes as billing addresses and I was instructed to 'use another address'. I have worked in the internet sales business for many years and NO WAY should a Company accept an incorrect billing address for a cc... this is a huge red flag for any consumer interested in protecting their information and cc. DO NOT ORDER anything from an internet site who openly encourages their customers to use FAKE billing addresses.

I've made a couple purchases on nomorerack and have been very pleased. The items were exactly as described and the shipping was surprisingly fast. I have a couple more orders pending from the last 3 days. Based on previous experience, I'm optimistic.
Have bought many items through NOMORERACK; since they are so cheap, and it was for me or my children, I didn't mind it was repackaged or refurbished even though it isn't stated in the add (only in their policies). HOWEVER, when christmas came around and I received items that were blatantly not as described or I NEVER received them I requested a refund. It has been a hassle, I've spent hours trying to resolve, I've had responses from NOMORERACK that contradict other responses (ie return at this address, then when I returned it I got a message they don't accept returns?).
My recommendation is utilize a legitimate shopping site where the feedback is consistantly positive----unlike NOMORERACK.

Let me start off by saying that I love to shop online; an experienced online shopper. Nomorerack is 100% ligit. I've purchased well over 20 items from them over the past year. I've received every order from 2 days to up to 13 days after the order was placed. I've purchased phone cases, chargers, clothes, jewelry & other random things that were a good deal. 80% of the items received are not shipped directly from nomorerack but from other retailers. Think Amazon.com or Overstock.com but much smaller. Are all of their deals really x% off of "retail"? No of course not. It's your reresponsibility to do your homework & compare prices. To get a decent & pretty iPhone case for $4 or an iPhone charger for $5 it's a deal. Leggings for $5, touch screen gloves for $4.50 or a super cute tunic for $9 are good deals. I received a $4 necklace broken once from them. They answered my email in less than 24 hours & credited my nomorerack account $4 & apologized for the inconvenience. They didn't ask for me to return the necklace. Great Customer service. You can use PayPal & they also offer a free 30 day protection thing with every purchase. If you shop smart you'll be happy with your great finds.
Nomorerack is selling counterfeit Beats by Dr. Dre headphones. We received our pair on Christmas eve. They were not in a manufacturers box and did not include an owners manual. We thought for a second that these were perhaps customer returns or refurbished products, which would explaint the great price. We called today to ask and were told that these actual ship direct from a wholesaler who is well known on "webutation" for selling replica products. Nomorerack did not have any information on the product. Did nomorerack.com even investigate this seller? If they had they would have known immediately that this seller pushes fakes! There are several online complaints regarding this issue, all popping up since they first offered these a few weeks ago. Yet today they are selling more of these, now knowing that these are fake! Nomorerack offered to have us return these for a refund or an exchage. An exchange for what? Another set of counterfeits without a box or packaging? How do we send the product back for a refund when they were sent without a box and no packaging! If nomorerack is now aware these are fake they should give immediate refunds. Those of us who bought these are now going to scrounge to go get the real thing. Why should we pay return shipping and wait for a refund? I will be happy to send these back but want immediately repayment and paid return shipping! No one should have to wait for their money on a counterfeit product. I will spend the day spreading this online. Do NOT buy from this website!

Ordered, as advertised, UGG boots on November 11,2012. Never received them until December 29,2012 although I had e-mailed them several times.
When the boots finally arrived, they were a far cry from UGG boots. Supposedly I was saving 83% since I was getting them for $16.00. There was barely any lining in them and the inner soles were laying in the bottom of the box. One was coming apart and I had to glue it together. I had ordered a size 10 and the boots were a size 8. They looked like something you would buy at The Family Dollar.
Be careful with this website. They don't always deliver.
We ordered a camcorder for our 9 year old grandson on December 6,2012 (). On December 12,2012 we were advised that the item was shipped. The web site led us to believe that if an order was placed by December 10, delivery was guaranteed by Christmas.
On December 22, we opened customer request ticket inquiring as to the status of our purchase. To date we have contacted the company, via email and phone, more than 5 times without satisfaction.
On December 25, the company admitted to having a shipping error and asked us to return the item for a full refund of the price, excluding shipping, for store credit. As we still haven't received the item, this is not possible and refused store credit.
The latest communication from the company was on December 29, "I advice that you refuse the item upon delivery and when it is returned to us we will queue your refund to be processed. We cannot process a refund since the item is not in our hands and is being shipped to you."
Since we were not able to wrap a present for our grandson, another purchase was made locally. We do not want the camcorder that wasn't delivered per the guarantee. We want a full refund of the original purchase, including shipping.
Nomorerack you have all the information you need. Refund our money, not store credit! It's your choice to make this right or not.

I waited and waited for my order placed November 24, never received. They charged my credit card immediately, now I'm hoping they issue a credit after they are indicating that the order is lost. Status indicates never even shipped. Should have read reviews before purchasing.

I am very mad and upset. I ordered 4 7" google android tablets from nomorerack.com for my grandchildren for christmas. When the product arrived it had a European plug. I don't know if they noticed or not but i have an AMERICAN address. This should have been noted somewhere before i purchased this device. When my grandchildren (ages 6-12) powered up their tablets there were pictures of penises and vaginas all over the screen. They were all filled with pornography! Tell me how am I supposed to take these images out of my grandchildren"s minds? I hate you nomorerack! Obviously not a place to purchase things for children or anybody else. Don't buy from them! Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.
