Nomorerack is completely disreputable! You can 'google' their company and all you find are bad reviews, and complaints! I ordered two sheet sets from them as Christmas gifts. When they FINALLY arrived, after many e-mails and phone calls, they were the wrong color. Although they were labeled as being the correct size, when the recipients of the gifts went to put the sheets on their beds for the first time, both fitted sheets completely ripped in half! You can only imagine my embarrassment... I was furious with nomorerack.com and e-mailed them about the sub-standard merchandise they had sold me. It is two months later and I am STILL waiting for a refund. From the complaints I have read, MANY, MANY other people have experienced the same problem with these sheets. Yet, if you check their website, they are STILL selling them! These people are rip-off artists in the truest sense of the word. I contacted the Better Business Bureau of NYC, along with hundreds of others, and recommended that Nomorerack be put out of business.
I ordered christmas presents on thanksgiving day. A week before christmas i started panicing because nothing had come in. Got emails from them saying they were shipping problems because of strikes at their shipping facility. They promised all items would be there for christmas. Got some items after christmas. Wrote them a scalding email and they said some items were lost in shipping and gave me a credit. Very same day, i recieve an email saying one of the missing items was shipping, with a tracking number. Today, 1/18/13, almost 2 months later, this same item is still not here. A few days after the shipping/tracking email, i got another shipping, tracking email for the exact same item. This tracking number does not exist. Spent the credit money, and still have not recieved those items. I check the website, says my order is pending. A MONTH later and its pending. Needless to say, have not recieved the supposed items with tracking numbers nor the reordered items from my "credit". Would not use these people again.

Someone stole my debit card and charged over $1500 to my account from this website. They purchased unlocked Samsung cell phones. I was able to get the shipping info from a customer service rep over the phone. I had a name, and an shipping address. I live in Washington, and these phones were being shipped to Michigan. Then nice lady on the phone told me that to get help with fraud, I would need to send an email. So, I did. I asked if I could cancel my order, stop it, or even just change the shipping address. I was told, repeatedly, that the info had already been sent to their supplier and that I could not cancel my order. I was then, twice, told to wait for the items to be delivered and return them for a refund. Seriously?! I asked the lady (Desiree B) how I was supposed to have the items returned when they weren't being shipped to me? Was I supposed to fly to Michigan, knock on the door, and politely ask the individual who used my card for the items so that I could return them? Of course, I got the same automated replies that made no sense. Why would she even suggest that?
This website will NOT verify your card, or the name on your account with the shipping info. They will not help you out. Their customer service is horrid. Their website it shady, and who knows where they get all of this stuff so cheaply. Please be cautious of websites like these. Safeguard your money, and do not support this company!

I ordered 4 android tablets January 2nd and the tracking info was never updated although Nomorerack sent an email stating the items were "shipped"... I wrote them an email on the status of the order a week ago and I received no reply. So I emailed them again yesterday evening after writing a disappointed email regarding the worst online shopping experience ever and it so happens that the order ships at 7pm last night according to an UPS update... did the vendor really just wait until I wrote an email complaining to ship my order? Buyer BEWARE! I purchased android tablets and USB keyboards from nomorerack. Both items were marked as shipped, but when I received the shipment, it only contained the USB keyboards! The USB keyboards were very very poor quality thus I returned them for a refund and it has been over 3 weeks without any knowledgement.
I finally received the android tablets after several calls, emails, and filing a dispute with my credit card company. The tablets were shipped without any padding. Instead, they were just placed in a USPS plastic shipping bag, which was actually partially open upon delivery... These are android tablets, you would have thought nomorerack would have at least shipped with a bubble padded shipping envelope... shipping envelops/boxes/etc. Are FREE via USPS thus there is absolutely no excuse for the poor shipping other than the fact that they simply do not care about their customers. When I received the tablets, the tablet cases were missing and a note was included that stated the cases would be shipped the following week... 3 weeks later and I have yet to receive the tablet cases. I finally contacted nommorerack today to inquiry about the cases. The customer service rep basically said too bad, if I don't like it, return the tablets to the vendor for a refund... what?!?!? I need to return the merchandise because nomorerack doesn't want to send me the cases that I originally purchased? Craziness. I will NOT ever do business with this company again!
Nomorerack has cheap products, poor service, and merchandise that may be found on any discount site. There is absolutely no benefit in purchasing from this company!

Had heard about them, and decided to try a small purchase (under $20) to check it out so Christmas I ordered a small speaker system for $17. This is the small speakers you hoook your iPod/mp3 player up to. It finally arrived and it's a piece of crap about to burn my house down. TORN! I have had two separate experiences with this website. I purchased 2 pairs of Beats By Dre headphones and they have worked perfectly. 2 weeks later I purchased an MID 9" tablet. I recieved it on a friday and it worked fine. By the next morning after charging through the night I could not turn the tablet on. I immediately contacted nomorerack about the issue. They asked me to return it and now I have to wait nearly 5 weeks for a refund. Thats a long time considering may payment was accepted immediately and I had to wait 10 days for my shipment to arrive. This unfortunate experiance really has me torn.

Worst site ever -- I called them to make sure I wasn't buying a re-furbished product and they confirmed it was not re-furbished. Then I received it 3 weeks later and it was refurbished and defective. I ordered two pair of boots for Christmas presents on November 26,2012, to this day I still have not received them. I have sent multiple email inquiries to find out where my product is and they have said they are going to be sent I would receive them guranteed before Christmas. Christmas has come and gone and still waiting.
Items were paid for in November! December 24,2012 I received an email from the company stating my order had been shipped, but USPS status says Electronic shipping info received. NEVER SENT. I ordered a pair of "Faux Fur Australian Boots" that were supposed to be worth over $100 and I paid $22. Even though the ad clearly implied that these were Ugg boots, I was not expecting the real thing for that price. The order took weeks to arrive (totally missed Christmas which is what I ordered them for) and when they arrived they are ugly, cheap and probably not even worth the $22 I spent on them. The tag clearly reads "made in China". I could have gotten better quality at my local Payless! This site is a complete sham - stay away!

I ordered two items one of which is fine even though it took a long time to come. However, at the same time I ordered it I also ordered boots which never came. Got the run around with finally an excuse that it was "lost" in the mail. What gets lost in the mail these days? I gave them 2 stars because I did get the first item and they said they will refund the money for my boots. We will see.

Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.

Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back.
