I went to nomorerack.com after seeing an advertisement for 22.00 Faux Fur Australian boots in November 2012. 6 weeks later I still had not received the boots. On my account it said that the order was still pending. I decided to contact them and see where they were. I got a response saying that my order was canceled? I definitely never canceled it, and if they canceled it the never notified me. They said they would give me a credit. I said I wanted a refund as I was not planning on ever purchasing from them again. I had to fight for it and finally they said they would refund it. It has been 3 weeks since then and still no refund! I contacted them again and they said that they did refund it and I would have to take it out with my bank. My bank never received the refund. Now I ma out 22.00 and had to deal with this big headache! I honestly believe that the order wasn't "canceled" but that they never had the product to begin with and just wanted to get me to their site. Bottom line this site is a SCAM!

On November 30 I ordered the " Australian Winter Comfort-Fit Tall Boot'', for 26.00. They reeled me in by saying they were "Authentic Australian boots, and that I "saved" 95.99! I was excited, as this was a Christmas gift and was guaranteed for delivery by Christmas. So, I received a "Dear Valued Customer" e-mail telling me to 'rest assured' that I would received by 12/21/12 to call and I would receive a full refund & a credit. Yeh, right! Soooo, today I called to check on my refund and totally go the run-around! I was speaking to someone who was reading from a card, so she couldn't or wouldn't answer my questions; she just kept repeating the same things. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said they all left at 5:00, so I said you said you are open to 6:00, but they all left at 5:00? That's when she hung up on me! Still no refund or boots! This site seems fraudulent, stay away!

Ordered a few items from this site. The order did not ship for a couple of weeks and each of the 7 items shipped separately. One item never shipped. I did receive a tracking number, but according to the tracking the item was never given to UPS. We wanted to return one of the items received and we also wanted to resolve the missing item. Sent them two messages through the support links on the site (only way to contact them) and no reply. Now we have to file a dispute with our credit card. Not to mention, the items we did receive were of the absolute poorest quality. Even if we had no problems with this order whatsoever, I still would not buy from them again due to the poor quality of merchandise. This website is a piece of crap! I ordered two boots from there that i really wanted. After two weeks i realized i did not receive an email from them saying it was shipped. I emailed them about the problem and what did they tell me? "Wait a month", and so i did. AFTER a month i emailed them again and they said they "shipped it" and "it was lost in the mail". BULLS...! They gave me store credits and i decided to get cheap things. Another PAIR of boots some leggings, and an iphone case which i ordered separately. The boots came today but it was completely different with the wrong size! The iphone case shipping number is fake! Usp doesn't have anything on it and the leggings... thats a whole other headache! THIS COMPANY IS TOTAL BS AND NEEDS TO BE REPORTED AND SHUT DOWN!

Ordered 3 different items the November 26,*******. One item was delivered on December 3, The second item was delivered on December 8. The last item was supposedly shipped out on December 22. The tracking number says that the electronic shipping information was received by the USPS. However, it never arrived to the post office and never got to me. They did refund my money and gave my a $5 credit, but my daughter missed out on a Christmas present that I was expecting to give her, Even if the package was really lost in the mail, it took almost a month to ship. Nomorerack is thee worst online retailer I have ever ordered anything from. I ordered 6 items, 3 were OK, 1 never came (after 2 months?!), on one item they substituted a different itme without asking me, and on another item, a bed sheet set, the quality was so poor that the bottom sheet, literally, disintergrated after 2 days of use. I had somehow gotten on an email list - found the prices really low (that should have been my first clue and ordered five items for a new apartment. I used a billing address and added a separate shipping address - again, just moved. When I received an email confirmation that two of the items were shipping, I checked the address - shipped to my billing address. AFter trying to call several times, I used the site's live chat and sent emails to customer service. Nothing but lip service and not real help. When I finally got through to someone on the phone, same problem and the so - called supervisor informed me that when the order is more than $100 it goes to the billing address. He said a pop up should have notified me of this while ordering (it didn't) and there was nothing they could do to rectify the situaion - even after I suggested at least correcting the other three items that had not been processed. Customer service stinks! I am sorry I ever ordered from this site. I think they border on fraud.

So i was lured in to this site cuz it was so cheap. My first three items were cheap and came on time. The quality showed in the price. I was expecting what i saw in the picture what i really got was rubbish. So i bought bigger. GOt me a nice pajama set. Got an email that said it was shipped. A month later it still never arrived.ups said theynever even recieved the package. So i emailed nomoreracks. It took them another three weeks to tell me they were sorry but the itwm was out of stock by then and issued me store credit. Then i saw something on there that ive wanted for so even though i told myself id never do it again i took a chance. Well damn thing never came. I spent 60 bucks on it. They said they were sorry and were gonna reship it. Maybe two weeks later i recieve the package but it wasnt what i had ordered. Now they twll me what i wanted was out of stock and theyd be happy to give mw a refund but i had to ship that other itwm back first. I would have to use ups get a receit email it to them and when they recieved it they would reinburse me the shipping with store credit. Bull$#*!. Like im gonna go through the trouble of mailing some $#*! for free. So ling story short stay the hell away from them. It aimt worth it. Ita the worst place ever to buy from. I received an ipad 2 cover with a bluetooth keyboard for Christmas. Immediately upon opening it, I plugged in the charger and the circuit board inside snapped. I notified customer service the following day. Then I had the (mis)fortune of having 5 different customer service representatives proceed to email me and tell me that I needed to ship the product to them at my own expense and that they would refund me with store credit. I told them that reputable online sites had a postage paid return policy, especially with a defective product.
Then the last customer service representative told me that they really had a return policy of SEVEN DAYS, and because I had not responded within a week, I could no longer return the product.
Stay away. There are much better sites that have similar deals. They sell defective merchandise and have no desire to make things right with a customer.

Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.

Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back.
