I've been buying from this company for years. I understand how people can be a little disappointed of the 'quality' items their purchasing for $4 but for me, personally, I'd rather go through them for my random mobile needs than Amazon - any day.

I've never been charged for shipping, because I spend the $30 minimum to receive free shipping. Why? Because $30 at cellphoneshop.net gets me a hell of a lot more than the $60 I'd spend on just a single Battery replacement for my cellphone, I can get four from CPS.net at that point, plus a case and a charger for my laptop just so I have an extra one - and just 'cause it's cheap enough.

I love the site, have never had a complaint, never paid more money than was viewed in the shopping cart and always received my items in a timely manor.


I've purchased numerous items from this company over the past few years. It originally was only available to businesses but they then opened it up to everyone. Since opening it up to everyone I found that their customer service is lacking and their product choices are getting worse.

In May 2012, I purchased a series of items and was informed after the purchase that one of the items was on back-order until June, being as it was towards the end of May I didn't think anything by it and expected to receive a separate package a few weeks later. A few weeks came and went, no package, I logged back in and it still told me June 12th, 2012, even though it was July 10th. I emailed customer service, never to receive a response. I could not cancel the order being as the other items had already shipped to me and since no one would respond to me with any helpful information via email OR phone, I had to resort in doing a charge-back on my credit card for the amount that they were holding for this 'backordered' purchase.

Of course after they see the charge-back in their billing department I finally get a response TO MY ORIGINAL EMAIL dated in middle of June (now we're in August) claiming my requests were never received (seriously now?). They said that the item isn't on backorder, it's actually off of their website all together and won't be returning. That's fine and dandy, but they - at the very least - could have informed those waiting on the pending order (since they were nice enough to take the money for it anyway).

I've only had ONE bad dealing with this company, and honestly prior to this issue I was very happy with their service being as everything else from this particular order was received promptly and in brand new/working condition. The items missing from the order that caused all of the issues are the only reason I'm hesitant to use this company again.


A friend of mine introduced me to this site. I felt the deals were too good to be true, but a few items popped up that were interesting enough to look into. While browsing the site I opened new tabs to view the items, after going through everything I began adding items to the cart. I walked away for five minutes to tend to my dog, and when I came back and began the checkout process there were items removed from my shopping cart that were unavailable for purchase. There is no possible way that more than 20 items could all be unavailable in a matter of five minutes. I was looking at sheet sets, not iPods. I went to contact support and was forwarded to a pop-up of porn when submitting my email, that's not something someone needs to see when supposedly dealing with a reputable business in Housewares...

I know for a fact that it is not my computer, I'm a computer tech and it's pretty hard at this moment in time to come up with some type of a trojan for Mac, on top of the fact that the only other site visited was Google.com at that moment in time.

Stay away.


I purchased a pair of slippers for my fiance and my mother for Christmas last year. I received word 24 hours after the purchase was made that my card was charged and my order was in transit. I received it a few days later (as I opt'd for ground shipping being as it was a few weeks before Christmas so a rush was unnecessary). They showed up in perfect condition not even 72 hours after the email confirmation.

I've recommended this company to numerous friends whom have made quite a few purchases as well.

My only draw-back for this company is the fact that by sticking Snooki's name on the slippers it doubles the price. I understand she had a hand in putting them on the map, but the general consumer doesn't have the money she does, so spending $60 on a pair of slippers seems a little outrageous to me. It's upsetting because I personally prefer the quick slip-on slippers but can't justify spending $60+ on something I can pick-up from Payless for $15.

All rambling aside, the site is easy to use - the Paypal integration made my most recent purchase a breeze and I can't wait to receive my next "Your order is on its way" notice so hubby can enjoy his new fancy slippers for Christmas this year.
