I have ordered from Nomoreracks.com. The time to receive the order(s) was long and extremely long. The weirdest thing is I got a 10 or 20 cent charge in addition to the purchase because "it was an international sale". That would explain the slow delivery but I hve never had a surcharge for international purchases and it was never part of the process. I do think you have to be a savy shopper and know your products and prices. Somethings are great deals others no. I never thought of complaining so I dont know about customer service. I think Martha and Oprah need to re-evaluate their endorsements thoug.
Ordered 400 thread count sheets. Received what appears to be 80 to 120 thread count sand paper fabric. The only thing they say that they can do is have me to pay for shipping and hope for a partial refund. Total rip off SCAM!

I'd give it less than one star if possible. I placed an order in October 2011 and never received. I patiently waited more than a month, then started kindly contacting them. They asked that I wait another week. Still didn't show up, contacted again and was asked to wait some more. After more than 2 months waiting, I requested a refund. They said they put a credit on my account yet never stated whether or not I'd still receive my items. My guess is they put the credit so I make another purchase (yeah right) that way they can say I got my money back. No way would I make another purchase, I just wanted my money back. After making requests monthly and their promises to issue a refund, they next decided to request my Paypal info because the order had been out there so long that that is the only type of credit they could issue. I have made a request at least every month for my money back, even if it is to Paypal. Each time I get promised that it will show up within 3-5 business days not including weekends - nice detail they go into for a refund. BUT, I still haven't received a refund. For the life of me, I cannot understand how they are still in business. It appears I got scammed for much less money by them than others - I feel sorry for them. Unbelievable! (and now onto another website to post my complaints - hopefully someone will shut them down!)

I made a purchase on 5/24/2012 i updated My NEW ADDRESS from my old where i was getting older purchases sent before. So i knew i needed to update to get the product to my new house. Whhile ordering i did do so and once the order was submitted it still had my old address. Once i see that it had my old address there was NO WAY OF CHANGING IT! Or getting hellp from this company to do so. I called and they said it was to late and there was nothing i could do. She did tell me there will be a tracking number... Whats a tracking number going to do for me IF I NO LONGER LIVE AT THAT ADDRESS? GO there and sit by the mailbox when the tracking number says it should be here in hopes i get my stuff? There should have been something i could have done once my order address was wrong. Something i could have clicked on to let you guys know it was the wrong address. SO UPSET! Not to mention the only thing i could have done was email you guys which i did and still have not got back a responce. Still waiting... I WILL NO LONGER BE A CUSTOMER WITH THESE GUYS!
This has got to be the WORST and I mean WORST company I have ever tried dealing with. I wasn't the one purchasing items, but I was the one making calls. I talked to the same lady "Jan" and the same supervisor "Kevin" every time I called. I was sure to let them know I would never allow anyone I know to purchase from them and that they are an absolute scam. I would love to talk to their higher-ups, but I guarantee there is no such thing. And as far as the customer service part of it goes, THERE IS NONE. "Kevin" has promised that a full refund would be sent back to the card in 3-5 days. I have news for him, if it is no present the authorities will be called and someone will be taken down for this. What a scam! I purchased a couple of items and the very next day I had over $500 in fraudulent charges on my bank account! Still haven't received my purchases. I am filing with the BBB.

Ordered two data sync cables for iphone for $4 each. Supposedly a great buy -- but I just found same item on Amazon for $1.06. I have ordered other items and found them to be okay, but this obvious rip off leaves a bad taste. I will unsubscribe.
Bought a gift for someone and when it arrived found the item was repacked and missing pieces. Contacted nomorerack.com and they explained they would accept the return and pay for shipping. When the item was shipped back they will only provide a credit and not a refund. A credit to purchase more repackaged items? Just a word of caution when shopping here!
Ordered 2 pair of shoes size 10, total charged $100. Sent size 9 instead. Contacted customer service, returned the shoes as originally packaged. They refused the shipment! Then in the midst of all this, ordered and received a digital photo frame, and decided it was too small for our needs. This was $40. Again contacted customer service, returned the photo frame, and again it was refused. Including the out-of-pocket return shipping, we are out $170.
I've been purchasing items from this site for about 8 months. You have to be careful that the deal you get is what you expect. Read carefully, compare with other Internet sales, then you won't be disappointed. Every item I bought was delivered as promised and the condition was as advertised. I had one return and it went smoothly. Yes, shipping takes a bit longer but who cares, as long as the quality is as advertised. RC
As soon as I found this was one of those penny auction sites I tried to unsubscribe to all the emails. Good luck. I finally stopped receiving loads of extra crap email, but it was a pain. Auction websites like this are a joke anyway.
As soon as I signed up on nomorerack I have been bombarded by junk emails... I find it very disconcerting that email addresses are shared or sold from this site- precisely for this reason I have unsubscribed and blocked all their emails as spam. This is no way to run a business, customers DO NOT WANT their email addresses given out to other parties... this company will eventually figure this out but it will probably be too late. People, run from this site!

Buyers beware! The deals they post are usually not that great of a deal. The same products they have a 'deal' on can be found for a better price at other websites. They excel with the markup game and *completely* exaggerate the original retail price, therefore increasing the supposed % off the product. I have also bought an item that was a 'deal' and found it the next day at a lower price on the same site! They did not want to offer a comp or credit for the price difference.

They posted a daily deal for Bose IE2 headphones, but decided they couldn't honor it, and sent a nice email about how they were going to send a refund and send a gift set of headphones as an apology. They sent the cheapest headphones I have ever seen and then never refunded the money. I had to contact them twice to get it done a month later.
You can find a decent deal here. However, it isn't worth it in the long run. I've always received my merchandise. Shipping is very slow. So when you order always expect to receive your item about a month and a half later.

Purchased an item. Confirmation asked to allow 2-3 weeks for delivery "although most of their orders are delivered much faster." After 2 weeks, I requested an update on when it might be shipped. Received a generic, vague response that upped that waiting time stating, "Expect up to 2-4 weeks for delivery." Several days later, received a generic email stating that particular item had been delayed and would be shipped no later than a specific date. A week later, received a shipment notice email with tracking ID #1. Was a bogus tracking ID. Two days later, received a second shipment notice email with a second/different tracking ID. It, too, was a bogus tracking number. Sent an extensive email, and the next day received a response showing the item was in transit and scheduled to be delivered the very next day. Had a link to track it and showed it as being delivered by FedEx. The next day came and went. No delivery. Shocker. Waited two days, went back to the tracking link, and found it incredibly odd that in 48 hours it went from being shipped via FedEx and being delivered the next day to being shipped by USPS, who had not yet received the package to deliver (just an electronic shipping notification). Sent another email to which I have received no response yet. Will be contacting my credit card's fraud department as well as the BBB asap.
Great deals-- if you know what you are looking for. Colin Stuart Boots- $30! WOW! Bobby Brown Bronzer $19! Some of their items are very cheap and not worth even looking at, but when you see something you know is worth buying, it is worth it!
Misleading description of the "discount" I was purchasing. Vendor requirements not disclosed. Emailed them imediately (within hours) for a credit. Given run around via email (back and forth for a week, then just ignored). Called customer service. Sounded like they were in a submarine. They are escalating my concern again ie. Blowning me off again. It's now been over amonth. Voucher expires soon. I am sure that is what they are waiting for.
I had a horrible experience with this website. I ordered a top in 4 different colors. They sent me on in black and 3 in gray. They told me they were out of the other colors. Why would I want 3 of the same top in the same color?! I've been trying to get reimbursed since December. I was told I needed to return the merchandise before I could receive a refund. When I finally returned it, they never gave me a refund. I gave them the tracking number twice and when they finally looked it up they told me that it was past 30 days and they would not give me a refund. Now I am out the merchandise AND the money! How is that even legal. They are refusing to give me either. This is a horrible, horrible site!

Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.
Answer: Consider yourself lucky they do not ship to Canada. Horrible company to buy anything from! Would definitely NOT recommend buying from them - even torn newspaper for a 2-year old to have fun throwing them away. They will find a way to mess up that too.

I returned it to them with the label they sent me, only to have it returned back to my home saying it was not a valid address. What the...? It is their label! And I was only credited $ 6.00 of the $17.00 purchase price. They said they only accept items for return if they are defective. Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
