5 weeks and no shipment, no email, no info and no help. I get the same email response when I inquire about my order. Horrible customer service. Do NOT use this site. Ever.
They sell junk and after you get the junk they will only give a store credit instead of a refund for their junk. They can't get there orders right giving you know option except keeping the junk or getting more of their junk. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS WEB SITE!
Although I see lots of chatter about this site being bad, I have ordered a few times, got exactly what I wanted and got it at a better price than anywhere else. Nothing special but a pair of shoes, jeans and a stereo. I'll try again as it did work well for me. I have told my family and I'm sure they will try it out as well. Once they do, I will be sure to update on their experiences. I'm a fan so far! ;)
First time buying a product from nomorerack.com for Bose IE2. I bought it on March 29 2012, got confirmation and was excited. On April 12th 2012, I received an email saying that the product is not available due to supplier issue. I was being notified that they have refunded the money + additional $5 as a store credit... So I got my refund + additional $5 but as a store credit. For me this is not acceptable.
Ive contacted the customer service requesting to have my money refunded to the card instead a store credit. They agreed to refund it back and it will take 7 to 10 days. So I am still waiting for that.
So Summary,
Pro: There is no doubt that nomorerack.com a great site that offer variety products with amazing prices. Excellent customer service for sure (Thanks Jona), and they tried to make it right because of the unfortunate supplier issue.
Con: I wished they dont refunded the money as a store credit in the first place, and for a first time buyer to have his first order cancelled because of supplier issue, its not a good thing.
With all the shopping experience with nomorerack.com, definitely not a good first impression from a first time buyer but with the way how they tried to make it right and excellent customer service, I believe in second chances, and I will try to shop at nomorerack.com again.
I fell for the "awesome" deal of a "pearl bracelet" worth 79.99 for only $5.00 plus $2.00 shipping. The thing broke the first time I wore it! They offered to give me my purchase price back if i sent the bracelet back. The "pearls" even look cheap! I also ordered the hello kitty messenger bag and don't think it looks like it should sell for $45.00(original price) I paid $20.00 but don't think it was worth it.
Wow. I am grateful to everyone that has taken the time to write in their comments in an effort to help others realize that companies like "nomorerack" are a scam and use fine print to take money from you when you register. I was taken by a similar company, "Quibids", in the very same registration process. Their business practices and the manner in which they operate their company sound very similar as well.
One thing I'd like to mention is the way that I found out about nomorerack.com was by watching a show called "The Doctors". I'm disappointed the show would promote a company like nomorerack.com.
Thanks again to all for the posted comments. If I'd have taken "The Doctors" advice I'd have had an uninsured "out of pocket" expense!

As a Canadian, deals are getting fewer and fewer. Items that appear to be available in your area, end up removed from your cart and u wind up wasting your time shopping for things u can't even buy. Not impressed anymore.
I am thirteen and I saw the ads for a PS3 that went really cheap, and a laptop, and a TV, however when I signed up it had nothing like this, just clothes and cooking stuff. I was like "meh, all that stuff would be a rare item on here so I'll come back other times." There has still been nothing that I wanted from there ever, and today I saw you have to be 18 to sign up! It DID NOT say this when I signed up! And they keep spamming my email! I set up a spam filter for them but it hasn't done anything! Seriously I must get an email from them every 3 to 10 hours! I CANT DELETE MY ACCOUNT EITHER! Why not? Plz someone tell me how to delete my account, or just tell me how to stop their spam?!?!
I've ordered a bangle & a blouse. Bangle was of good quality, but was sent a long sleeve blouse instead of a short sleeve blouse.
I have been ordering from this site for a couple of months now and haven't experienced and of the problems so many others here have. HOWEVER; after reading their stories I have decided to immediately sever ties with nomorerack.com and will never order from them again. I think I really dodged a bullet on this one, so I thank all the reviewers I have found here. You probably saved me a lot of hassles and drama. Thanks!
They present a beautiful looking item that turns out to be junk. These guys are the dollar store of websites
I decided to give it a try on a small inexpensive item to start. It has been over a month now. I emailed them and was given the tracking information (which didn't work form day 1) Now all of a sudden the shipping is "pending out of China!. Stay away from this business
All looks groovy until your merchandise does not arrive and you have been promised a refund, which never comes (it has been 38 days). I have basically been told "too bad for you" by NoMoreRack as they claim they sent the refund and it is now my problem that it is not back in my bank account.
Do not use this site! I have returned 2 things to this site and have never received my credit for them. I will not be using again
Three stars so far, will amend later to either a 1 or a 5.
Well, well, well! I got turned on to the site a week or so ago. I saw a PS3 for $26. Sold out when I tried to get to the screen to put credit card info. Then I saw $50 Amazon gift card for $5. Same thing. Then iPod Touch for $24. Got to the credit card screen. When I got the info in and pressed complete, order was cancelled because, again, I was too slow. Then saw another $50 Amazon card for $5. Sold out before I could put in info. Next I saw a Kindle Touch 3G for $15. Order was completed. Card charged amount to include $2 shipping and $. 19 for international shipping. I won that on 3/14. Haven't received it yet, but I expect to. I will post if it is received in working order. I'm very excited. Most of the "Scam" notices are that a person cannot get an Insanity Deal. I did (so far). If that is the only complaint, I'm sorry to hear it. I wouldn't buy anything that isn't a name brand. Can't wait to see!
I ordered 3 Breo watches and 3 solar car/toys for presents. Believe it or not but all 3 watches were broken! Also all the solar cars packaging was completely bent, like it was thrown out of a speeding truck, then hit by by a car. I have no idea if the cars even work inside. I couldn't believe it, I wrote to the company and they said I have to return them all. But I will have to pay for the shipping and they will refund me. Ya right, like I am going to trust them. Another thing, the watches and cars were on two separate orders. So, this is the deal. They get junk that has been heated or destroyed in transport from china, then that crap is sold on nomorerack.
I know everyone has had horrible experiences with this site... and maybe i just got lucky... but ive gotten 2 things from them and they went like this:
1) just for kicks they had an egg white separater for free (plus $2) for shipping. I bought it... probably took about 3 weeks to get it but it came exactly as advertised... and for $2 i couldn't really complain
2) i initially got really annoyed by how fast their insanity deals sold out... and how hards those stupid sketch box things were to read. I saw several of them but never got one til one day, i just happened to get lucky and got through on a playstation 3 for $26.54 +$2 for shipping. I was definitely skeptical b/c thats when i started reading all the terrible reviews BUT (and maybe i just got super lucky) the system arrived in under a week (though my account order said processing for about 2 weeks and i got an email saying it shipped about a week after i had already gotten it).
That being said... i admit it can be somewhat of a frustrating site... especially if you're like me and just drop in on it just to try to catch an insanity deal... but if you get lucky... they do come through on their product/sales
Just an update:
My most recent experience was, again, great. I managed to get another insanity deal about 3-4 weeks ago for another PS3 for $26 + $2 shipping and though it took a little longer than 3 weeks this time, it still showed up in perfect working condition and i was able to give it to a friend as a gift.
So long story short - i know there are a lot of bad reviews out there on this site but in my experience, though they take a while, they have always come through on their products and in perfect condition so i would definitely recommend giving it a shot
I have so many complaints about this site (yes, I was stupid enough to get sucked into the hype) but the worst part is the premise of their marketing strategy: They get people to the site to buy what is mostly cheap merchandise by enticing them with "Insanity Deals" that rarely happen and are next to impossible to win. Also, Customer Service is basically form letters, shipping is horribly slow, tracking numbers don't work for days (or at all), orders are cancelled with no explanation, items that say "sold out" come back up later in the day. I could go on and on.
Initially, I ordered a few rather low ticket items from nomorerack.com, then I read some of the reviews. At that time I was waiting on two items to arrive which had already been paid for through PayPal. I was keeping my fingers crossed, being concerned that I might soon be a victim of there scandalous business practices. After reading some of the negative reviews, I had already decided that I would not conduct any more business with the company. Well, they got me on my last order. Sent me something similar to what I had ordered; however, it is not at all what I wanted. I have contacted all of my friends and told them not to purchase anything else from this poor excuse for a business organization. If you deal with them long enough they will eventually screw you also. When I considered the return shipping cost, and serious doubts that I would ever receive what I originally ordered, I have decided that I am going to keep what they "intentionally" mailed to me. In the future; however, there will be 'no more me' for 'nomorerack.com.'
So I have bought from this site maybe five or six times. In general the products seem to match the descriptions. I have so far not experienced the horror stories other people have. I will definitely agree that the weak point is the delivery time. Pretty much I have forgotten what I ordered by the time it arrived. My girlfriend had decent success returning something she ordered but she did have to jump through a few hoops. I have ordered clothes, jewelry, electronics and some magnets amongst other things. The magnets were the surprise hit with my nieces. Overall a decent site if you don't have a need for your goods on time.
Answer: There return policy is to lie to you
Answer: I think everyone in this position should start filing reports with the authorities! No reputable business treats customers like this. Get the word out on this scam company. It's the ones who give up and walk away that keeps choxi/nomorerack alive
Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.
Answer: Consider yourself lucky they do not ship to Canada. Horrible company to buy anything from! Would definitely NOT recommend buying from them - even torn newspaper for a 2-year old to have fun throwing them away. They will find a way to mess up that too.
Answer: I never had any issue with items that I bought.
Answer: There is NO return policy. One item I bought from them was not at all what was pictured and di not fit. I returned it to them with the label they sent me, only to have it returned back to my home saying it was not a valid address. What the...? It is their label! And I was only credited $ 6.00 of the $17.00 purchase price. They said they only accept items for return if they are defective. Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
