I was somewhat surprised after reading the reviews on this site. I placed my first order for just a woman's top that was only $12 as I did not want to risk too much if it was a scam. Product came fairly quickly and was exactly as described. Being optimistic, I ordered two other items (a wallet and a knife set). Both arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I think most people only review a site if they have a bad experience, so I thought I would tell about my good experience. If weary, try it out with small purchases like me...

I had their insanity deal for the Kindle fire for $17.00, but then the captcha's came and I typed in the first one CORRECTLY but was given another captcha as if it wasn't right. So after MANY tries, the deal was gone! I do not recommend this site for ANYTHING! They are a scandalous site and should be shut down for false advertising!

I ordered 2 items from NoMoreRack on 1/1012; I received an email from them saying my order had been shipped on 1/25/12. The package arrived on 2/2/12. Unfortunately, one item was missing, so I emailed customer service and asked if the items had been shipped separately, received a reply the next day saying they were supposed to have been shipped together, and that the second item probably would not be sent out, but that they would give me credit toward a future order. I was pretty annoyed, figuring I'd never get my order or my money. They don't give a customer service # on their website, but I found a customer service # online in a forum like this one, called it and on 2/7/12, spoke with Jan, who told me that they couldn't send the missing item because there were no more in stock, but she would refund the money for the missing item back to my PayPal account.
On 2/9/12, I received an email confirming that the refund had been processed, that it could take 7-10 days, and 4 days later, on 2/13/12, I received an email from PayPal that the money had credited to my account.

The customer service # I called is: *******798 M-F 9A-6P EST.

I waited about 5 minutes on hold before someone answered, not bad, and she was very pleasant, agreed to refund my money with no argument when I told her I didn't want credit, just a refund, and 4 days later, the money was back in my account.
And by the way, the item I ordered is of exceptionally high quality, I was very pleasantly surprised, and I can get the other item that wasn't sent directly from the manufacturer, granted, for more than I would've paid through NoMoreRack, but aside from that, my experience with NoMoreRack was very good.

I ordered something for $151. The money came out of my account. Then the next day, another charge, this one for $4.62 came out of my account. Granted it's not much money, but they charged me for no reason. I emailed customer service, and they responded that I had two orders on my account. The other order they are talking about was back in October, and it was paid back in October. Also it was a for a completely different amount. I called customer service today, and the representative said she has no idea why I was charged the extra amount, and she will have to wait for a response from some other department before she can credit me my money back. I logged into the site to make sure I didn't have credit card info saved, and I couldn't find any, but obviously they have my info because they charged me on separate occasions. Just give me my 4 bucks back, geez.

I bought a necklace off the site and almost immediately after I made my purchase, I started wondering if it was a scam and I should cancel my order. It honestly just seemed like too good of a deal. I looked into nomorerack on a couple of sites (including this one) and was a little sketched out at the reviews but I decided to wait the 3 weeks for my purchase and if it didn't show up, demand my money back.

A few days later they sent a tracking number to my e-mail and at first it couldn't find the package but a day or two later I was able to track it. I'm happy to say that my necklace did come within the 2-3 week period, closer to 3 weeks, and wasn't damaged or anything. Turns out the diamond was extremely small compared to how it looked in the picture which, at first, made me think it had fallen off or been taken out, but other than that, I have no complaints and would consider buying from them again.

Cheap crap that takes forever to arrive, and if they send you the wrong thing - tough, you send it back at your expense and they claim you'll get a refund. Avoid this site - it's complete crap.

I would be very cautious about this site. I was about to create a login and noticed that when it asked me for a password the website did NOT go to a secure website (httpS) but remain http, which tells me they're not to be trusted. That's opening doors to a lot more than hackers if my user email and password are unsecure for all to see. Needless to say, i did not continue creating an account.

I placed an order on November 19 and still have got nothing and despite my million emails I have heard nothing back.
I finally found their number and plan on calling ASAP tomorrow.

I ordered and paid for a necklace I never got. I have contacted customer service twice and they sent me both times a form email and they said they would give me a $7.00 credit to the website which they have not done. Anyway, I do not want a $7.00 credit to their website I want a refund to my credit card which they refuse to do. Do not order from this website. The prices are good but you risk losing your money.

They sent me some thing that wasn't what I ordered, It wasn't even close to what was described or pictured! I feel like it was a bait and switch! Never again! And I don't believe you could ever get one of there insane deals, I been on there when they have popped up and there always sold out in less than a second! I think they have 1 and the owner buys it!

The quality of the merchandise was terrible, and another item purchased was nothing like the online description.

Still trying to get someone to respond from "customer service" for 3 weeks now to return.

. I, too, have been doing research on various items. The retail price they state is HIGHLY inflated. The other day I saw an item that sells for only $1 or $2 more at any other store. And just today I saw an indulgence by biatta lace teddy for $21 on nomorerack (stating that the retail price is $79) but it's $20 elsewhere! It's just kmart lingerie. That's negative savings! Also, nomorerack.com (a legit site, I thought, but have since discovered otherwise) duped me into signing up for dealfun.com b/c I thought it was affiliated w/their site (which, again, I thought was legit at the time). Dealfun is an even bigger scam, do not click on it from nomorerack.com. I'm so disappointed in these sites that claim to be legitimate and aren't. There has got to be something wrong w/the people that come up with this stuff.

Purse took forever to come. Quality was so-so. Total cost to me was $10.00 with discount, and that's about all the purse was worth. Check out MYHABIT, instead.

They sent the wrong item, a much cheaper version, missing parts. I was told to return it and they would refund, because the item I ordered isn't available. This is just plain fraud. Do not do business with these people.

HANG ONTO YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. IT IS A SCAM! Money was taken out of account on 12/19/11 immediately after placing order, which is normal but then product is shipped immediately after the website has the money. I called on 1/4/12 to check on the order and was told it was shipped from 1 of the warehouses. I asked at least 10 times where it was being shipped (even asked it was coming from timbucktoo). Every time I asked it was the same answer from a global warehouse until the dummy girl I was talking made the mistake of saying it arrived in the states on 1/1/12. I said so they are coming from overseas and finally was told yes. My order was shipped from a US address on 1/3/12 and was told I would have to wait until 1/19/12 to see if I received my order. If not I would have to call back again and then a refund would be issued. Even after me telling her I would not buy from them again she said, sorry that is all I can do. I really do mean I will not buy from them again. The person I spoke with was also much less than a professional. Who knows she may have been overseas. So far from what I have about other customers reviews it seems I have been lucky to have my checking account scammed, at least not yet. But you can bet I will keep watching my account.

I purchased 2 items on Nov. 9. I've called at least 5 times and each time was told that it would ship soon. They refunded my money and told me that I would still receive my item but today I called (Jan 4) and was told the item was lost and I will never receive it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Rubbish website. Despite the negative reviews the site is totally user-friendly. I think the addage is "if it is too good to be true it usually is" springs to mind. If you are prepared to pay $47 for an IPad that retails for over $700 then you are looking for a silver lining that doesn't exist. Sorry but true. Save hard and get the model you want with the right warranty etc.
