I used this company for about a year and had absolutely NO problems. Then a couple of days ago that all changed. On my cart page, where the items you wish to purchase is and the totals are shown, it said I had a $30.00 credit. Wow! I asked them in a live chat, that they have set up on their site, how did this happen. I was told that they do this randomly from time to time. I thought this was really nice and was told it was good and I had 7 days to use the credit. I waited until the next day to finish my shopping. When I came back the next day, the credit had changed to $10.00. I had not bought anything or tried to use the $30.00 credit in any way. I asked someone else in another live chat what had happened, they looked and looked and couldn't figure it out and then the chat just disappeared into thin air. I then called them and was told by someone that I had made the whole $30.00 credit up. They wanted a screen shot of the conversation. Who keeps screenshots of their chat conversations? I Had copied and pasted part of the first chat conversation to a sticky-type thing on my computer screen because there were a number of steps I was supposed to use to apply the credit when I wanted to purchase something. And in this part of the chat conversation, the $30.00 credit is mentioned. I sent this to them, but they didn't believe it and kept asking for a screenshot. The people on the phone were VERY rude to me! They also asked for screenshots by email. What an odd way to run a business! I now know someone who was double billed by them and was never refunded the money. I have also found out this has happened to many people! I will NEVER use nomorerack again!

After reading the reviews already posted about this site, I was hesitant, but decided to give them a chance because the "deal" of the day was too good to pass up... the Bowflex Selecttech Adjustable Dumbbells for $169. I should have known based on the price it was TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. They charged me, confirmed my order, and I crossed my fingers that I'd actually get what I ordered...

Fast forward to the following week when I got an e-mail saying that the MANUFACTURER fell short of expectations. Ok, so fine, blame someone else. That's always a good way to get out of looking horrible. Well, when I responded telling them how frustrated I was that NMR has horrible reviews and the 1 time I give them a chance, I get screwed over too... I got a response that they SOLD OUT of the deal. So clearly, Bowflex was not to blame, and instead it was NMR allowing more sales to go through than product they had in stock.

Needless to say, I will never purchase anything from here again. I did use the measly $10 credit they gave me due to the above issue to purchase something for $7, just so I wouldn't have to give them ANY of my money, but I'll never use NMR again and will definitely share this experience with friends.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! On 11/514 I purchased a pair of boots. Today I decided to see if there was any update so I emailed their customer support email from the website. I received a quick response saying that because my account was cancelled they cancelled my order. First, I never cancelled my account and still have access to logging on it. Second, so if my order was cancelled where is my refund?! I emailed back asking that I want a refund or the product. I was told they gave me a refund. THEY DID NOT! I searched my entire bank statement and the only thing on their from this company was the initial charge for the order! I told them I did not receive any credit and to provide a copy of the refund and the last 4 digits of the bank account. They told me they couldn't do that and there was nothing else they can do. I issued a complaint with my bank about this company and issued a complaint with the better business bureau right after this. Please, i went against my good judgement and ordered from this company. Don't be in the same boat I am with no product and being charged! IF YOU HAD A PROBLEM, PLEASE ISSUE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU if they get enough complaints maybe they will shut the site down. I was literally robbed.

Okay people, really? First, my personal experiences have been solid from No More. I ordered a wallet and a coffee mug for my girlfriend. The wallet looked great and has held up, the coffee mug has been through a lot since the gf is tough on about everything. I want to say before I ordered a watch at a good deal and it was pretty cheaply made and didn't last. I took a gamble because here's the kicker:

Look at the world we live in people. Really be honest with yourselves and think of the prices you see at major stores and online outside of the Amazons and Overstocks. They are ridiculously high for items that if they wanted to they could make more cheaply then they do and have them work. This is what we as consumers have been complaining about forever is "the prices of things are too damn high". So we catch a deal on a site like this and expect the world for under $20. I'm sorry, but that's a risk you take. They don't force these items down your throats, they put them out there and yes they do upsell them but you're the one clicking a button thinking you've got the best deal in the world. Just like everyone else in the world anymore, you don't consider the risks with this and expect everything to be safe.

My own experiences have been solid. I am weary of a lot of the products on the site (namely any electronic) but i'm also willing to buy some of these things on the smaller scale. Customer service issue complaints i understand because that can happen to any company whether your Macy's, Amazon, Neiman Marcus or Wal-mart. To you, I do feel bad because that shouldn't happen.

For those complaining about the quality and you overspending and not doing your own research and using common sense, please take this review to heart.

It's a solid site. I'd recommend it for "safe" items where you don't mind taking a gamble on the quality but know that they do have legitimate items that will make you happy and work. If you're looking for a laptop for $120 bucks or don't know what a "safe" item may be, I weep for what it is you actually bring to our society.

I HAd An Order For 2 Tablets From What They Posted On Fb. They Took Out The Money Asap. My Order Didn't Ship Until A Week Later. Lord And BEhold It Was Shipped Usps. The Package Was Left At My Front Porch And When I Had Returned From Work The Same Day The Package Was Not Found. I Had Immediately Contacted Nmr Via Fb Msg. The Rep (No Name Given In His/Her Msg To Me) Said I Needed To File A Police Report And Then They Can Refund My Money Back. I Did As What They Told Me But Upon Filling A Police Report The Police Officer Told Me I Couldn't Do It. The Officer Said It Should Have Been The Vendor Getting In Contact With The Usps To Settled IT. Did I Mention On My TracKing Email They Did Insure It For $100. I Spoke With My Mail Carrier And All They Did Was Informed Me Of Their Apologies. No Metion Of Doing A Police Report. Now When Did The Consumer Had To Go Out Of Their Way To Getting A Refund? This I Ridiculous! I Did The Right Thing And Contacted My Bank To DiSpute This Since I Never Received The Package. Will Never Order From Nmr Again. Thank Goodness Amazon Saved Xmas This Year!

I know everyone has had horrible experiences with this site... and maybe i just got lucky... but ive gotten 2 things from them and they went like this:

1) just for kicks they had an egg white separater for free (plus $2) for shipping. I bought it... probably took about 3 weeks to get it but it came exactly as advertised... and for $2 i couldn't really complain

2) i initially got really annoyed by how fast their insanity deals sold out... and how hards those stupid sketch box things were to read. I saw several of them but never got one til one day, i just happened to get lucky and got through on a playstation 3 for $26.54 +$2 for shipping. I was definitely skeptical b/c thats when i started reading all the terrible reviews BUT (and maybe i just got super lucky) the system arrived in under a week (though my account order said processing for about 2 weeks and i got an email saying it shipped about a week after i had already gotten it).

That being said... i admit it can be somewhat of a frustrating site... especially if you're like me and just drop in on it just to try to catch an insanity deal... but if you get lucky... they do come through on their product/sales

Just an update:
My most recent experience was, again, great. I managed to get another insanity deal about 3-4 weeks ago for another PS3 for $26 + $2 shipping and though it took a little longer than 3 weeks this time, it still showed up in perfect working condition and i was able to give it to a friend as a gift.

So long story short - i know there are a lot of bad reviews out there on this site but in my experience, though they take a while, they have always come through on their products and in perfect condition so i would definitely recommend giving it a shot

I live on Hatteras Island NC. Here on the island we do not have mail delivery. Everyone has a PO Box and all mail is delivered to the post office, including UPS an FedEx packages. Upon trying to place an order I was informed by error message upon checkout that they don't deliver to PO Boxes, SOOOOOOOOOOO I followed the instructions I was given at my local post office to give my street address and add my PO Box number after my zip code. Then I was informed once again by error message that my address was invalid with and without the PO Box number added to the zip code, SOOOOOOOOO I had the order shipped to my husband's business address only to receive a phone call and email while I was out of the country saying I needed to verify the order. Needless to say, I was unable to do that from Mexico and thus I guess the order was cancelled. Now I'm without Christmas gifts for my family and in quite a bind. Not too pleased to say the least! Not to mention the fact that I can't actually speak to anyone. HIGHLY doubt I will consider trying to order from nomorerack again! I've literally never, ever had anything like this happen to me before.

Hit or miss essentially. I have ordered twice from this site.

The first time, I ordered a cologne for a friend. It came in a decent amount of time and was the same one pictured in the site. However later I found the same item on Amazon.com for a couple dollars cheaper, so that makes me believe the site isn't as great of a bargain as it may seem. Oh well. That happens.

BUT the second time I ordered a camera. Under "What's in the box" it said it came with an AC adapter, and then as a result I assumed it was a camera with a rechargeable battery. I received the item pretty quickly, within days. However when I opened the box there was no AC adapter, and it wasn't a camera with a rechargeable battery. I emailed their customer service and got the generic response regarding sending a picture of the wrong or broken item to receive a refund. This bothered me because it made me feel as if they did not read what my issue was. My item was not wrong, or broken. The issue was that the description of the item was misleading and didn't contain something they said it would, so I just wanted to send it back and get a refund.

I then did an online chat and got a different response. They said that they will contact the vendor and get back to me. I have not heard from them yet. I don't see what's so hard about refunding my card and emailing me a shipping label to ship it back in. It makes me feel as if there is some disorganization and possibly shadiness in the company... especially since I got two totally different responses for the same issue.

I sit here awaiting news of a refund, and until then I'm definitely telling all of my friends to stay away and stick with other sites. I have no qualm about the item being listed wrong and not getting what I wanted... it's the fact that resolving the issue is such a hassle. What does it take to refund the value to my card and send me a shipping label? I have no idea what's taking so long and why I'm getting the run around.

I ordered a Google Android tablet on December 4th, 2013, and on December 11th, I tried to contact No More Rack by their customer service phone number, and received a voice message that I had to send them an e-mail. I was attempting to obtain the status of my order. I sent three e-mails and on every one received what I felt were canned responses, stating that my e-mails were being forwarded for review. On December 17th, I had still not received the information I was requesting and contacted the No More Rack administrative office, and voiced my concerns, and once again asked for my order status. The person I talked to was very little help and told me she had no way to check the status of the order. I told her I was less than impressed and was wondering if the company was running a scam. I also told her that I was going to file a complaint if I did not receive some sort of satisfaction. Lo and Behold, when I checked my e-mail a couple of hours later, I saw that there was a notification that my order had been shipped. The notification also stated that my order had been placed on Dec. 17th, and not on Dec. 4th when I actually placed the order. I am waiting to see if I actually receive the order, or if this was just an attempt to appease me. I will once again be contacting them at *******225, to clarify the order date discrepancy. I will have second thoughts before dealing with this company again. I feel they are more about making money than customer service. If I had read the other reviews I would have done my shopping elsewhere. I have shopped with Overstock.com and other online companies and have never experienced what I have dealt with with No More Rack. In my case it will be No More Business.

I purchased a LED Stainless Steel Titanium Waterproof Watch from them for a Christmas Gift on Dec 17,2013. After a few weeks the led lights started to dim. Then we noticed it would almost turn off. We thought it was the battery so went to have a jeweler install a new one. She tried 3 brand new batteries and it actually made it worse it was even more dim then with the original battery. It also apears that a few of the LED lights are out and defective. I contact them first by email as their customer service line was closed. They had told me that because it was over 14 days and worn they could not return the item. I explained that I did not want a refund only wanted them to do right by me and exchange it for another one as they still have them listed on their site. I also explained how disappointed I was that they would not do anything to fix the situation. That it was not that i did not like the item that it was defective and I just wanted a replacement. I then called customer service to see if they would help me. I even have my order slip. I spoke to a woman and she again told me the same thing. They have a 14 day return policy. And could do nothing. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Was put on a 25 min hold and finally got someone on the line. Again I spoke to her told her the situation and that all I wanted was for them to replace the defective item. She just kept repeating that there was nothing she could do. I am disgusted that you can purchase an item, especially a electronic and if it is defective or starts to fail after 14 days they will do nothing. Oh and you can't wear it either. So what are you supposed to do with a watch. This was a Christmas present and now I have a piece of junk that does not work, my loved one who is very upset as this was their favorite Christmas gift, and a company that says that customer satisfaction is their number one goal. But will not do anything to do right by their customers... I am absolutely upset and disgusted. I basically just through my money down the drain. I did not think that it was going to be to much to ask for them to replace the item. Stay away. I see that a lot of people have had an issue with this company..

WORST COMPANY IN AMERICA! I don't have the time to write a novel on all I have had to go through, as I have had every minute of my free time sucked up from dealing with this MORONS. They are the most deceitful company I have every dealt with. I write them about my tablet not working no response no response, but within a couple hours after opening my pay pal claim against them, WOW what do you know, I get an email with a RMA and shipping label. This is how they deceived me once again! Unbeknownst to me, I would be receiving an email from pay pal several days from this point in time telling me that I needed to send it to a DIFFERENT address than the one nomorerack provided on my Return label, and that I would need a tracking number. Well i had already sent it back with the free label provided by NMR, while they did acknowledge they received it, THEY GAVE ME A 60 DOLLAR INSTORE CREDIT! Are you F*$&%*NG KIDDNG ME! KIDS LEARN A LESSON HERE... BUY WITH A METHOD OF PAYMENT THAT IS EASY TO DISPUTE... AND IF YOU BUY WITH PAY PAL AND HAVE A DISPUTE WAIT UNTIL YOU GET AN EMAIL FROM THEM ON HOW TO RETURN THE ITEM! I DESPISE NOMORERACK.

My goal for this review is to help others stay away from this company and not waste needless frustration and time.

My frustration started with the ordering itself. Their site would not allow me to have a different shipping and billing. I finally figured it out by putting my shipping as both billing and shipping and my credit card should not have gone through this way, but it was the only way that their system would work. I contacted their customer service at that time and they said they weren't aware of any issues. (I tried it on my Mac, my PC, different browsers etc)
Finally I got the order in. A pair of sunglasses.
I got them very quickly, shipping wasn't an issue with this order. But the sunglasses were scratched in 3 places along the bottom.
Again I contact customer service and they want pictures. Which was fine but its difficult to take pictures of glass lenses.
They tell me they will contact the vendor and have a pair sent out. A few days go by and I am contacted again and this man says that they have issued me a full credit on the site. I replied that I was confused because I was told a new set would be sent out. He said the vendor hadn't contacted them so they were giving me a full refund.

There was never an offer of a coupon or discount as incentive to order again. And then I am given a credit on the site that gave me such an issue ordering in the first place.
I complained to the same customer service that I am not happy with this resolution. And they offered my money back. I will believe it when I see it.

They do not offer a good customer service, their site is crap. They should have been offering me an incentive to shop with them given all the hassle I had.

Please do yourself a favor and don't order from this group. They don't know the meaning of customer service and are just trying to make a buck.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ORDERED A PURSE, NOMORERACK SENT ME THE WRONG PURSE. I REQUESTED A RETURN LABEL AND SENT THE ITEM BACK. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THE SAME REP FOR THE LAST WEEK VIA EMAIL, BECAUSE I CAN'T GET A REP ON THE PHONE, AND THIS REP DOESN'T SEEM TO GRASP ANY IDEA OF WHAT COMMON SENSE IS OR WHAT CUSTOMOER SERVICE IS. I AM STILL FIGHTING TO GET A FULL REFUND AND THIS REP DOESN'T WANT TO GIVE ME ONE. WHAT I MEAN BY FULL REFUND IS COST OF PRODUCT AND SHIPPING. SHE CAN'T UNDERSTAND THAT THIS MIX UP WAS THEIR FAULT AND NOT MINE. FIRST SHE SAYS SHE CAN'T REFUND MY SHIPPING BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES. WHO SAID ANYTHING WAS LOST?! THEN SHE SAYS SHE WILL GIVE ME AN IN-STORE CREDIT. I LIVE IN CALIFORNIA NOT NEW YORK! WHAT GOOD IS AN IN-STORE CREDIT GOING TO DO ME? We have received the order but the perfume bottle is in *Cover *named
As *Tester
*and also state *NOT FOR SALE.*

Apart from this, perfume bottle does not contain a *CAP *which will lead to
Leakage of the perfume content in air.

This product is not as per standard and not authorized for sale, also I'm
Not sure with authenticity of this product, wearing this perfume may cause
Serious health problem to customer and also may lead to *death *in certain
Cases.

I am not sure it's worth to spend time & money to return such product back
To your company as per your policy & spend money on such ridiculous
Mistake, this is certainly a matter of concern & liable for criminal
Offense with sue.

The product description on website never described it to be item coming as
TESTER product. At the end it is *not for SALE* to customer.
