This company is a joke... I ordered two items:

One came through fine, but with a broken/tore up box... the bedding set however, came in at a size Queen instead of a King like I ordered. When I contacted customer service via chat, they told me it was out of stock and now they would just give me a refund... however when I told him (Amir) that the item in size King was still available, he said that I could order it again if I wanted. Why the heck would I order an item again, when they shipped it wrong? He said to ship the queen back and at that point they'd give me a refund, but I would pay for shipping, and they'd refund me that too. Why would I trust someone who just lied to me about something being in stock to refund me my money or ship me the correct item on their second try? Well he got off chat without saying goodbye - so called... and got the same story... he apologized for his coworker and only hung up on me as well - after he realized I didn't want to pay to ship the wrong item back - I suggested shipping me the correct item and include the shipping label for the incorrect item and I'd ship the queen set back then. But their system doesn't work that way. At this point I'd rather give away this queen set than to even deal with them for another second, what a joke of a company - customer service is even worse... he said 1 million customers and only 1% are unhappy... I told him to try googling his companies reviews at some point and try reading them... and I told him I did, and he said did you READ all of them, condescendingly? I said I probably read more than you did considering I know more than 1% of your customers are dissatisfied. STAY away from this company unless you want a headache.
Took my money their wesite says they ship to you within 10-14 business days but when you tryi conact tgem via phone yiu are redirected to their web site, I have 4 different customer service people tell me four different things, one being they ship within 3-5 days and it should take 10-14 days to teceive, one said we tell our customer s allow 2-3 weeks for shipping, nowhete on the site when purchasing was I told this. Now they've sent me something other than I ordered some other brand and it appears used all scrated up on the screen and its pink! Not even close! DO NOT TAKE THE BAIT WITH THESES PEOPLE LOOK THEM ON ON THE BETYET BUSINESS BEARU I WISHED I WOULD HAVE SOONER I HAVE MY COMPLAINT THRU THEM NOW AND WILL DO NO MORE BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY ARE SHADY

It is hard for me to even give nomorerack one star. I wish their was an option for none. I ordered a ring and waited, and waited for it to arrive. However, I had received a tracking number, but the order never left NY, so I contacted "customer service." I was told they would contact the supplier and get back to me in a week. A WEEK! I was not satisfied with this, so I contacted them AGAIN, via email instead of the virtual customer service and I received an email back that basically said, your problem has been solved; we let all our customers know that it can take 3-4 weeks for delivery. So again, I responded just to let them know that, no it was not solved, and I got a message saying they would check into it. I then resorted to posting on their facebook site and explained that I was less than pleased with their company, to which I was immediately responded to, and asked to send a private message so they could solve my problem. Guess what, they gave me the same answer AND took my message off their wall. I ordered from them because I had seen their ad on facebook and because ALL of the feedback on their facebook wall was glowing. Now I know why! Infuriating. Today, the ring showed up, it was suppose to have almost a half a caret of diamonds, but all I see is little flecks, I know that's not a lot, but you expect to see some shimmer, and the listing said that the ring came with a "Jewelers Club guarantee • Manufacturer's USA warranty • 100% original, authentic, genuine, and branded • Exclusive price for nomorerack • Highly recommended with a 5-star rating" ALL that was in my package was the ring in a zip lock bag (yes, the ring was in a small zip lock bag) a chintzy gift box and a receipt from nomorerack, only stating my purchase. NO warranty paperwork, no Jewelers Club Guarantee paperwork, nothing. I contacted them AGAIN asking for the paperwork. I am curious to see what kind of excuse and run around there will be as to why I did not received the paperwork. STAY AWAY. Cheap, over glorified stuff, and I'm not sure how they are getting away with it, but tell your friends and have them tell their friends. NOMORERACK is bad news.

I order computer tablet on 11-26-13. And i has not Got it I call on Dec 5, and then said wait untill Friday Dec 13,13...
I am one of those customers that stupidly kept going back for more punishment. Let me tell you why... They would keep giving me credits or gift cards to compensate for all the errors they were making. Don't fall for the same mistake with the lure of "free" stuff. Some of the issues I had were... Items "mailed" but never received, wrong items shipped, broken items, and extremely long shipping times. In addition to those mistakes; I would write to them and ask what was taking so long with shipping and of course I would get the run a round with fluffy messages like "It's coming we are backed up" or "We are processing and it should be shipped out soon" and when I would get fed up and demand an exact ship time I would get "We are so sorry that item is out of stock"! That happened 3 times. This has to be the absolute worst on line shopping site that I have ever went too and I shop a lot on line. I mistakenly thought their sister site "Bidrack" would be better but to no evail they suck just as bad. I only purchased one item off of that site but you have to understand it is a biding site. So I spend hours on my computer bidding on an item and got excited when I won a dell lap top for like 38$ (mind you I spent like $100 on bids) but still it was an excellent deal. I have waited about a month and of course the website says "processing". When I contacted the site today they said "So sorry our supplier didn't deliver so you actaully didn't win the lap top. We will credit you back $399 dollars (the price of the laptop) in BIDS!" Once again a ploy to keep me shopping on their site. They are soooooo rediculous. I feel stupid and utterly used by this site. DO NOT SHOP ON THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM!

MISLEADING RETURN POLICY! It will cost you! Terrible customer service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They are a RIP-OFF!
Purchased to bras, and some accessories. The bras did not have description or picture of the back of the item. I emailed the the same day the items arrived to inform them that i needed to return them. They had me repeatedly send emails letting them know which item, full details etc. The items were not marked final sale and final sale is no where on the receipt. I have 10 emails trying to get correct rma #, they sent RMA # for one bra and not the other one. Then when I inform them that I have two to send back they tell me that I can not send them back they are final sale. I think they manipulate the website to suit the needs to there pocketbook. I since shady practices and the worse customer service as far a intelligence I have ever encountered. I originally emailed them 3 weeks prior to the decision to not refund me the 40 bucks. I have read reviews that people are stuck with devices that are crap and other items that cost quite a bit of money. STAY AWAY FROM THESE YOYO's. CUSTOMER SATIFACTION IS NOT IMPORTANT TO THESE GUYS. SELLING YOU CRAP IS IMPORTANT. If someone orders an item and is not satisfied GOOD BUSINESS practice is to take the item back, take the loss on faulty/unsavory items and make sure customer trust you enough to know that you stand behind what you sale and they will continue to shop with you. I placed an order for a 6pk of fleece leggings (assorted colors) on the 9th. It billed on the 10th, shipped on the 17th (a full week after you've charged my card? Really?), arrived on the 22nd. I was expecting it to be at least moderately sooner, with the Christmas season in full swing... and I'll admit I'm fairly spoiled by Amazon prime.
So anyway... the package arrives with an itemized list of my purchases on the EXTERIOR and is left on my doorstep (what if they had been gifts, or I had crappy neighbors? Again, a little stunned by this). I open it up and take a look and the order is incorrect. 5/6 of the pairs of leggings are as expected... or, at least, I think they are, I have yet to wear them... but the 6th one was not only a different brand, it was a duplicate of another color. It was supposed to be black-blue-grey-burgundy-plum-olive, but I guess they ran out of black, because I got 2 different shades of red.
I posted on their FB wall (even though it's the final weekend before Christmas, we're still talking about 8pm PST on a weekend night) and they responded literally within minutes asking me to send a private msg with my email and order number so they can look into it. I checked this morning and not only have they not given me any response (even a "thanks for the info, we're looking into it" would have been nice!), they deleted every negative post -including mine- from their FB wall that I read last night.
Should also mention - I was on the fence about another item I was interested in and looked on Google to see if I could find reviews or better prices, and while their prices were definitely the lowest, the BEST reviewed product nomorerack had available was 2/5 stars on other sites.
I'm doing an edit on my initial review for Nomorerack. I tried to just write another review but Site Jabber ''suggested'' that I try reviewing another site:)
Anyhow, I bashed them prematurely. I ordered an item and then after researching it, came across it on another site that it retailed for 46.99 less. The amount I was told I was saving. So assuming all the terrible things that I read on here to be all true, I panicked. And I wrote them a pretty angry letter calling them a liar pretty much, that they weren't any better than the average scammer, etc. things like that.
I received it today and to my surprise am very pleased with it. It looks to be well worth the value they said it to be. Even the packaging looks to be on the higher end side. It's a mini naxa media player. I wasn't in the market for one but when I saw it for 20.00 I decided to buy it for someone. A nice stocking stuffer even. They said it was worth 65.00. I can see where somewhere it would sell for that. And so now I'm inclined to believe them. Overall I am happy with the whole experience. They were right on time with the time they said it would take, they were communicative and it was sent fed-ex. So overall it wasn't too shabby of a deal. I don't know if using paypal has anything to do with better service or not, I've seen on here where people are bashing paypal. That's crazy to me. If you can't be happy with paypal, then I'd say you're pretty hard to please. Because I know for fact that paypal is on the up and up and will do whatever they can to satisfy their customers. Their customer service is great. And to you negatives out there, no I am not employed by either one of these places. And don't really care either way if you do think so. I'm taking them from a 2 to a big 5. After all it's the least I can do for bashing them prematurely. I've still got an umbrella on the way. That was valued at 25.00 and sold for 7.00. Granted it's just an umbrella, but it's one of those clear ones. Pretty. Hopefully I'll be just as pleased. Oh and did I mention that I wrote them a letter of apology? I did.
I made a purchase on 5/24/2012 i updated My NEW ADDRESS from my old where i was getting older purchases sent before. So i knew i needed to update to get the product to my new house. Whhile ordering i did do so and once the order was submitted it still had my old address. Once i see that it had my old address there was NO WAY OF CHANGING IT! Or getting hellp from this company to do so. I called and they said it was to late and there was nothing i could do. She did tell me there will be a tracking number... Whats a tracking number going to do for me IF I NO LONGER LIVE AT THAT ADDRESS? GO there and sit by the mailbox when the tracking number says it should be here in hopes i get my stuff? There should have been something i could have done once my order address was wrong. Something i could have clicked on to let you guys know it was the wrong address. SO UPSET! Not to mention the only thing i could have done was email you guys which i did and still have not got back a responce. Still waiting... I WILL NO LONGER BE A CUSTOMER WITH THESE GUYS!
My girlfriend send me a link with 3 things that she wants. 1. Egyptian Comfort sheets which she though were cotton. 2.1/2 ct. Diamond stub in 14k white gold. 3. Magic LED Light bulb. I went through the links and noticed the sheets were not cotton and informed her. Its the kind of ad that tries to get you to not see the real material, just the word Egyptian. We didn't order the sheets. I did order the other items on May1st at night.
The next day I started to do some research and found all these bad reviews. I thought I had just lost my money. I was expecting some sort of massive headache from this was surely coming my way. I figured we'll wait a little to see what happens. They charged my account. I paid with direct credit card. I got an email in 3 days saying the earrings had shipped and was provided a tracking number. The number did not work right away. I then found their numbers which are *******225 for customer support and *******011 for their corporate Auto Attendant. I called and spoke to a rep who called himself Jorel. His phone sounded like a cell phone in a moving car with the window opened. I was very skeptical as to his actual whereabouts. I was about to cancel the order because I was scared of losing my money, but he told me the order shipped out already, just to wait a day or two for the tracking to work.
I waited two more days and next thing I know my order is able to be tracked and on its way. The next day I received another tracking number for my magic LED bulb. On May 9th I received my girlfriends earrings. She likes them a lot. On May 11th, I received the magic LEd bulb, which is cool. It works.
Conclusion: Although I read many, many bad reviews on so many different sites, my order seems to have worked out. I was pleased with everything so far. I personally see no reason to not order from them again. I don't know if I was a lucky one, or if what I ordered has anything to do with it, but I'm happy with my order. (I am still going to get the earrings tested, but they appear to be legit at this point). I also noticed that they have over a million likes on FB, so if one million people+ have purchased stuff so far, and less than 1% had problems, its not that bad.
Ordered a item and never received it. Refused to give refund. This company is a fraud. Stay away!

I had ordered several items from them and although the items I purchased were cheaply made and not worth the price they charged me, let alone the price they claimed they were worth, at least I got them, then the trouble began I ordered a dvd recorder, and no where in the description did it say that the item was refurbished which I was, which I wouldn't mind if it were as if new and everything included. First I had problems with shipping took them well over a month to get me the item, after contacting them several times, the always give you the same pat answer, oh we are so sorry for your trouble, and apologize for any inconvenience and rest assured they are working hard on solving your issue. Well as I said the item did finally arrive, but there was any a/v cables which is a small thing, but also there wasn't a remote, and this dvd/ recorder couldn't be used without one because there are very few buttons on the recorder itself everything is done with the remote. I contacted them and got the same answer as always they're sorry, and would contact their supplier, and would get the problem fixed. Well months after emails and calls and arguing with cus serv. Reps, I finally cut my loses and gave up. I had to buy a remote which cost me over 40. For the remote and shipping, because this dvd. /recorder was discontinued and the remote had to be made by Toshiba. Anyway so they deal I thought I was getting was no deal, yes the dvd/recorder worked but it was after all refurbished and with the price paid for the remote and the a/v cables and the dvd/recorder itself I could have bought a new one. I believe this site to be a scam you may order and get what you want, and at a reasonable price and then again you may not. I know I never plan to order from them again, and have told everyone I know not to order from them. And when I tried to post a review on their facebook page, they somehow banned me from the page, and just for being honest and warning people not to buy from them.

I can't give it zero stars? Bummer.
I ordered a pair of boots from them at the end of November for a CHRISTMAS gift for my daughter. She opened them Christmas day and wore them once, maybe twice, in the following week. Within her first wearing, the toe started to separate from the sole of the boot! I contacted NMR via email to ask about their policy regarding defective merchandise. I got automated responses that didn't address the specific questions I was asking in my message. After 3 such responses, I finally went to their facebook page to ask if anyone else had an issue with this particular boot and NMR responded right away asking me to private message them with my order number which I happily did. I got the EXACT SAME AUTOMATED RESPONSE that I was getting from their customer service emails! They are horrible. I can't return the boots b/c damaged/defective items are supposed to be returned within 21 days (7 "official" days plus a 14 day grade period). Pray tell... how is someone supposed to know an item is damaged when it's being given as a GIFT on Christmas and is purchased well before the intended date on which it will be received? Aside from this, the shoe was already worn. Unlike an electronic or non-clothing item, they make no concession for crap quality like a good company like Old Navy does. Old Navy fully acknowledges items that are falling apart due to poor craftsmanship (i. E. - coming apart at the seams much like these boots were) and allows exchanges and refunds even if the item has already been worn. NMR does not. I attempted to contact the manufacturer of the boot. No response.
ON TOP of them having crappy merchandise and crappy customer service, they deleted my original post off their facebook page (all it asked was "does anyone else have this problem with the shoes they bought?" It didn't bash the company in any way). They also blocked me from posting anything on their page! What a bunch of sore losers. They know their customer service sucks and they're trying to hide it by deleting any comment anyone posts on their page that doesn't glorify them as the most amazing company on the planet. I KNEW something was suspicious when I went to that FB page trying to find information on the company and there was nothing negative but I ordered anyway. I should have listened to my gut. ONLY trust companies who allow the negative AND the positive reviews to stand.
I placed an order for Dre Beats Studio headphones in orange over a month ago. I received an email saying that the order has been placed and I would receive an additional email with the tracking number. I never received that email. I wrote customer service and was told that she would put it into top priority and listed the customer service ticket as solved? I was told to allow 2-3 weeks for shipping and this is normal procedure etc etc. THE ORDER HASNT EVEN SHIPPED AT 3 WEEKS LATER! I replied a few days later with another inquiry because now over a month later, it is still processing and is not solved. I cant get ahold of anyone to speak to about the order, cancel the order, or figure out where the heck it is. I log into my bank account to print off the charges and have the bank reverse them, and low and behold, they charged my card, refunded the money, charged my card again, and then YET AGAIN reversed the money. This was 2 weeks ago. Now I try to log into my account on nomorerack and it has been suspended? The charges were done and reversed two weeks ago so why am I getting emails up until yesterday saying they are working on shipping my item this week?
Then I get curious and try to find reviews about the site to see if others are having the same difficulty. I stumbled across this site and read the reviews and realized I'm just another dummy that fell into the scam as well. I had to sign up for a account so I could post my warning as well. STAY AWAY! If you are one of the very very few that actually gets what you ordered no problems... good on you... but from the looks of it. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
I now have to scramble the day before my sons birthday to find these damn headphones in orange. I should have just used amazon or ebay like always.

Answer: I think everyone in this position should start filing reports with the authorities! No reputable business treats customers like this. Get the word out on this scam company. It's the ones who give up and walk away that keeps choxi/nomorerack alive
Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.
Answer: Consider yourself lucky they do not ship to Canada. Horrible company to buy anything from! Would definitely NOT recommend buying from them - even torn newspaper for a 2-year old to have fun throwing them away. They will find a way to mess up that too.

Answer: There is NO return policy. One item I bought from them was not at all what was pictured and di not fit. I returned it to them with the label they sent me, only to have it returned back to my home saying it was not a valid address. What the...? It is their label! And I was only credited $ 6.00 of the $17.00 purchase price. They said they only accept items for return if they are defective. Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
