So i was lured in to this site cuz it was so cheap. My first three items were cheap and came on time. The quality showed in the price. I was expecting what i saw in the picture what i really got was rubbish. So i bought bigger. GOt me a nice pajama set. Got an email that said it was shipped. A month later it still never arrived.ups said theynever even recieved the package. So i emailed nomoreracks. It took them another three weeks to tell me they were sorry but the itwm was out of stock by then and issued me store credit. Then i saw something on there that ive wanted for so even though i told myself id never do it again i took a chance. Well damn thing never came. I spent 60 bucks on it. They said they were sorry and were gonna reship it. Maybe two weeks later i recieve the package but it wasnt what i had ordered. Now they twll me what i wanted was out of stock and theyd be happy to give mw a refund but i had to ship that other itwm back first. I would have to use ups get a receit email it to them and when they recieved it they would reinburse me the shipping with store credit. Bull$#*!. Like im gonna go through the trouble of mailing some $#*! for free. So ling story short stay the hell away from them. It aimt worth it. Ita the worst place ever to buy from. Cuz if you take the chance, your prolly never see thale $#*! sorry.

I am giving two stars because a few of the items I ordered were in good condition. Otherwise, I would give this website zero stars due to the following: One item was absolutely outrageously damaged, discolored, you name it! I ordered Hugo Boss cologne for a relative for Christmas and the shipping material was sufficient, so I know that it was not damaged in shipment. Well, the "box" literally looked like it had been chewed by an animal and very dilapidated, frayed, with black "soot" like substance all over it. The "box" did not stand upright and sagged as if it had been sitting in a garbage bin with wet material! Horrible... words cannot describe it... I have seen garbage in better condition. Then... the bottle of this cologne was dented on one side, the other side had a black streak/mark and the top would not fit on the bottom of this two-piece bottle configuration for those of you who know what Hugo Boss in Motion looks like. Consequently, it would not operate or spray. Also, there was hardly any cologne left anyway, almost empty, must have leaked, but packaging did not have a strong cologne smell. Therefore, whoever packed this item up knowingly and deliberately put this piece of trash and sent it to me, the customer. This was my first purchase. However, I ordered some women's perfume and the packaging and item were in perfect condition! I would warn people about ordering jewelry as it appears to be very cheap "Chinese" crap. Earring backs were so tiny that I had to put on reading glasses to attach to the posts! I now must assume ordering from this place is "hit or miss." However, and to their credit, after sending a rather scathing email to them they sent me a return slip and they are paying to ship it back to them. Just be very careful and insist on credit if you are not satisfied and demand they pay the return shipping or if they will not, just call your credit card company/bank and let them handle it. Buyer Beware for NoMoreRack. Also, like another poster here, they "said" would be shipped and received by Christmas, but arrived late. Note that you will read in one area of the website that your purchased item will be sent within a certain period of time, and then in another area it will advise you that items take between 10 and 14 days! Just be careful, that's all as some of the items were as described, were, in fact, packaged well and in perfect condition. Guess it's a "crap shoot!" Thanks for allowing me to "vent." Good luck!

On May 20th I placed an order for an Android Tablet. Approximatly 10 days later I received a portable charging unit for a phone or other device. I contacted the company to report the error and that is where the fun began. It took several calls to get a person who spoke in an understandable voice, when i finally got a supervisor they assured me that the item I ordered would be shipped at the end of the week. Well the end of the week came and no item, I called and was informed that now they were unable to send the item. While talking with the supervisor I went back on the site and found the item was still on there and available for purchase. I was told I would be credited for my purchase and would have to re-order the item. I did, I ordered the Google Tablet, well a week later I received a Kocaso Tablet... I don't know about you but google is not spelled kocaso. The item was the same size but did not have the features and is not the brand I ordered... So back on the phone I want to talk with another supervisor. I was told that they can NOT GUARANTEE I WOULD RECEIVE THE ITEM IF I ORDERED IT AGAIN!
Ok I am not the brightest bulb in the pack but how can you tell a customer that they can not guarantee they will get the item they are ordering?
I asked to speak to someone above the supervisor and they would not put me thru to anyone they refused.

The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I am unable to give a negative rating.

STAY AWAY FROM THIE SITE AND THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING FRUSTRATED AND GETTING THE WRONG PRODUCT.

I went online and ordered the Dr Dre beat headphones at 7 43pm last night and I'm being told at 9:40am I can't cancel my order. I found out they were refurbished! No thank you! As soon as I said I wanted to cancel the order the woman Rain told me I couldn't THEN she asked when was it ordered. REALLY? After she pulled up my information she tells me I would of had to call by 9:00am! Their hours are 9 am- 6pm which means if I'm not able to get a rep on the line EXACTLY at 9 am I'm screwed! I requested a manager Rain continued to talk to me. I told her yet again I want a manager. Well this woman told me the something the first rep did! I read to her the order confirmation I received stating the strive for the best customer service and they go above and beyond for their customers. She had nothing to say. So before I hung up I let her know I should of learned when I ordered those 19$ boots for Christmas and didn't get them until the 2nd week of January! Also she tried to say I could of emailed them. That's a joke! Last time I emailed them I didn't hear from them for 3 days! Their policies SUCK and so does their customer service! I WOULD OF GIVEN THEM A ZERO HOWEVER THAT WASN'T AN OPTION! I can't wait until I get my survey for this order!

Here is my newest update of this not so awesome site:
I really wish I could give this site 0 stars because they don't even deserve the one that I have to use.

I have been dealing with this company since February about a $72 refund. I ordered 2 blankets and never received them, even though they were still on their site for sale. I was told that I could have a store credit but the money could not be refunded to my credit card. OK I understood, it had been a while. They told me that the money could be refunded to my paypal account. I use paypal often so I agreed, this was in July. It is now the end of November and I still have yet to receive my refund. The last email I received I was told that my transaction is very old. Well no $#*!, its been almost a year of trying to get my refund from a company that is unwilling to admit they made a mistake and refund a customer their money. OH but I am allowed to have a store credit, now why would I want to buy anything else from them? So I can wait 6 weeks to not receive another product so I can do this again?! Why is it so hard from a company just to admit they made a mistake and refund their customers what is rightfully theirs? Why must we have to argue back and forth? Why should the customer be the ones that have to take action? Good companies would have not sold a product that they did not have in stock and would have refunded the money immediately and notified the customer of the mistake... not this company, if you are planning on buying a product from this company be prepared to not receive the product and have your money stolen from you. My best advice for anyone wanting to buy a product from this company, you might as well saving your money and pay full price, at least you know you will have the product.

Last Christmas ordered two items, a purse and a remote control helicopter. Took the items about 6 weeks to get to me but that was fine they were there in time for Christmas. LOVED the purse I got and the helicopter is still going strong even after a 9 year old boy has almost destroyed it. So I was pretty happy. In February I saw a Sherpa blanket that I really liked. I ordered two. Still to this day I have yet to receive them. I contacted nomorerack and was told they would credit the money back to my account, they did respond very quickly. I saw the same blankets still on their website so I contacted them again and asked if they would just send them instead of going through the hassle of crediting my bank account. I was then told no and I would now have a store credit. Forget that, why would I want to shop there again?!

STAAAAY FAAAAAR AWAY FROM THIS SITE! This site is
Satan's $#*! hole! Just plain horrible! I ordered four item's three bracelets and a necklace. Now the first two bracelets that came in were great exactly what i ordered but, my last two items the last 18 karat gold plated bracelet and, the necklace. The necklace was suppose to be a two toned silver and gold. Well for starters i open the package and, the necklace just fall's out. The staples on the wrapper in which the necklace was suppose to be in were gone. Even the staple that was suppose to be on the tag that was suppose to hold the necklace. The wrapper was all ripped like someone had worn it previously and had returned it! Now the bracelet i received today and, guess what! IT IS NOT THE BRACELET I ORDERED! Instead i get this black bracelet with gold in the middle and what looks to be some awful wannabe diamond's in the middle. I complained to them about the necklace already (which i have yet to receive help about that). I also just complained about this $#*!TASTRAPHY! I will never ever again order from this site! Don't waste your time or money, true $#*!ery tards over that way!

**THIS IS MY PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE YEAR: Nomorerack.com is basically a scam! I swear this is not just a crazy rant by a disgruntled customer (which I was & have every right to be, lol); but a real review that any potential customer of theirs should read. After having purchased several items from jewelry, a "designer" purse, shoes, pashmina wraps, an "Invicta" watch (to name a few); I cannot in good conscience not post something on here, as I've seen more & more people "Like" their page. Each item came in mostly legit packaging, but were manufactured with sub-quality materials or were completely different than what was described. Please read carefully on their website if you choose to buy from them anyway (which I strongly advise against!); most items are non-returnable for any reason, you have only 14 days from the day it was shipped to return items &only with registered RMA # (not the day you receive it); not all items receive a packing slip; there is no guarantee that you will be reimbursed to your card (likely website credit); average time for reimbursement 3 weeks (I had items reimbursed by 10 days and as much as 3 months); customer service is horrendous & minimally available (little English is understood and most communication is by email; and your case is often closed after one inquiry... then you start all over again). Items are only cheap because they are poor quality "knock-offs" being marketed as designer quality, not a genuine brand name product being sold at a discounted price. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE (& A HOUSE FULL OF JUNK); DO NOT BUY FROM NOMORERACK.COM! Stick to Groupon, Living Social, or Overstock.com**

Ok, so I didn't get anything from this site- I'm just gonna be honest with you guys. I was going to buy someone something from nomorerack.com, but that's not happening after I read about 6 pages of reviews. Many people have gotten their products several months after ordering them.
Others have found that the products are horrible quality- some are not packaged nicely and are broken, some are packaged but still broken, many orders are missing an item or two, materials in shirts are too thin, sizes in clothes are mixed up, items have unpleasant odors to them, colors are mixed up, and the list just gets longer from here.
Worse, some products haven't arrived at all.
Costumer services are almost always horrible, they don't post a phone number even though they say we can call anytime, people don't reply to emails or online chats, etc. Also, as you can see even on sitejabber.com, nomorerack representatives repeatedly apologize, but there is no change (it seems by all the reviews) in the quality, timing, and accuracy of our products. I SUGGEST NOT BUYING FROM THIS SITE, ESPECIALLY ITEMS NEEDED FOR A SPECIFIC HOLIDAY, CELEBRATION, OR GENERAL DATE. ALSO, DO NOT BUY ITEMS THAT, SHOULD THEY ARRIVE IN HORRIBLE CONDITION OR NOT ARRIVE AT ALL, YOU WILL REALLY REGRET USING YOUR MONEY FOR (aka expensive items).
And yes, to the few people that actually are pleased with their orders, I have read those reviews too. Maybe a specific category of products are better, I don't know, but if you have a 3% chance of getting an order you will be pleased with, don't even waste your money and be disappointed, because no matter how cheap the product is, you probably don't want to 'throw away your money'.
*Many people have also specified that electronics, especially tablets, are NOT to be purchased from this site.

Horrible. I ordered stuff on Dec 2nd for Christmas gifts, 3 items arrived pretty soon after I ordered from them so I thought they were pretty safe. I ordered more items from the around the 17th of December, most of which still have not arrived and its the 15th of January. The last of the December 2nd order and the first of the problems was 3 sets of sheets that didnt arrive until New Years eve, after being late for Christmas I opened the packaging to find only 2 sets of sheets. The 1600 thread count sheets are lower quality than the walmart sale sheets btw as thin as 200 thread count. The next problem was with this stem cell serum. I ordered some in the dec second order and liked it so on the December 17th order I added 2 sets of 2 bottles of it. 2 sets of 2 equals 4, they only sent me 2 bottles. :/ My latest problem came 2 days ago when I got jewlery i had ordered. There was supposed to be 5 pieces of jewlery in the order, the packing slip had all of the pieces on there, yet the most expensive and the one i was waiting on because i wanted to give it as a gift was not in there. I called them and they want a copy of the packing slip, but just like the sheets the packing slip says all items were in there. So i guess I'm just screwed out of that because unlike the sheets I can't prove a little necklace wasnt in my items by the weight it was shipped at. But I can prove that every time they sent me multiple items in an order i was missing something prior to the jewlery. Problem is I stil have more stuff coming and i know I will be missing items by the way this is going and if the packing slip says they are in there I am not going to get the item or my money back. What a scam, put it on the packing slip but not in the package and charge them for it.

Very frustrated at moment. I ordered a tablet for my son, he is an apple kid, this was android I took a chance & he didn't like it. Shipping wise, etc it got here before christmas. Since he didn't like it I requested a return authorization & was given one pretty quickly unlike some of the comments seen here. I did as directed, included the return authorization & the tablet in original box untouched, sent 2 day priority mail (which I had to pay for). After not getting a refund back for days I emailed them as I had my tracking # and knew exactly when the tablet arrived. I didn't know to include the tracking # in my email. After 2 days of waiting I finally got a reply asking for the tracking # and the reply said they would contact the warehouse, got a 2nd identical reply from a different rep again asking for the tracking # stating they'd contact the warehouse. It did say to allow 2 weeks for return to be processed. It has now been 2 weeks & 3 days I honestly think I'm out the $115 paid for this tablet, the refund was to get my son something he liked. I feel badly & will have to find a way to afford something evidently without this refund this kid should not have to suffer for my mistake in buying from this horrible website. :(. As I paid through paypal I'm planning to dispute through them if this doesn't get resolved in the next day.

So the returned tablet saga with this company continues, I provided them the tracking # multiple times only to be told my # isn't valid and to please provide a scanned copy of the receipt. What? It almost is feeling like an easy excuse to not refund a customer's money back. NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN YOU WILL HAVE NO NEED TO EVER RETURN.

The first order I placed was for a purse, comforter and a tablet. The purse is beautiful. The comforter is better than what I expected. The tablet however was broken. I called customer service and was told to return it to them and I would receive store credit, not my money back. I explained to the representative that the table was supposed to come with 24/7 technical support and a 1 year warranty. She told me the company that had shipped my broken tablet had gone out of business the day before. How convenient. I sent the tablet back, paid $12.95 in shipping, and was not reimbursed for the shipping cost. Because I was only giving store credit (which actually only took a week to be credited) I went ahead and placed another order. This time for 5 smaller items. Well my make up brushes stated they were delivered and were not. My rosary stated it was delivered and was not. My stylists have been stuck in Florida since August 23rd and my hair pastels were showing as delivered. Obviously I was upset. So I contacted customer service via chat. The representative told me should would credit my account for the brushes, pastels and rosary. I only received credit for the brushes and pastels. So in an attempt to get my $19 back for the rosary that didn't show up I contacted customer support again via chat. I was told management would not credit my account until a police report was made. I explained that in the city I lived in that was a ridiculous request as our police department is constantly busy. I also explained that there is not normally a problem with package deliveries as they are always shipped to my job. The carrier has many options: the mailbox, the bigger boxes for packages next to our mailboxes, my coworkers or even the management office. I also explained how I was already our $12.95 for shipping back the tablet but the representative informed me that management's decision was final without a police report. So having credit still on the account from the tablet, brushes and pastels I placed yet another order because credit to my paypal account is obviously not an option. This time I bought 9 small items. This order was placed over a week ago and 2 of the items have yet to ship and 3 of the items have tracking information that is not available. I also left a $3.00 credit on the account because I refuse to come out of pocket anymore on this site to buy anything at all. Hopefully my final 9 items will all arrive, 10 if you include the stylists (but I'm not holding my breath), because I would like to be forever done with this company. Right now I am positively out of pocket $34.95 with nothing to show for it. If the stylists never arrive then I am out $41.95. Either way this is completely unacceptable.

I ordered 2 items from NoMoreRack on 1/1012; I received an email from them saying my order had been shipped on 1/25/12. The package arrived on 2/2/12. Unfortunately, one item was missing, so I emailed customer service and asked if the items had been shipped separately, received a reply the next day saying they were supposed to have been shipped together, and that the second item probably would not be sent out, but that they would give me credit toward a future order. I was pretty annoyed, figuring I'd never get my order or my money. They don't give a customer service # on their website, but I found a customer service # online in a forum like this one, called it and on 2/7/12, spoke with Jan, who told me that they couldn't send the missing item because there were no more in stock, but she would refund the money for the missing item back to my PayPal account.
On 2/9/12, I received an email confirming that the refund had been processed, that it could take 7-10 days, and 4 days later, on 2/13/12, I received an email from PayPal that the money had credited to my account.

The customer service # I called is: *******798 M-F 9A-6P EST.

I waited about 5 minutes on hold before someone answered, not bad, and she was very pleasant, agreed to refund my money with no argument when I told her I didn't want credit, just a refund, and 4 days later, the money was back in my account.
And by the way, the item I ordered is of exceptionally high quality, I was very pleasantly surprised, and I can get the other item that wasn't sent directly from the manufacturer, granted, for more than I would've paid through NoMoreRack, but aside from that, my experience with NoMoreRack was very good.
