I have placed 5 different orders with them over the last 2 months and I absolutely love them. The mdse I ordered was an excellent deal and it always arrived within 12 days or less. I have not had any reason to try to return anything so I do not have a return experience, good or bad. But so far very good and I am very happy with this company so far.
My problems with this site are 2-fold. 1) poor quality/wrong/late product 2) insecure site (my credit card information was stolen).
I don't usually buy from sites like this but my cousin had raved about it. I ordered a 12-pack of tank tops from this site about 2 months ago. They were listed to contain a specific assortment of colors. It took over a month for them to arrive. When I opened the package I had only 11 tank tops, 10 black and 1 white. All were the wrong/variable sizes.
I contacted the site, and I was able to get a refund on my credit card (though they tried to insist on store credit). As far as customer service, it was okay, though I was still annoyed about not getting the correct product and having the hassle of getting a refund. I did get to keep 11 tank tops in variable sizes none of which fit well. Lucky me.
My second problem just began, when my bank notified me of fraudulent charges on my card. While this is mostly speculation, this is the only new website I have ordered from in the past six months. Their site is not secure. Do not give them credit card information. May not be a scam, but it is definitely not legit.
Well, where to begin... I order a 4 pack of sundresses, which were of specific prints. The designs were what was important, not the fact that they were sundresses, and though the total per dress was roughly $8 a piece, one could find an equal or similar value at any local Wal-mart or Meijers. However, I liked a few of the featured prints.
After about 2 weeks, I received my order, which was packaged fine, no rips or damage. However, after opening the package, I was shocked and repulsed by the designs in the package. I am not sure if these are the only dresses people at stores didn't want, and thus did not actually carry the dresses I wanted, or if this was a sick joke of 'hey, lets mess with people and give them the worst looking dresses possible.'
Granted, if you read more of the description, it did say that designs varied and that not all designs were pictured. It would be a good company policy to show all the varieties, or to allow a person to pick some of the prints that they want.
I've learned my lesson from buying from this place, always pay close attention to their wording, and you may not always get what you expected.

Buyer beware! January 7th I purchased a notepad. It arrived without paperwork and the cable did not fit properly. I contacted the company and returned it, at my expense, for a refund. It has now been 5 months and no refund. I sent proof of shipment and proof of delivery. I have received numerous emails promising a quick refund to my card. Last month they offered a "store credit" instead. I replied that I wanted the promised and guaranteed refund. Starting to feel that this is all a deliberate stall tactic hoping I'll forget. Buyer be very aware... of the "return" policy. If you can call it that. I ordered an eight (8) piece King comforter set. They sent a Queen. The merchandise comes without any return label, or any instructions about how to return. So, you have to jump through fire to return the merchandise by first obtaining a return order number from them. Then you have to mark that number on the box you're returning the stuff in. You must then Include a piece of paper with the number on it in the box with the stuff and send it back at your own expense. This was a huge item, so the upfront cost to me was staggering.
Then, to get a credit, you must scan the return receipt and provide them a tracking number and email the whole thing to their email address. I'll do this, of course, because I have no choice.
The merchandise isn't all that bad. It's inexpensive, but they send the wrong stuff - as you've read here - and to send it back at your own expense isn't worth it. I won't use them. I've twittered about it and told my friends not to either. In a nutshell, they make it so prohibitive to send stuff back most people simply won't.

I am from India. When I tried to shop with nomorerack.com while in the United States on visit the company web site was not configured to accept ICICI Bank credit card (Master Card). The oder was meant for delivery with in the United States address. I wrote to the company regarding this but the guy who responded did not understand the problem and replied they can not accept the order citing some security reason. With the same credit card I made several online purchases with Amazon, which were promptly delivered to my US address. There was no security issues involved. What I wanted nomorerack.com to do is to make their payment portal to accept credit cards from anywhere in the world for orders meant for delivery at US address. This will facilitate international purchase gifts meant for family members living in the United States.

My overall vote for the site is 'OK', but you have to know WHAT to order. I liken sites like this to Fingerhut and maybe Oriental Trading - some items are great, but some are just light weight, flimsy and obviously poor imitations of the real thing.
For instance, when you purchase name brand items off nomorerack, you tend to have less worry for concern - you know what your expectation should be. If you read the description, you know why the item is discounted - extends to the legitmacy of the site. For instance, Beats by Dre were previously manufactured by Monster, but now they are not. The earphones that normally run $150.00 in the store were only $50.00 on nomorerack because they read Monster on the pouch, etc along with the easily recognizable branded red cord and lowercase 'b' on the earbuds.
The off brand stuff is cute, but very hard to believe that it really could sell for the 'crossed out price'. The products are cute, decorative, 'different' etc., but overall a little flimsy. They seem more appropriate for Dollar General and Family Dollar stores.
I will still continue to order from the website, but be selective about that I order.
I ordered a King Reversable Comforter when I saw it on my Facebook news feed, $29 any size too good to be true? Yes! I've had it a little over a week and the seams are shredded already and stuffing coming out of one part that is totally unsewn! So disappointed because I really love the colors and light weight... Too bad it was a total waste of money

I purchased a remote control toy helicopter as a gift for $91.00. When it came, it did not work. The company required it be sent back UPS with return receipt and the cost ws $64.00. They now tell me that I can only have a company credit instead of eliminating the cost from my credit card. During this tim, I ordered some other items, 2 peppermills which did not work, and a revolving cake stand that was broken when opened. This company is a scam for moving junk merchandise and I am not done with them yet.

Ordered the much publicized camera lens coffee mug the moment it hit my facebook feed. All seemed well. Except that it never came. After patiently waiting for about 6 weeks I inquired about it. I was told that it was "shipped to the wrong address" and that they would issue me full credit toward anything on the site with free shipping. So I was like, no you ship me what I ordered or you will refund my money. They did the credit but I was highly offended by the entire thing. I didn't feel like it was an honest mistake at all. I have not actually purchased anything from this site, but after a sleezy customer service experience, I don't think I ever will. I registered a few days ago and received a $10 off credit for being a new user. Then, two days ago, I got an email telling me I'd received $10 off again for being "extra special." This particular coupon said I had 48 hours to use it. It's important to note that I never used my original discount. When I went to the site to see if I had two separate $10 off coupons, I saw that I only had one. I figured one had replaced the other, but I still decided to email customer service to see if I could use both. The reply I received was that I didn't use my "extra special" coupon fast enough and it had expired. This is blatantly untrue because I tried to use it only hours after supposedly receiving it. If the customer service rep had said that you can't stack coupons, I'd have been fine with that, but it's the principle of the situation that's important here. This company blatantly lies to people. After reading reviews here, I see that I'm far from the only one who's been lied to by nomorerack. I never even made a purchase and I still managed to have a bad experience, so I'd say avoid this site at all costs.

I ordered sheets from Nomorerack... had to contact Customer Service 3 times before the sheets finally arrived. I was told I would get a $10 credit via email once the sheets arrived. Well, when that didn't happen, I tried to speak with someone via the "Live Chat"... waited 30 minutes, gave up and sent an email. I received a prompt reply which basically told me I was mistaken about the credit, even though it was THEIR representative that told me I would get it. I will NEVER use this site again! Oh! On 5/9/13 I ordered a set of 100% cotton Egyptian towels in red ($46). They arrived on 5/16/13. They are thick and beautiful. The red is a true red that I haven't been able to find in the stores. I am extremely pleased and glad I didn't pay attention to the bad reviews.

Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.

Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
