I have used biofeedback many, many times now and they have never let me down. Orders always come either early or right on time. Only one thing I bought have I been disappointed with, but one out of a dozen or more is pretty good, right? The IPad I wrote about in my last review arrived right on time and my husband was totally surprised! It works great and the entire family enjoys using it now. My favorite purchases are my Dawgs sandals. I have 2 pairs that I've bought off of NMR. They are the most comfortable sandals I've ever owned and they are going on their second summer now. I get compliments on the Z sandals all the time. And for $12, you gotta love them! Thank you NMR for making items I normally couldn't afford more attainable. :)
Tried to order over $100 of mdse from this site. My billing address is different from my shipping address. They declined the purchase because of the 2 different addresses. After emailing back and forth they said they could re-instate my "account" if i scanned and emailed them my ID and proof of billing and shipping as the SAME address. I answered the addresses are NOT the same, i would NOT be scanning/emailing any form of ID and would NOT be ordering from their site. I then tried to pay via PayPal and got an error that my account was suspended due to suspected fraudulent/suspicious activities! Guess they are not "always there to help" when they accuse innocent customers of fraud...
I ordered 4 items on my first time (I know, dumb) All shipped separately (I figured they did) well almost all did. Still waiting and was told by the CS rep to just wait it out. Um, no. He claims he refunded my card but the cc company says different. Just another Woot knockoff company without the service.

I called myself doing my homework before I shop online... a few of my friends on facebook said they'd shopped on the site anyway I ordered the 4pck summer dress deal, I received the e-mail with the tracking # I am also signed up to receive texts when package leaves ups... so I waited package never came then I was informed that the package was delivered to the post office who says my package was undeliverable... nomorerack.com is telling me the address is correct on package so now I have the privilege of waiting some more... I'm really hoping they ship my package/just refund my money... really don't need a store credit why would I want to go through this again... fingers crossed

On May 20th I placed an order for an Android Tablet. Approximatly 10 days later I received a portable charging unit for a phone or other device. I contacted the company to report the error and that is where the fun began. It took several calls to get a person who spoke in an understandable voice, when i finally got a supervisor they assured me that the item I ordered would be shipped at the end of the week. Well the end of the week came and no item, I called and was informed that now they were unable to send the item. While talking with the supervisor I went back on the site and found the item was still on there and available for purchase. I was told I would be credited for my purchase and would have to re-order the item. I did, I ordered the Google Tablet, well a week later I received a Kocaso Tablet... I don't know about you but google is not spelled kocaso. The item was the same size but did not have the features and is not the brand I ordered... So back on the phone I want to talk with another supervisor. I was told that they can NOT GUARANTEE I WOULD RECEIVE THE ITEM IF I ORDERED IT AGAIN!
Ok I am not the brightest bulb in the pack but how can you tell a customer that they can not guarantee they will get the item they are ordering?
I asked to speak to someone above the supervisor and they would not put me thru to anyone they refused.
The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I am unable to give a negative rating.
STAY AWAY FROM THIE SITE AND THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING FRUSTRATED AND GETTING THE WRONG PRODUCT.

Horrible experience, I'm a "professional" online shopper, with over 200 ebay purchases in last 3 years, and this site is terrible. They sent me two broken phone chargers, purely from China, with the english on the boxes written from an obvious translating website (a terrible one at that). They tell you to pay for shipping back to their store, and you have to include tracking, insurance and signature (which is as much as the damn item costs). Do not deal with this site, beware.

This site is the worst possible place to shop. It took my over three weeks to receive a flash charger and it was broken. When I complained they gave me a store credit. Great. Now I have to do more business with them just to get my money back. The second item I bought, mp3 players, never arrived. I filed a complaint and they said it was solved when I never received it. Do yourself a favor and burn the money you would spend on their website. At least you will have the pleasure of watching it go up in smoke.

Ordered the 4 pack of sundresses. Took over 4 weeks to arrive. SIZE was really an issue. I order the XXL (largest size) received what has got to be XS, only anorexic or young teenager could wear these. No size on the tag... didn't even try to return after hearing complaints... passed them on to my granddaughters, 13 & 11 yrs old.

Worst service ever! I bought 3 different things on the same order first thing was cheap and useless, 2nd was a shirt in when I put it on it had a hole on the seam! The 3rd item which was and ipad took 4-5 weeks for it to ship. However, when I had issues with the first 2 things I called to cancel the most expensive one before it shipped and they where very unhelpful just dancing around say we want to give you best customer service... bull crap! Well my ipad shipped after I asked them to cancel it... what a shocker... never will shop here again and well pass the word. Please don't respond that you will help me now! Just received the titanium gold-tone ring. Looks great and good quality. Arrived in 9 days and exactly as described. Used PayPal to pay and have no complaints. This was my first purchase and am pleased.
The advertisements on facebook looks very intriguing and legit. They have so many people write good comments on it. I was optimistic and wanted to give it a shot... worse purchase ever. They advertised this 6 piece sheet set, which I bought, was a completely scam. On the site it advertised the retail price of $120, with fancy name like Egyptian softness and etc. When I received the product, it's 100% microfiber (this info wasn't on their site), cheaply made, something I wouldn't even pay $29 retail price for. When I tried to go back to their facebook to find this product link to verify, it's not even there any more. All I can say is, if anyone ever want to buy anything from them because of the good deal, read and double read the detail of the product, stay with brand name items!
I ordered a men's belt, same brand I had seen at a big store so thought it would be okay.
I was at work, the belt broke (the buckle on the reversible belt broke into several parts). Let's also just say it broke in the worst place something like that can happen while you are doing up your belt.
Since I was at work my only solution was to go to the nearest Men's store and purchase a new belt for $60.00.
Well at least I have a good quality belt now, but NOT from NoMoreRack.
I realize you get what you pay for, but this was really bad.

I have placed many orders through this site. The longest it took to get anything was 10 days. I research everything prior to making any purchases, especially a hi dollar item. If you bought something and found it cheaper elsewhere, how is it their fault? Do your own homework and you will not feel slighted. I have been mostly thrilled by my buys. The gel nail kit should have come with all items necessary, but I bought it with the knowledge that I would need to supplement.
I ordered the 4 pack summer dresses, and they said that it would take 3 weeks for it to arrive and it came in a little over a week, and I got just what I ordered, in such little time and at a great price! I will continue on ordering from this website and recommend it to my friends.
Placed order May 23rd, received e-Mail May 30 items shipped. Checked UPS tracing said label prepared 5/28! On Monday June 3, still no movement on UPS site, e-mail from nomorerack June 5 Items not in stock. Sincerely apologize.

Hit or miss essentially. I have ordered twice from this site.
The first time, I ordered a cologne for a friend. It came in a decent amount of time and was the same one pictured in the site. However later I found the same item on Amazon.com for a couple dollars cheaper, so that makes me believe the site isn't as great of a bargain as it may seem. Oh well. That happens.
BUT the second time I ordered a camera. Under "What's in the box" it said it came with an AC adapter, and then as a result I assumed it was a camera with a rechargeable battery. I received the item pretty quickly, within days. However when I opened the box there was no AC adapter, and it wasn't a camera with a rechargeable battery. I emailed their customer service and got the generic response regarding sending a picture of the wrong or broken item to receive a refund. This bothered me because it made me feel as if they did not read what my issue was. My item was not wrong, or broken. The issue was that the description of the item was misleading and didn't contain something they said it would, so I just wanted to send it back and get a refund.
I then did an online chat and got a different response. They said that they will contact the vendor and get back to me. I have not heard from them yet. I don't see what's so hard about refunding my card and emailing me a shipping label to ship it back in. It makes me feel as if there is some disorganization and possibly shadiness in the company... especially since I got two totally different responses for the same issue.
I sit here awaiting news of a refund, and until then I'm definitely telling all of my friends to stay away and stick with other sites. I have no qualm about the item being listed wrong and not getting what I wanted... it's the fact that resolving the issue is such a hassle. What does it take to refund the value to my card and send me a shipping label? I have no idea what's taking so long and why I'm getting the run around.

Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.

I returned it to them with the label they sent me, only to have it returned back to my home saying it was not a valid address. What the...? It is their label! And I was only credited $ 6.00 of the $17.00 purchase price. They said they only accept items for return if they are defective. Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
