I have to say I read reviews after placing an order it happened to make me very nervous but I must say I received my order in perfect condition I got what I ordered on time if not earlier and happen to be very happy with my services. Maybe when they first started the website they were having some difficulty I think giving it another shot is so well worth it
I have ordered numerous (10) things from this site and they have all came in great condition and in a timely manner. My son ordered a tablet with money he saved and he loves it and it works great. I can't believe all the bad reviews here either I'm lucky or this company has cleaned up their act. Either way I will continue to order from them. :)
Last summer I ordered a ring for my husband and it was too small, so I ordered another and it was too big. I contacted nomorerack and they told me to send them back. I spent more money at the post office to return them and never received a refund. I have since contacted the company many times only to get the run around. So either they are completely unorganized or someone in the purchasing/return department stole the items I sent back. Either way I am out the money and the rings. Items are the same price or cheaper on amazon and they have reliable and efficient customer service.

I ordered 2 handbags, within 2 days. Both of them arrived at he same day, meaning one in 8 days and the other one in 10 days. Only reason I give them 4 stars is because I ordered a turquoise color and got black instead. I originally wanted black anyway, but was worried it would look too fake( it not being real leather) so I ordered turquoise. Both of the bags look lovely, not fake at all and I'm really happy with them. Will probably order again, since I'm still on a lookout for a turquoise colored bag.

They are nothing but a rip off place. I placed an order for 10lbs of Himalayan Cooking Salt they sent me a candle holder. When i sent them an email they told me to send them a picture of the item and then they would give me credit on my account instead of my credit card. Sent them a picture of the candle holder with the packing slip they said looks like what you ordered so i sent another email and told them i ordered 10 lbs of salt. They them ask me to take a screen capture of the item i ordered from there website. But as soon as i placed the order the item was no longer on there website i finally got my credit on my account. I wanted a credit to my credit card but no.
I ordered a set of 12 bottle stoppers. I only received one. When contacting customer service they advised me that I received my shipment and I explained to them I only received 1 stopper. They would never respond to my continual question of where's the other 11?!
Horrible customer service and I'll never purchase from them again!

Horrible product. My mother bought me the 12 pack of assorted tank tops. They're supposed to be an XL, they fit my friend's size 00 daughter. Their version of assorted colours is a joke. 1 pink, 1 black, and the rest are white.One even has a hole in it. The size tags are all cut out. I didn't hear anything from them for a month, before my product was shipped.

I have ordered 4 different items, 3 separate orders on this site. I have received what was advertized and since I didn't keep track of how long it took for the order to come in, I wasn't disappointed with the amount of time it took. The perfume I purchased (my normal scent) was EXACTLY the same as I have purchased on Sephora or in the Department stores and I received that within a week of ordering. The other orders came in within 2 to 3 weeks. The deals are incredible. I am careful about what I buy. Perfume and clothing so far and I am in the midst of looking at bedding. Don't think I would spend a huge amount on electronics but maybe I would if things keep coming in like they do. I shop quite a bit on the internet and am very careful. So far, NOT disappointed with this site. Hope you give them a try.
I have waited 14 business days as they instruct and have not even received a notice of shipment. I know of no other site that does not ship well before this time frame. I also find that their emails are excessive and the product links that you click on often do not go directly to the item advertised, but go to a duplicate page of the first. This leaves you to waste time looking for the item all over again to click once more.

Great deals on great, high-quality products. Of course, shipping on some items may take longer, but that is to be expected from a sample sale website with killer deals. I've only experienced slight delays in shipping with a couple items, but I emailed customer service and they immediately resolved any issues. I have been beyond happy with the quality of the products purchased.
I did some research on this company but more AFTER I ordered two items today. I called my cc company and told them about the customer service issues, wrong items, broken items etc and I wanted to prevent payment to them. The amount had already been submitted for payment but because I have fraud alert on my card it will be 'handled' by them.
How stupid of me to not research more BEFORE ordering. If it's too good to be true then IT IS!

I bought 2 Samsung galaxy tab 2's and 2 other types of tablets from this website last week. They called me after placing my purchase and confirmed my shipping address. They told me that it would take 2-3 weeks to ship and that they would send me my tracking number by email. When I asked why, they said something about staying on the safe side so they don't get angry customers if their shipment was late.
I didn't do any research about the company before I made this almost $500. Today my husband decided that we should call them because we still didn't get a tracking number. Well he called them and they answered and were helpful then after hanging up with them, we get our first shipment. We got the Galaxy tabs. My husband is still checking to see if they work fine after reading the reviews, but so far so good. Just waiting on the rest of the stuff!
There is no "customer Service" here so beware if you buy it your stuck with it since there is NO RETURN POLICY on every thing which they dont tell you about. I got some tank tops that were to small and wanted to exchange them for a larger size and this was their response to me: ""Because of the unique way that we find our amazing deals, we're afraid that nomorerack can't provide exchanges on purchased products."" oh then they say ""If there is anything further I can do to assist you please let me know. At Nomorerack, customer satisfaction is our main goal."" there is no customer satisfaction here at and will not spend another cent there. Customer Beware!

They do not have a great return system or technical support. Yes they have cheap prices. However, they have partial descriptions. They buy products that do not hvae technical support. I bought a battey bank and they send me a defected one. It burned out my iphone 5 charger. When I called they sent me to line that is down.
I got a hold of them through email and they asked me to return my item. However, they made me buy a box and send back the receipt so they can refund me later. Then they asked me to send them the tracking info and notify them when the item arrives. They ask me to do to much for a defected product.

I'm a patient person, but this website is ridiculous. The I have ordered 4 items now (don't ask me why, I guess I really thought it couldn't be that bad over and over). Each of the items (clothing, toothbrush, sheets) were poor quality. I had to return 2 of them because they were not useable. They are slow with delievery. Customer service is terrible. I did eventually get refunds on my credit card for 2 items, so that was good, but it took 4 customer service people to finally make that happen. Yuk, yuk, yuk. Just don't fall for it. You definitely get what you pay for with this site. I wish I had not wasted my time and just paid a little more for quicker, better stuff.

S. - they said the credit had "expired." And this was ALL FROM THE SAME SUPPORT PERSON (Maria P) - and ALL IN THE SAME DAY! Stay as far away from this company as you can. If you see something you like, Google it and buy it elsewhere (and likely cheaper). The comforter I was looking at was almost $30 cheaper on Overstock.com (and they have GREAT customer service). Buyer Beware.

Answer: I think everyone in this position should start filing reports with the authorities! No reputable business treats customers like this. Get the word out on this scam company. It's the ones who give up and walk away that keeps choxi/nomorerack alive
Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.

I returned it to them with the label they sent me, only to have it returned back to my home saying it was not a valid address. What the...? It is their label! And I was only credited $ 6.00 of the $17.00 purchase price. They said they only accept items for return if they are defective. Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
