Ordered several items from this site and all arrived in a timely manner, but one particular item did not work. Emailed the company immediately and received a reply in under 2 hours. Within less than 8 hours all was resolved to my satisfaction, and this item doesn't need to be returned. So, no return postage!

I have been dealing with this company since February about a $72 refund. I ordered 2 blankets and never received them, even though they were still on their site for sale. I was told that I could have a store credit but the money could not be refunded to my credit card. OK I understood, it had been a while. They told me that the money could be refunded to my paypal account. I use paypal often so I agreed, this was in July. It is now the end of November and I still have yet to receive my refund. The last email I received I was told that my transaction is very old. Well no $#*!, its been almost a year of trying to get my refund from a company that is unwilling to admit they made a mistake and refund a customer their money. OH but I am allowed to have a store credit, now why would I want to buy anything else from them? So I can wait 6 weeks to not receive another product so I can do this again?! Why is it so hard from a company just to admit they made a mistake and refund their customers what is rightfully theirs? Why must we have to argue back and forth? Why should the customer be the ones that have to take action? Good companies would have not sold a product that they did not have in stock and would have refunded the money immediately and notified the customer of the mistake... not this company, if you are planning on buying a product from this company be prepared to not receive the product and have your money stolen from you. My best advice for anyone wanting to buy a product from this company, you might as well saving your money and pay full price, at least you know you will have the product.
Last Christmas ordered two items, a purse and a remote control helicopter. Took the items about 6 weeks to get to me but that was fine they were there in time for Christmas. LOVED the purse I got and the helicopter is still going strong even after a 9 year old boy has almost destroyed it. So I was pretty happy. In February I saw a Sherpa blanket that I really liked. I ordered two. Still to this day I have yet to receive them. I contacted nomorerack and was told they would credit the money back to my account, they did respond very quickly. I saw the same blankets still on their website so I contacted them again and asked if they would just send them instead of going through the hassle of crediting my bank account. I was then told no and I would now have a store credit. Forget that, why would I want to shop there again?!
Recieved a gift. Item broken did not play music. Told to take picture, if they could determine from pic. It was broken I would receive a refund. Duh u can't see no music. Faught with them until 6 weeks later I Receive a call offering me a refund to remove by rating. Was told refund would post to original credit card. I explained that card was no longer valid and this was a gift. Told to open Pay Pal account and they would post refund there. I opened account. Hugh no refund. Made 6-7 more complaints. Got run arround. Now told refund was made on original credit card. Impossible, the card was closed. Now no refund, broken merchandise = no gift. Bull`^Â¥ company. STAY AWAY

I placed an order on 7/4/13 - my order was then MISDELIVERED to someone in MA! I live in AR! I contacted nomorerack.com at least 7-10 times from the misdelivery date 7/9 until today and was told that the item I ordered was now out of stock and they were unable to reship the item to me. They then stated they put a "credit" on my nomorerack.com account for future purchases. I don't think so! I requested them to refund my credit card bc I will NOT be buying from them ever again! I ordered undergarments from them and once I received them they were all way way too small. I ordered a large and they don't fit a friend who is a small. After contacting the customer service they said there is nothing they could do for me. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. They say they are all about customer service but they are not. I ordered something for my Iphone 5 p. The description said that it worked for IPhones. I received the item, and it didn't work for my phone. The box even had that it works for IPhone 4S, but the description on the site didn't specify. I emailed the company. The lady at first emailed me back and gave me the number of tmanufacturer of the item. I called it, and it was out of service. I then emailed Nomorerack again and said that phone number wasn't workng. I was told that I could return the item since the manufacturer could not be contacted. I asked if they would pay for shipping is since the item was not accurately described. They would not pay for the return. I will keep the item and give it to someone who has an Iphone 4. That is my first and last time ordering from this company.

Low quality = low prices. Thats fine. What I was not prepared for was the slow shipping time. They say 10-14 working days, but who thinks that is really going to happen? Well it is. And they ship each item individually. If you want to cancel a purchase you only have till 9am EST the following morning. After that, you can never get your money back. Ever.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE UNETHICAL company. I ordered boots that were mismarked in size and it took me 3 MONTHS to get my money back. They wanted to give me store credit so it took a battle to get the money into my Paypal account. There's no way I would ever do business with them again! Now, 8 months later, after following their directions to a T, I STILL can't get them to put my shipping costs into my Paypal account. For some reason, the purchase could be refunded but they are stubbornly refusing to do anything but store credit for my shipping costs. I have ordered two items so far from nomore rack and they were at my house within about 5 days with no issues. I was a little nervous reading these reviews - but my sister loves them and uses the site regularly. A lot of the reviews are kind of old, and I notice that no more rack is partnered and backed by google for verification/protection of sale. I am wondering if they are improving this year? I hope so! I have other orders from them in the mail - including fine jewelry (my other purchases have been clothes) so I will review again if anything changes. So far, so good!
On 7-12-13 and again on 7-13-13 they advertised a 26" Vizio E261-VA as 1080p when in fact it is actually 720p per Vizio. When I contacted them about this misrepresentation, I first received a notice from Andrew at customer service that said he couldn't find the product then he sent another e-mail saying I was confused. Hmmm.
My final e-mail to them was as follows:
Message: Hi. After three unsuccessful and very frustrating attempts at explaining to your customer service rep Andrew an inconsistency with the specifications of a Vizio TV appearing in your ad yesterday, it finally occurred to me that maybe English might not be his native language.
My question is this: do you outsource your customer service outside of the US and, if so, what is the native language of the country to which you outsource? I am fluent in several languages and proficient in many so it might be easier all around to use a language with which your reps are most familiar.

State very high and fake retail prices all products then tell you you have saved $100 on your purchased. Big Fat liar. The set of 4 4GB Lexar flash drive they are selling for $20 and claim it was retail for $80, I checked on HH Gregg they are selling $4.99 on each drive... so that's $20 for all 4. How did nomorerack came up with the retail price of over $80? They think consumers are stupid or what? I bought a comforter from them too, very cheap quality. Deceptive descriptions of products! Have you ever heard of Egyptian sheets, carefully worded to appear to NOT be MICROFIBER... which are the cheapest sheets ever made... don't last at all. I ordered 2 tablets for my kids. I figured the price was right considering that my kids are young and I don't trust them with a more expensive piece of equipment. I log into my account 9 days after placing the order (July 1) to finally have updated tracking information to discover that the items had shipped on the 3rd... and were delivered on the 6th... in Alabama. Great. I don't live in Alabama.
I contacted customer service and was told my problem had been escalated to the vendor and nothing else. I was not willing to wait who know how long to hear back from the vendor so I contacted them via chat and asked for either the information for the vendor or a refund. At first they were unwilling to give me either. The representative kept telling me I had to wait 3-5 more days just to hear back from the vendor, not to mention additional shipping time. It wasn't until I brought up the fact that denying me a refund is illegal that they finally gave in and claimed to have issued me one. I'll believe it when I see it though, as I've yet to get any kind of confirmation of it.
This is all after it took them over a month to ship my last purchase. What makes matters worse is that they hide any kind of unfavorable review from their FB page claiming that it's because they want their wall to be used for promotional purposes only, but don't delete favorable reviews. This makes it look like their a great company until you do a quick Google search.

My goal for this review is to help others stay away from this company and not waste needless frustration and time.
My frustration started with the ordering itself. Their site would not allow me to have a different shipping and billing. I finally figured it out by putting my shipping as both billing and shipping and my credit card should not have gone through this way, but it was the only way that their system would work. I contacted their customer service at that time and they said they weren't aware of any issues. (I tried it on my Mac, my PC, different browsers etc)
Finally I got the order in. A pair of sunglasses.
I got them very quickly, shipping wasn't an issue with this order. But the sunglasses were scratched in 3 places along the bottom.
Again I contact customer service and they want pictures. Which was fine but its difficult to take pictures of glass lenses.
They tell me they will contact the vendor and have a pair sent out. A few days go by and I am contacted again and this man says that they have issued me a full credit on the site. I replied that I was confused because I was told a new set would be sent out. He said the vendor hadn't contacted them so they were giving me a full refund.
There was never an offer of a coupon or discount as incentive to order again. And then I am given a credit on the site that gave me such an issue ordering in the first place.
I complained to the same customer service that I am not happy with this resolution. And they offered my money back. I will believe it when I see it.
They do not offer a good customer service, their site is crap. They should have been offering me an incentive to shop with them given all the hassle I had.
Please do yourself a favor and don't order from this group. They don't know the meaning of customer service and are just trying to make a buck.

Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.

Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back.
